Great facility for memory care. The caregivers are the big highlight, specially Jennifer who goes above and beyond to take care of each resident as if it were her own father.

My brother was transferred from the hospital to VIP Memory Care. The staff and personnel are excellent. They tended to all the different needs of my brother in an efficient manner and kept me abreast of any matters that came up associated with him. He was treated like family, as were my son and I when we came to visit. The staff to include JoAnn, Todd, Linda, Jennifer, Christian and so many other staff members are excellent at their jobs and should be commended. for their excellent work.

Im eternally grateful to VIP for taking care of my grandfather Jack (Chup) until his last day. Unfortunately none of us live in Florida anymore and moving him overseas didnt seem like an option. He moved into VIP in late 2018 from a regular ALF that could no longer take care of him because of his memory deterioratingts not the fanciest place in town, but probably has some of the best caregivers.

My mom was taken care of by VIP like a VIP! This facility is filled with caring, loving, and very helpful people. I highly recommend this facility if your parent-s are in need of special care and round the clock attention. My mom had been here from May 2015 until the day of her passing, January 2018 and she was always clean, comfortable, and loved. Thank you VIP, you kept her very happy.

My mother became a VIP resident in April 2017. Donna worked with me to assess moms condition and reassured me that she would be safe and happy there. It was very stressful, and Donna made it so much easier. Every single time I visit mom one or more of the staff members stops by and hugs mom, and they tell me how much they love her and how funny she is, helpful, or something shes good at - bingo, painting, etc. Scott met with me after a few weeks to assess moms condition and I found him very knowledgeable and concerned for moms health. Her weight was an issue (too skinny) and he addressed it. She has gained some weight and will probably need new clothes soon! The facility is always clean, well-staffed with wonderful men and women, and mom looks forward to returning there when I take her for an outing - something Donna told me would happen but I didnt believe. Thank you to everyone at VIP for caring so well for my mom.

I found VIP and Donna January. Donna went above and beyond to help me with my mom. My mom reached a point with her Alzheimers where she needed round the clock care. Mom moved into VIP in March of 2016, the staff welcomed her and made her feel at home. Courtney, also made things very easy on the administrative side. Any questions or concerns, were always promptly handled by Courtney. She always makes time when you visit no matter how busy she is. Mom was involved in baking cookies, ice cream sundays, gardening, Easter Egg hunts, music and dancing. The residents are constantly involved in activities. VIP is not your normal memory care facility, it is a one of a kind home.It is super clean, does not have an odor and every resident is dressed and ready for the day. I knew my mom was safe, secure and I could rest easy that she was getting the care she needed. My mom recently passed away, but I have no regrets with the care she was provided in her last months. Thank you everyone!

My husband has been at VIP for five months. The staff is very caring and is always there to help the family as well as the resident. VIP truly knows what dementia is and how to treat residents with dignity. I am so thankful that I found them. Knowing that my husband is receiving the care that he needs and deserves at VIP provides me with a peace of mind .

I recently lost my beloved mother. For the last few years, my mother was living at home with aids taking care of her. She kept falling and I noticed that her Dementia was getting worse. I went to visit her and she fell 6 Times one night. The service I was using recommended VIP care Pavilion. I went to visit the facility and found the place clean, well lit and the staff very friendly.I then set up an appointment with Donna to assess my Mom and she informed me that her living situation was not safe. After discussing the problem with my brother, we decided that taking her to VIP would be the only way to keep our mother safe and alive. Mom didnt love it first, but the staff, Jennifer, Cynthia, and all the other personnel took such good care of her that we were able to leave her comfortably because we knew she was being well taken care of. I would also like to commend Courtney for always listening to us and helping with any clerical work needed. And the last caretaker I would like to thank is Michael (on the evening shift.) Mom said he was very kind to her and she waited daily for him to come in to see her. In conclusion, I would highly recommend VIP to anybody trying to make a decision for their parent going through a similar situation. One final note; when they were faced with the upcoming hurricane, the facility was totally prepared and the staff stepped up to make it not traumatic to the patients. My Mom never knew there was a hurricane. I am so happy her final months were spent at VIP!

Donna Peterson saved my life and so positively changed my mothers life to such an extent that I cannot adequately describe it! VIP Memory Care Pavillion was the perfect place for my mothers last phase of life although, little did we know, she had only seven short months left to live. My mother was loved and cared for in a way that no family member would have been able to provide. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough! Thanks to everyone on the staff including Scott, Donna, Jennifer, Laura, the on-site Vitas Hospice Team, and all of the caregivers. On behalf of the entire family, we are forever grateful …

VIP has been amazing. We recently lost our father, but prior to, he was at VIP for almost a year and the care he received there was fantastic. Everyone knew my father and he was not the sweetest at times, but the staff at VIP was patient, empathetic and took care of his needs. The staff informed us of any changes in his health. The facility was clean, and we could stop in at any time day or night and we were never surprised. Scott, the owner took time to know my father, and his individual needs and made sure they were met. There was no sugar coating details and that has helped make each transition a little easier. I HIGHLY recommend VIP for your loved ones.

In November my family was at one of the hardest junctions Ive ever seen. My aunt had just had a stroke leaving her incapable of taking care of her sister (my other aunt) who had Alzheimers. It was also the opinion of the doctors and the family that it was taking care of her sister 24-7 that was the catalyst to her stroke. My family didnt know what to do and needed relief. We also knew that the sister with Alzheimers could not properly be taken care of by any of us. I took it upon myself to research a place where we could have her live and be taken care of in the best way possible. Thats when I found VIP Memory Care Pavilion and got in touch with Donna. I was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and experience that it was hard to truly consider any other place for my aunt.Fast forward nearly six months later and my stroke-victim aunt is recovering amazingly (something that wouldnt have been possible without VIP) and my family is much more relaxed knowing shes in the best place she can be.I can write all day about the quality of the facility, the staff, the nurses, the location, and the overall environment. All of these elements are exceptional. Ultimately, VIP Memory Care Pavilion and Donna were there when my family needed help the most and did everything in their power to make the transition seem-less and stress-free. They were angels in our darkest times. Describing them as life-saving isnt doing it justice.

VIP Care Pavilion, you are a godsend. For many years we worked hard to find mom appropriate living situations. We went through the whole gamut from independent living to assisted living with increasing care levels but recently, at age 94, mom required more. We needed a place that could work for intensifying psychiatric-behavioral issues as well as aging issues. Settings just do not exist for those who have dual diagnoses here in South Florida. There is one exception however, and that is VIP. The ownership and staff are beyond wonderful. Their knowledge and experience immediately brought our anxiety level way down. Our feelings of a crisis situation were immediately relieved, we just knew they could manage things. They had been there before. Donna, Jennifer, Scott, Courtney and all the patient caregivers provided the skill and safety needed. VIP is bright, super clean, amazingly organized but most importantly, compassionate and caring. Their work is very difficult yet staff is smiling, cheerful and very responsive to both residents and family. Medical needs are managed very professionally as well. Scott always kept me in the loop, my questions and concerns were always responded to immediately. Mom was treated with respect and dignity. I just cant say enough about the quality of everything associated with VIP! Thank you.

My family and I would like to express our gratitude for the staff taking care of our Mother Frances during seven years of Alzheimers disease. They were compassionate and knew how to support Mothers needs. This facility is unique because it caters to this disease and has the ability to have medical staff on duty at all times and assistants to help everyone. A doctor is able to come to the facility to visit patients, which is important. At all times the staff was supportive. Thanks Jennifer, Scott, Donna, Tamera, Carolyn, Kristin, Vitas, and all the others (you know who you are). Not an easy job and we truly appreciated your care. RIP Mom

For financial reasons, we had to move mom to a new memory care facility...thats when we found VIP care pavilion!! From the moment we walked in, we knew this place and its staff were extra special!! Donna gave us the tour and explained how everything is intentional....designed for safety as well as to help those suffering with memory impairment. We only wish we had found this place sooner!!As far as the staff....nurse Jennifer always advises us of any changes in moms behavior and-or meds. Courtney reminds us of upcoming parties, support group meetings, and handles moms petty cash for haircuts, etc. Scott oversees the facility and staff...hes always willing to listen and advise us, and to even go to bat for us in any way he can! Its not unusual to see them hanging out with the residents on any given day. Also, all the aides are very engaging, attentive and appear to love what they do!! The entire team is top notch and very much appreciated!! We love VIP Care Pavilion!!

Moving a loved one from home is more difficult than you can imagine and was compounded by a less than successful first placement. Our move to VIP turned out to be a most wonderful gift; the staff took Max into their care as if they had known him for years. Scott has put together a beautifully professional and compassionate staff.

My father had recently passed away and unfortunately, he was the primary caregiver for my mother who had advanced Alzheimers Disease. I was in the position of having to find care for my mother in a very short period of time. I was lucky because my mom and dads next door neighbor had used VIP Memory Care Pavilion for the care of her mother, and the neighbor raved about the excellent care that her mother received. Donna at VIP worked with me and came to the house to assess mom to determine if she would be an appropriate placement. Once that was determined, she was able to expedite placement. Donna was also able to advise and make recommendations throughout the entire process. I was able to admit my mother within a few days and it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Mom loved VIP and had excellent care.

We placed my husband at VIP in late December and I spent a lot of time visiting with him. The staff at VIP was incredibly kind and professional. The facility is clean, well kept, and well run. My husband lost his battle with dementia in March and the team took care of his body with the utmost professionalism, as we decided to donate his brain to the University of Miami for research. The staff at VIP knew exactly what was needed to preserve the body to be transported and handled the situation with care and grace, which was much appreciated during a very difficult time. I highly recommend putting your loved ones in this facility as they immediately make you feel part of their family and you can rest assured your loved ones will be getting the best care.

Over the past 2 years the staff at V.I.P. Care Pavilion helped our family through a very difficult time. They helped us transition Mom into assisted living, and loved on her so very much, and offered so much support to our family -- going far beyond what was contracted, expected or even hoped. As Mom declined and needed more supervision, the staff loved on her even more and guided the family, gently letting us know what to expect. Nothing was whitewashed, so there were no surprises. During Moms last few days, while the hospice staff looked after Mom and helped us to prepare for her leaving us, the V.I.P. staff continued showing their concern and love, often stopping by her room to see how she was doing and offer us words of support. I am so grateful for the kindness, compassion, and attentive medical care they provided consistently throughout the twilight of Moms life.
