My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know all about the extraordinary Mirabelle elevated Senior Living options here in the Dadeland area of Miami. The moment we entered the lobby the pride and near perfection of our host’s guidance rose like cream to the top of our experience. Unhurried and with attention to detail Rebecca Merriman, Director of Sales, listened attentively to our needs, questions and warmly ushered us through the living quarters, pool, recreation areas(top drawer!) and various specific use areas such as Dining game rooms, theater, library, social areas and multipurpose areas. Prominently on display was the calendar of this month’s activities, and well as in the fitness a calendar of Engaged Lifestyle activities such as strength and conditioning, Zumba dance, standing and Balance, seated balance and a myriad of other move it suggestions. We met the coordinator of the gym, along with many attentive cheerful staff along our personalized tour. Space is allocated for bridge, mahjong, pickle ball and special themed events nights. Rebecca showed us several living facility options which were modern, spacious and definitely pleasant spaces. The entire facility has abundantly displayed art of all kinds lifting up the spirit and atmosphere. Levels of independent care and assisted living options were detailed. Support of the Senior Nannies home care specialists offers more peace of mind for residents in need of extra care. They even permit pets and provide caregivers to help maintain healthy loved pets. We interacted with residents in most the the activity areas and scrutinized how well staff attended to the residents. Staff also was uber/courteous to us as visitors. We parted with new understanding of what a viable and reassuring new homestead this can possibly become for our loved ones, and maybe down the line, us!

My mother has been living at the Mirabelle for a few months and she is loving it. As soon as you walk in you can tell it’s special. I was worried that the adjustment would be difficult for her but she has been enjoying her time there since day one. The staff is great and you can tell that they enjoy being there. Update after 5 years: while no place is perfect the Mirabelle has been an excellent choice for my father. He has made many friends here, is treated very well by the staff and remains active with all the activities and entertainment options. From the front desk to the entertainment coordinator to even the folks that deliver the mail everyone is friendly and very nice to my dad. Sara from the front desk has been especially friendly and helpful. She really cares about the residents and their families and it really show in everything she does. My family’s only complaint remains the downstairs restaurant. The have recently lost their longtime manager and we are waiting to see how a new manager might change things. Overall I would recommend the Mirabelle to anyone thinking of a retirement community in Miami. A while back, prior to the COVID pandemic, My father had visited the limited number of Independent Senior Living Facilities in Miami, including the Mirabelle. Then COVID hit and he put this on the back burner, but after months of isolation in his apartment, he wanted to revisit. We reached out again and we did another tour, a virtual one this time. My father ended up moving in to the Mirabelle at the end of December and it has been a wonderful experience for him. Sandra was amazingly helpful in making a stressful move as easy as possible. We have been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. They have worked very hard to keep the building as safe as possible from the pandemic, while at the same time allowing the residents to have some interaction, in a masked and social distanced way. They still have many of the activities but are being creative about how they do them. I haven't seen my father so animated in a long time and I owe his happiness to the staff at the Mirabelle. I cannot say enough about the love, care, and kindness that I was able to see firsthand last week while visiting my brother at Mirabelle. Everyone of the staff that I met and observed, went above and beyond to help and welcome my brother after being hospitalized for the last few months. The staff at the front desk, the Transportation staff, the dining room staff, including a few names who I remember, Mark Madeline, Christian and Claudia, and others along with the entire nursing staff on the ninth and 10th floors were all amazing. Mark Fleming, the dining director, made sure that my brother received anything and everything he ordered even if it was after hours just to be sure that he got something to eat when he needed it. Everyone on Mark’s staff did exactly the same. I am confident that the staff at Mirabelle along with Yanerys Vera’s, the resident care director, and her entire nursing staff will continue to get my brother back on his feet and able to enjoy all the amenities that Mirabelle has to offer. I cannot say enough good things or thank yous to Mirabelle!

We’ve dealt with Anna, their rental person and of course Vesh as a move coordinator, both very helpful providing prompt responses to texts and calls always with great attitude. from the First time i seen Mirabelle i thought it was amazing the view, the activities the staff. I really enjoy everything here the staff is amazing but i have to point out two amazing people Raquel and Dariel i dont know if i spelled their name right but both overnight workers make me and my dad feel like this is our home and not just Some where we stay for now. They always have a smile on their face and will have a conversation with us no matter what we are doing.

Claudia the lead server is wonderful And my housekeeper Esmeralda does a fantastic job cleaning my apartment I have had her for 3 years and she is special to me.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities list would make it impossible for someone to be bored living in the building and the neighborhood is fantastic. There is not a single service that you can't get within walking distance. The staff knew residents and their pets by name which was a huge comfort when considering a big life move for a single person in their final chapter. Anna (Director of Sales) was patient and understanding throughout the tour and we look forward to working with her in the future!
