Right At Home Miami Agency has been a godsend for our family! We found them in the nick of time when we needed someone urgently and last minute to help with the care of my mom. It is difficult at any time to see the rapid decline of an aging parent who has a terminal illness. I have been blessed to work with Miralys and her team. In the beginning of our care, there were a few hiccups and Miralys handled it all like a champ! She was diligent and made sure we had the right caregiver for my mothers needs. It has been wonderful to work with such a great caregiver like Marie Michelle. My mom and our family absolutely LOVE her. Miralys is literally on call 24 hours per day and has been extremely responsive to every question I may have. Right At Home is a very professional agency that I highly recommend.

Right at Home is a very professionally operated and accommodating home care agency. Significantly, their caregivers are empathetic individuals who, despite the persistently challenging circumstances, have the best interests of their patients at heart. I would be remiss if I did not mention day-shift caregiver Elia's practically nonstop and sensitive attention she provides to my stricken family member. Yuilet is another caregiver who provides affectionate care not necessarily as a job responsibility, but as a matter of course. Moreover, I would be remiss if I did not mention Director of Operations Miralys Vazquezbello who has on countless occasions gone out of her way to quickly accommodate the needs of my stricken relative, sometimes even outside normal working hours.

The company provides services for my mother who lives at home. The caretaker has been an asset and has build a great relationship with my mother. She provides excellent care. Whenever my mother needs someone to accompany her to doctor visits and Im not available, the company goes above and beyond to make sure her caregiver is with her (even on short notice). Everyone is very professional and caring. Before I hired Right at Home i had a difficult time finding someone to care for my mother. Other companies were not able to obtain reliable help for my mother. Right at Home follows the standards of great reliable and consistent care, I am very satisfied ,

Right At Home has been a God send. From the very beginning they listened to our needs concerning my mother and assured us that everything we were asking for, they could provide. They took the time to go visit my mother and get a feel for who the right person(s) would be a good fit for her. We explained that my mother has an underlying condition (lung cancer) so they ensure that the care takers they send are wearing masks and social distancing while caring for my mom. They have been very easy to work with, very understanding of our needs and my mom absolutely LOVES her caregiver Nadia! In fact, she refers to Nadia as her second daughter. I highly recommend Right At Home to anyone looking for at home care for a loved one. It will be the best decision you could make for peace of mind and comfort for you and your family.

As an out of state person finding the correct company to take care of my Mom was frightening and confusing. Right at Home worked with me in many different ways. One of the things I liked the most was their phone service. Mary was on the other end most of the time and she was heaven sent. Impeccable service. The people scheduled to arrive at my Moms home were ALWAYS on time (I know, because we had cameras in her home and outside her front door). They always treated my mom like if they were family. At the end of the day thats what we are looking for, and organized company that can be there with our loved ones and let them feel cared for. Communication with this company was key and they always worked with me to make sure Mom had everything she needed or went everywhere she needed to go. If you are looking for in home care, dont pass them up.

My wife Ms. Jordan had to have a procedure done in Miami on the 09th of August. She is able to handle most pain and blood, but she needed someone to transport her to and from the surgery center. She reached out to Mr. Charles Anderson from Right at Home and received information from their facility on the same day requested. Their prices are competitive and their service is exceptional. About a week before surgery, Mary (Mr. Charles coordinator) reaches out to my wife via email and via phone to find out exact details regarding surgery date. Because the surgery center schedules surgery the day before my wife didnt have much details, but Mary was patient in obtaining the details. My home health aid Latorria (I hope thats right) was incredible, personable, and reliable. She was early picking me up, she dropped off my prescriptions for me so that they could be ready when I left surgery. Following the surgery, she drove smoothly to the pharmacy and hotel where I am staying at. If you have a way that I can leave a review, please let me know because your service was beyond what I expected. I kindly thank you and am so appreciative.

Right at Home was right on time in providing the transportation to the hospital facility, support during my stay for the surgical procedure, and the subsequent transportation home and the ensuing home care; All in spite of the fact that none of the details of these various aspects of surgical care could be predicted in advance in terms of level and length of care needed, and the actual timing of the events. The procedure was an outpatient surgery but complications due to various risk factors might have resulted in a longer hospital stay and-or unforeseen home care requirements. On the day prior to the surgery, the assigned nursing aide contacted me by telephone to introduce their self and to confirm the next mornings schedule; and as plans so often go, later that same day I was contacted by the surgical coordinators and informed that the time of the early morning surgery had been moved back even earlier by one hour. This was no problem for the compassionate and understanding Right at Home nursing aide – picking me up at my home and transporting me to the hospital literally in the middle of the night. All of these uncertainties were accurately and fairly taken into account in the initial care contract I signed with Right at Home to provide nursing aids staffing services. I am very well pleased by the outcome of my care by Right at Home and I fully realize the importance of their service during surgical and other medical procedures planning.

I cannot say enough about Right At Home – Miami. They were fantastic in taking care of my step-mother after losing my father this past December. Charles Anderson (Director) is professional yet personable and Laura, Aurora and Mariela (the nurses-caretakers) were far and away the most caring and lovely ladies you could hope for! Since I live in New Jersey, I was worried about who would take care of my step-mother until I found a more permanent solution and was referred to Right at Home by Amy McLoughlin from A Place for Mom. Within a week of meeting Charles (who came to the hospital to meet with me) we had Laura during the night shift and Aurora during the day and my step-mother LOVED them!

Caring for an ill parent is a stressful and daunting task. I was so impressed by the professional and caring staff of Right at Home. Charles Anderson came to my mothers home for an initial evaluation and was able to assess her needs and provide her excellent care as well as assist us with the difficult work in navigating and submitting information to my mothers long term care insurance policy.He and Right at Home were real life savers and myself and my family are most grateful. I would highly recommend this agency.
