I have been living here since August 5 and cannot believe I am so pleased with independent living here. The price is reasonable at $2997 monthly. The dining room is beautiful and the servers are efficient and personable Menu is varied and range from good to excellent. The chef is often in the dining room and available. Love my little (661 square feet) apartment with screened in balcony).Annie is an unbelievable activities director.Lots to keep you entertained The Gilitter Ball was over the top in every way

My grandfather lives here and the way they have handled COVID-19 has really put my family at ease. Every experience Ive had with Jaffe has greatly exceeded my expectations and this is no different, I really appreciate the messages keeping us updated as well.

As we all know it is a difficult decision for the elderly to find good, safe and appropriate residency for the later years - especially if Assisted Living is needed. My parents have spent the last year in independent living at Cascade and recently my mother passed away, which required my father to move into the Assisted Living portion. I cannot say enough about the compassionate, effective and considerate treatment of our family during this time. From the staff at the front desk - Dolores and Andrea - to the Executive Director, Joff and of course Tawnie - the resident coordinator, who has helped my parents from the day they moved in. Every single staff member has been kind, helpful and highly efficient. Not only did they show great patience with my family - but on a day to day basis they go above and beyond to take care of everyone that resides there. The assisted living portion is no different - and the staff welcomed my father and continue to do everything possible to make him feel comfortable and welcome. I recommend Cascade Heights to anyone seeking safe-loving and professional care for themselves or their loved ones.

I had the opportunity to stay at Cascade Heights (guest suite) while in town for an extended period of time, and I have to say this team and community is first class! The physical environment is matched with exceptional customer service by the staff. I give this community the highest recommendation!

There is help available when needed!! This is a great stress reducer! We have met so many good people all of whom have interesting stories to share! The staff is caring and compassionate. My mother is enjoying her time here in this community. It is working out well for her, and her needs. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a pleasant staff. They do a good job with the cleanness around the community. There are plenty of activities offered for the residents, and the food is delicious. She is doing great since her move to this community, and I would highly recommend it.
