If you need immediate and long term assistance for your loved one look no further! I cannot express my gratitude to Maibel and the rest of the administration who helped me and my family through a difficult time. They put themselves in our shoes and gave us constant support! I visited the facility and it was clean and open. The layout provides a sense of independence for the patients and it is a safe location for your loved ones. Highly recommend and thank you to the staff for everything that you did for us!

OMG! I love this place! I live in Houston Texas and my dad is in Miami. So I can't always go to see him, especially now with Covid. Juan Carlos who was very nice called me and gave me a number to call so I could see him see him via video call. What a relief I was so happy to see my dad!! I feel so at ease now. Juan Carlos even showed me his room. I can't tell you how much that means to me that my dad is okay and being well taken care of. Thank you!!

The Pointe at North Gables has been a life saver for our family. Grandma Vera is very well taken care of and feels at home. Lonnie, Maybel and the entire team at The Pointe do a wonderful job of caring for their residents, and provide them with great activities and have a beautiful location. I highly recommend The Pointe to any family who is seeking an assisted living.

Dear Sirs. My name is Yosef Sfeir, I am 66 years old and I have lived here at The Pointe of North Gable for 6 years. These 6 years have been of very special care that I have received from all the staff, who attend to us and take care of us, giving us a lot of affection and very professional attention, this means that we live in a healthy and extremely clean environment. Something very important is that we have a direct, daily and 24-hour relationship with the owner Mr. Lonnie Steckler, with the Administrator Magda del Pino and with all the staff, from whom we always receive a pleasant response with effect and respect, with an affectionate smile, which we received, as much affection. Our daily activities are very pleasant and suitable for seniors and we thoroughly enjoy them. There's no doubt in my mind that my mother is receiving the BEST care possible. Lonnie, and his extraordinarily caring staff do their best daily to help our loved ones feel comfortable. Having once been a hotel, The Pointe's residents can't help but be greeted by natural light the second they open their doors. Thanks to The Pointe, I can enjoy some peace of mind knowing my mom is in the best of hands! And during these trying times, isn't peace of mind priceless?

My experience at The Pointe was memorable. Came here with my dad to look at options for him and we loved that it doesn't look like your typical assisted living home. We felt like we were in a nice hotel in the middle of Miami. The staff is great and very caring to all of the it's residents. Can truly see the amount of dedication they put in to them. We also noticed some beautiful new renovations done to the property and rooms. We are dedinetly keeping it on the top of our list to consider. Thank you to all the great staff and management for the great tour around the property.
