I relocated my mother to Arden Courts after an awful experience at another care facility. The transition took place during COVID and between my previous experience and COVID restrictions, I braced for another unpleasant experience. However, that wasnt the case at all. The staff at Arden Courts, in addition to providing exemplary care, rose to the challenge of COVID. Visitations, albeit on the front porch, were scheduled and coordinated most efficiently, and with visitors not allowed, staff members assumed the entertainment role to keep residents occupied. In a day and age when customer service has taken a back seat, the staff at Arden Courts has gone above and beyond to care for its residents. Peace of mind is knowing that staff genuinely cares. Its great to see my mother smile again.

Remarkable may come close to defining the entire staff at Arden Courts of Lely Palms. I feel so blessed by the attention that is not only given to my Mom, but the attention that is given to each and every resident. The kindness and compassion never seems to dwindle. No matter what time of day you visit, smiles and reassurance are constantly flowing. Each and every staff member gives 100%! How very fortunate we are as loved ones of the residents, to have our loved ones surrounded daily by a such a fine team of genuinely loving and caring professionals. Housekeeping and maintenance deserve a round of applause! They constantly display a sincere desire to make all residents feel very special by visible actions that they exercise each and every day. Through their actions I feel that each and every resident experiences the comfort that they deserve. Our loved ones may have issues with their memory, but I truly believe that at Arden Courts, the actions of all those that they come in contact with on a daily basis allows each and everyone of the residents to experience that genuine loving feeling of, There is No Place Like Home!

My mom was admitted to Arden Courts during COVID which was a scary time on many different levels. The people at Arden Court were beyond lovely and comforting both to my mother but also to me. It was such a relief to feel that she is in the right place and was safe. I also liked it that even with COVID my mother didnt feel isolated. They went above and beyond to make sure the residents were safe but not lonely.

I am so happy to find such a caring, clean, and cozy facility for my husband at Arden Courts in Naples, FL. The staff is friendly and efficient and has treated my husband wth respect and dignity and humor. He is happy and content. The chef produces delicious meals and the caretakers treat the residents with kindness. The residents and their rooms are always clean.

We knew the day would come when we would have to place our aunt in an assisted living facility. Our first choice has always been Arden Courts! My wife and I visited Arden Courts 2 1-2 years before our aunt needed assisted living. A very nice and knowledgeable staff member gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. Both of us were impressed and decided at that time if we had to put our aunt in an assisted living facility it would be Arden Courts. With the Coronavirus sweeping the country today, our timing to move her to an assisted living facility could not have been worse but with the help and hard work of Arden Courts we were able to make a smooth transition. Our Aunt is now living at Arden Courts and all family members are very leased.

If youre researching Memory Care Communities be sure to check this one out. While some accentuate glitzy decors and grand pianos take notice of what you and your love one really need an established facility with a great track record with positive personal references. After much research it was obvious that Arden Courts was what I wanted for my wife. There is a warm & professional staff providing non-stop service and friendship to the residents and families around the clock. The activities vary from outside performers brought in as well as a variety of in house fun and therapy. Each resident has the option of participating in whatever activity they like however the staff makes an extra effort to get everyone involved that is important. The accommodations on all levels are superb and immaculate including private rooms, quaint dining rooms, kitchens, studio and activity rooms as well as the outside garden areas. My wife of 47 years has been a resident at Arden Courts for the past 15 months. I couldnt be more pleased knowing that she is treated with the utmost respect and surrounded by a warm professional staff that really cares.

I previewed five facilities before deciding to place my partner at Arden Court. What started as a two week respite program became a permanent placement. Eight months in to the placement, I am thankful for the decision that I made and even more importantly, thankful for the care that is being provided to my partner by all levels of staff. I am continually impressed by the dedication, enthusiasm and hard work of every staff member. Arden Courts may not be the newest facility in Naples but it's heart is where it needs to be. My partner is content, stable and comfortable at Arden Courts. Hats off to all Arden Courts employees!

The hardest thing I ever did was to place Suzanne in an assisted living facility for the memory impaired. The smartest thing I ever did was to place her at Arden Courts. The healthy, safe and loving environment is second to none. No place is perfect, but these folks come very close.
