When we started to research assisted living facilities for my Father we visited several in the area. We knew immediately when we walked into the Beach House it was the perfect place for my Father. The warm friendly, family feeling hit us right away. We are extremely happy with the care my Father is getting and the staff always goes above and beyond with everything and anything that we may have questions-concerns or just need help with. I highly recommend this facility and would give it 10 stars if I could.

My dad is a 94-year old WWII Veteran. In March 2021 I moved him out of a facility in Naples because I did not think he was getting the best care possible. I moved him into the Beach House Assisted Living facility in Naples on 3-19-21, and it was the best decision I ever made. He is thriving there and very happy. For the first time in a long time, I feel that my father is safe and I dont have sleepless nights worrying about him anymore like I used to. The staff there are top notch, A++. They are kind and compassionate. My father has so much fun with them. He loves the food and the activities. His room is beautiful and is kept spotless. I know first hand how difficult it is to move a parent into a facility, but I can assure you, the Beach House is by far the best choice in the Naples area, hands down!! Thank you for all you do!

The Beach House memory care unit is without doubt a first class facility that cares for the well being of the people that need full time protection. The facility is beautiful inside, well kept, and staffed with people that truly care about our loved ones. The Beach House took such good care of our Dad! He really enjoyed being there. Everyone on the staff was pleasant, helpful, thoughtful and so kind and were like family to him. Today is my last day as memory care nurse manager, as I am relocating to NC. But leaving here was tough. The staff at the Beach House is the best I have ever worked with. The management is top notch and the nurses and caregivers are such loving , caring people. I would place my loved ones here , if the need ever arose, in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Beach House !!! I dont think I will ever find another job with such amazing employees. I mean all this from the bottom of my heart.

Our Dad was only a Beach House resident for far too short of a time. The support and care he received while there was wonderful. The administrative staff are so accessible and were always available to answer questions. It was wonderful to have the same nursing staff taking care of him. All of the staff got to know Dad and understand him. Like so many other families we all live out of town. Knowing that Dad was being cared for with wonderful staff gave us a piece of mind. Kudos to Maria Ciocca for her leadership and caring.

My mother has been in Beach House for about a year, she moved there from another facility and I cant say enough about Beach House. Although I would like to focus on the staff at the front desk. I have not been able to go inside, of course due to COVID, and I am in constant contact with reception. As a receptionists, their job requires them to always be happy and cheerful; they go above and beyond. They are courteous, respectful and most of all accommodating. When I call reception to drop things off for my mother, they answer and come out to get the bag of goodies always with a smile and have wonderful things to say about my mother. Sometimes they see my car and are out there before I even call. I am truly appreciative of reception. Beach House is lucky to have such wonderful Gate Keepers.

My husband had a serious stroke in 2019. In September 2020 he was admitted to Beach House. The staff could not have been more welcoming to me and to my husband. He was moved from skilled nursing during Covid and I could not be present. While the transition was difficult for him, the whole staff worked hard to be sure that he became acclimated to his new environment. His room is large and light and he has a sliding glass door to a lovely patio and garden. Maria and her staff make sure that I am informed and they are all responsive to our requests. We are currently receiving our vaccinations with our loved ones so that we will be able to be more present. I cant imagine a more positive environment.

My sister and I continue to be amazed at the quality of care provided by the staff at Beach House. With both of us living in out of state, it is very comforting to know that our father is treated like family by everyone there. It is quite obvious that the staff knows him well when we have our family conference calls. Our dad raves about the quality of the food and the different activities provided by Beach House. My mother has been in the excellent care of the Beach House memory care section for over 2 years. The staff are very friendly and have treated her like family, in addition to providing top quality care. My mom is at home there. The Beach House administration and staff have done an incredible job in keeping residents safe during this Covid situation. The Beach House administration, especially the administrator Maria, provide excellent communication to the residents families by sending weekly updates, as well as photos and messages on my moms health. The Beach House has been a blessing for my mom and our family!

My wife is 64 Years old with Frontal Temporal Dementia, and it just got to the point after 3 Years of me being a solo caregiver to her that I knew she needed more care than I could give. I looked at several Memory Care facilities throughout Naples and after visiting Beach House I knew I found a Home for her....The staff at Beach House has been nothing but Amazing with helping me make the toughest decision of my life, and guiding me throughout the whole process. My wife is actually doing very well there and adjusting faster than I ever thought could be possible. Her room is Beautiful and not a single smell to be had...They really do take good care of her there and she is eating better than anything I could make for her... I truly believe we have been Blessed by the Angels that my wife always talked about and they guided us to the Best place for her.... Based on my moms experience at Beach House, my opinion is that you can feel confident choosing this facility for your loved one. My mom went into an assisted living facility in the area in early March, and it turned out to be a living nightmare. We then connected with Beach House on a recommendation, and moved her there without being able to visit and personally meet the staff, other than via telephone. We asked countless questions, and were given a video tour of my moms future apartment. After nine weeks of living hell at the first facility, we moved Mom to Beach House. Mom has done a complete turnaround: she enjoys the food and finds the staff caring and competent. The facility is well-run, and the communication of the executive director to residents families is excellent. At the end of the day, I suppose no one really wants to go to an assisted living, but when it has to be, I believe Beach House is an excellent choice.

My husband is safe, content and happy at Beach House Memory Care. He had been rejected from another facility and Beach House took him in as agitation is part of the disease. They figured out how to make him content and be a part of the social setting. I found the ratio of staff to residents much better than the other facility which I think added to his adjustment. All the staff are so thoughtful, accommodating, sensitive and on top of things. It is my pleasure to share my husband with Maria, Shirley, Shawn and all the wonderful people who care for my husband. They are the best, especially at this difficult time.

Being a private duty, ive been in many assisted living communities. Beach House is one of the best. It's clean, the staff is very polite and treat the residents like thier own family. Lots of activities. The food is like fine dining, what ever you want, they will do thier best to make sure it happens. The lady I care for said they take no longer than 5 min when she pushes her button. I would absolutely recommend this place for my own parents.

My sister lives in Beach House assisted living and has recently transitioned to memory care unit. In Assisted living, the staff are kind and helpful. Even the serving staff in the dining room reach out to each person individually and learns their likes and dislikes. Memory care is amazing. The manager is so kind and thoughtful to each resident, assisting in caring for personal needs if it is needed while going about his busy schedule. The staff in the unit are equally kind and supportive of each resident. The facility itself is comfortable. In both memory care and assisted living each resident has their own apartment or suite, thereby maintaining autonomy and indpendence. Having checked out several other facilities prior to choosing Beach house, I can say that it was the best of the best. And what they did during the hurricane was nothing less than astounding. They cared for residents and community folk alike even though all folk had to be moved to a second floor. The organization in pulling off that potentially chaotic mess was nothing short of incredible. I applaud and thank the people of Beach House for their care of my sister during her time here.
