I spent almost two weeks at this facility and I can honestly say they are really good at what they do. Physical therapy five days a week for about an hour. Group physical and mental therapy five days a week for at least 30 minutes to an hour. And if you want to stay longer you can. It is two to a room but you have a privacy certain. Large closet with inhouse laundry. They label all clothing and other items (Wheelchair, CPAP, and blanket or pillow). I went to gain strength so I could go back home to my family of three adults, 5 dogs and 6 cats. I love my fur babies so I work really hard. Even after my session I would go back to My room and continue doing the exercises to gain strength. The food is mostly good if you don't like what they are serving for lunch or dinner they have a list of other options you can choose from. The kitchen also has a problem with not putting everything on the tray. If you ask for crackers or condiments you will probably have to ask the server to bring it to you. I would have soup and a salad every lunch and dinner, and it never failed something was always missing my soup or my salad or my salad dressing or my crackers. One day they forgot my whole entree. And it does take awhile for medical to get it right and it's not their fault. If the hospital had it right we could have started off right. I came in from a hospital and they had it wrong so they passed on wrong information about my meds but by time I was leaving we had it worked out. I will say this if I have to go back to rehab again it will be here. I've been to a few one in St Petersburg, 4 people to a room.I would not send my enemy there. One in Clearwater, 2 people to a room. staff was awful I Left with weeping edema and straight into the hospital I went again. The food at both places you ate what they served no choice involved. Both places was not set up for my oxygen needs. I was too far from the bathroom and my oxygen hose was not long enough. And I been to one other but I can't compare them because IROC is for more intense patients. Which I was not that bad this time. So I my opinion I would definitely use this place again and I highly recommend them.

Nice music program with the ukulele ladies. Aides very helpful in letting my husband get into his bed for an afternoon nap. The staff was very friendly and helpful Both today. Pleasant atmosphere. Both staff and other residents were friendly and pleasant today. Staff was very helpful today. Wish there was a fan out on the patio. Beautiful day but very warm. It would help to have the air moving for residents who enjoy the quiet outside environment. Attention should be on the resident's comfort and response to the music program. Not having the staff talking loudly on the phone or to each other during the program.

Connie is the most incredible extraordinary nurse going above and beyond the call of duty. It has truly been a great pleasure to have met her. The humanity, compassion, kindness and mercy is so rare in her line of work. Aside from work related duties as a person she has a heart of gold. I was pleasantly in shock and so fortunate to have known and have her as a extremely pleasurable and gratifying nurse. She has made my stay here and has left me with a rewarding positive feeling upon discharge. I want her to officially know the positive outcome of my stay here all due to connie.

My dear friend spent quite some time at this facility and to be honest there were many ups and downs during that time, which is normal when it comes to dealing with such a stressful time of life. I found a friendly and helpful staff for the most part. I do wish there could be more staff on hand but unfortunately that is the case when it comes to nursing facilities wherever you go. I belive Wrights actually has one of the better staff to patient ratio. I met many nice staff members who treated my friend well and a few who went above and treated her like family. Nurse Diana was especially caring and treated my friend more like family than a patient. The staff were always kind and helpful to me as I visited most every day. Thank you especially to the nurses and nurses aids for doing what you do even when it gets hard.

The environment is clean. To see the Doctors care given assistance they all busy taking care of they patients and speaking acknowledge and smiles on they faces. So nice. They are very observant the surrounding revolving they patients.I Thank them for they services and taking care of my brother in law.This is the people you like to be around kindness and respectful of others and us as well the same. Blessing show up and help in upgrading and donations and hopefully raises just be patient calm and like alots of amazing things to bring to the Wrghts Rehabilitation Center. My ex-husband Tom has been here for several weeks now he is 100 disabled cannot reach for food water or anything he has to be checked on almost every hour to ensure that he is being hydrated! Janessa..Was the most helpful young lady I've ever seen in my whole life Same spend over backwards to try to please. What a great asset to your company! They were so wonderful that they rearranged another room for him since 3 and 1 room was a little crowded to have a couple people visit! My daughter my son and myself try to get up there! Once again thank you for doing that for us! The STAFF here is amazing! We have had no issues except for the remote control which we finally fixed yesterday! Thank you very much for taking care of my ex-husband As my son who normally takes care of him Had surgery! I will always be connected to my ex-husband through my two grown children that is why I go up there daily and visit him for hours in the afternoon week days! To feed him his dinner! Has also on a diet that must be Blended pureed as he could choke! And The dietitian is doing a wonderful job with that! Just need a little more gravy lol! I will be back at the end of his stay and update! In case there is any change! We had taken him before to another facility that was very neglectful! On East Bay Drive But not with the staff the STAFF IS THE BEST. I wish I could remember the name of all the people that have helped him there. I will try to get the names and update when I come back at the end of this day on the 20th! His stay has been extended twice now! Kudos to The dietitian and the kitchen staff and the cook for making his pureed meals excellent!

Just a bit of background for those who are trying to locate a Good Rehabilitation Center for a loved one. While trying to get out of bed during the evening our mom had a fall at home and was brought to the hospital for care. My family was advised that she Required additional rehabilitation services to help her towards recovery. So After careful research and review of many facilities My family chose Wright’s healthcare and Rehabilitation center for her Continued Therapeutic services. We all agreed it was a Wise choice. She received exceptional care with compassion, A comfortable Bedroom with all the needed amenities, a friendly and clean atmosphere with a truly awesome staff of Doctors , Therapist, Social services, CNA‘s, Dietitian chef that all worked Together with her As a team Towards helping her to reestablish The beginning of her stability and mobility Journey. Mom was discharged and returned home after 10 days along with all the required durable medical equipment needed And an outpatient service plan Consisting of an occupational & Physical therapist As well as a visiting home nurse. We are happy to report that our mom is a great work in progress and doing well. From my family to all of you, Thank you to the entire Wright’s team but especially to Laurie with the social service department & her family, moms doctor, Chelsea, Tosh and moms Therapist Which we had the pleasure of meeting and also helped us towards coordinating her continued at home services. I felt very well looked after. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Therapy was the best Arms to help with Walker and legs to help with walking. Dan's drills taught more than exercises but why we do them and how to breathe properly. It was the best therapy I have ever had even in a clinic. The meals were very good and tasted homemade.

I recommend Wright's. My dad was there 7 years ago, for a few years, and recently my husband for a week stay. Food great, workers to residents ratio is excellent. Great PT. And a long running staff. They are caring, and friendly. The facility is clean, and has nice common rooms and outdoor areas. Very secure. I was thrilled there were so many people still there in the office, on the floor and billing. They remembered my Dad and me well, and my husband was very pleased.

If you are looking for a healthcae and rehab facility I highly recommend Wrights Healthcare and Rehabilitation located in Seminole FL. From the moment I got there I knew I was in the right place. The staff was very welcoming and upbeat and this friendliness continued throughout my stay. The entire staff was caring and professional and they treated me with respect and dignty. They answered my call light in a timely fashion and relayed my messages to my nurses immediately. The facility is immaculately clean as houskeeping does a wonderful job each and every day. Meals were delivered on time and the food was surprisingly good. The therapy deparment provided me with excersises that truly helped with my healing process. So if you are looking for a safe place to recover, look no further than Wrights Healthcare and Rehabilitation. You won't be disappointed.

Words cannot describe the agony that my family went through trying to find a suitable and affordable long term facility that could care for my husbands father, whois a double amputee, so his care level is pretty great. My uncle was sent to Wrights following a stroke. There was noticeable improvement after only a few days. Unfortunately, he ended up needing emergency gall bladder surgery which interrupted his stay. Wrights team may very well have saved his life by acting quickly and getting him to the emergency room. We were thrilled he was able to return following surgery and continue his road to recovery. Thank you to all of the amazing staff - from every department. I believe his being there made all the difference.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. This was my one and only experience of a rehab facility and I stayed for 3 weeks, following extensive surgery on my hip and broken pelvis. My morale was very low since I was in a lot of pain and unable to walk but I could not have come to a better place. All the staff are very caring and professional and nothing is ever too much trouble, they are wonderful people and it is a very well run place. Very clean, too. I have a special shout-out to the Physical Therapy team who encouraged me to push myself and do exercises I didn't want to do, but when I started to get real results and could start walking again, I couldn't wait for my daily sessions. Thank-you, Wright's.

I will give the team there great credit for how much they helped when my mom was having to fill out Medicare and Medicaid paperwork. There's a notary on staff and they went above and beyond to help her get it all done by the deadline which was a huge stress to me mom. The staff seems very caring and sweet with my step dad. He's been sick and lost a lot of weight, but I think that's just how it goes at his level of health which isn't good. Overall we have been pleased with his care.

This place is wonderful. My mom has been in numerous rehabs around town over the past two decades and this is the only one where we've found that 100% of the staff are caring, compassionate, and friendly. She actually looked forward to going back! It seems to have a low turnover as she spent stints here a year apart and the same lovely staff was in place. It's amazing how they got her up and walking again this time (I had my doubts), and had her participate in their numerous activities so that even her cognitive abilities improved immensely. Yes, it is an older building that looks a tad rough around the edges, but if you're more interested in phenomenal care and cleanliness over a pretty building, this is the place for your loved ones.
