I'm an employee here at Vista lake and I love making the residents feel loved and cared for. I try to make them feel comfortable while here. I've been taking care of the elderly for 30 years or more and if I had to do it all over again I would. I love my coworkers as well. We are one big happy family.

Vista Lake is home for many residents. They offer both assisted living and memory care. The staff treats the residents like family. they are caring, compassionate and attentive. The community is under new ownership, and they have made renovations already. The community is beautiful.

Vista Lake staff is amazing. I do a lot of work in the facility, and I see the care and dedication they give their residents, and it is unlike any other in The Villages. Highly recommend to anyone looking to put a loved one in assisted living. 10/10

This is a very warm and loving community. Feels like home and having a family around you all the time. It is not brand new but it feels so comfortable and everyone is so nice.

If you are looking for a place for mom and-or dad, this is the place! My mom and dad moved into Vista Lake October of 2019 ( my mom has Alzheimers) my Dad passed away this past December. never had a negative experience. My dad would always talk about how friendly and fun the staff was how they would joke with him. To him that meant the world. He felt like he was at HOME. When my dad went into hospice he made us promise that we would keep Mom there. His words were I know they will take care of her and have the patience and kindness that she will need, I know she will be safe here. Thats all my sister and I needed to hear. I cant say enough good, I can lay my head down at night and know that she is in the best hands.

Food is anywhere from excellent to poor, depending on what you get for a meal; no masks of some staff and most residents since March 2020; some staff can be verbally rough and mean in language but other staff are very nice and very helpful.

I have a very dear friend living here , she is always very happy and well taken care of . I visit often , and all her friends, the other residents are like family to her , and just as Happy She loves the food , and the cheerful staff . Great job , Everyone, Keep up the Great Job All my questions are answered to my satisfaction, And all Her needs are met at once !!!!
