Both my father in law and mother are there. They are well taken care of. They are treated with kindness and respect. They key me know immediately if anything is wrong. Raul, Odalys and Yelina as well as everyone else is very compassionate with the patients and their loved ones.

This place is fabulous. My mother (may she rest in peace) and later my aunt stayed there, and everyone in the family will always be grateful for the love and care they received. It's very clean, well-organized, and open 24 hours a day for unlimited family visits. The spaces are well-designed, the lighting is excellent, and above all, it's the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth.

This AFL is not what it seems. Starting from the owner to the staff and also their facility. Is sad to say but I was treated by the staff with disrespect, and the owner was rude. I hope that people open their eyes and don't get fooled by their acting skills. I found my loved one in bad hygiene condition. They are not treating our loved ones as we expect. So I urge all of those that have family here to go unannounced and see them in action, and see really what conditions your family member is living in. I will not advise anyone to trust these people with the care of even an animal. I will be calling OSHA soon this place needs an inspection and maybe even a change of staff and management. PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY, WE NEED TO PROTECT OUR LOVED ONES AND NOT TRUST PEOPLE WITH NO SCRUPELS IN CHARGE OF AN ALF.
