Found the bldg easily. Easy sign-in at front desk. Friendly lady at reception desk. Elevator conveniently located. Visited my family member. Saw dining room where lunch was being served. Only negative was how brightly lit that dining room was. Not a welcoming or cozy feel at all. Could use ambient lighting.

The review is based on the interaction for respite care Even though I understand why they said what they said, because they don't want to assume any risk that they don't have to The communication or lack thereof for the whole process was me doing all the calling, all the follow up it was just not very professional and just felt like it was only corporate in once they made up their mind, that's not the risk they wanted to assume for 2 weeks.I basically was just disregarded

First visit check in was very easy and continued visits use facial recognition making it easy to check in. Facility is very clean, front desk personnel friendly and happy. Person I visit resides in a studio that is quite spacious with refrigerator and countertops and sink. Bathroom is handicapped accessible, large shower and clean. I would recommend this Assisted living facility.

My mom lives here. The facilities are beautiful and decorated.So cutely for halloween. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful with my requests. The portions of food she gets are adequate for what she needs. From what i've tasted in the two meals.She's had while i'm here.They're not bad. The activities are fun and even I got to dance to dancing queen with my mama. Life can't get much better than that.I highly recommend you come visit.Johnny and soda shop are the bomb.

I just wanted to take a quick moment and tell people about our experience with Cypress Palm’s of Largo. Although it’s only been a weeks time, I’d like to mention how clean the facility is, how friendly the staff is and the residents themselves are very friendly. My wife’s mother recently moved into Cypress from Royal Palm due to a new medical condition which requires her to have assistance in her day to day life. Right away we were struck as to the cleanliness of the facility. The food seems to be an upgrade as well. The studio apartment she’s in is just perfect for her now and the assistance she is receiving is also benefiting her as well. The staff seems to be caring and supportive. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Cypress Palms to anyone looking for a facility to place your loved one.

We visited at least four other assisted living facilities before we were lucky enough to find The Palms of Largo. I knew it was going to be a fantastic place just by how well the grounds were maintained. Sure enough we walked in and everything was spotless and shiny. The staff couldn't have been more professional and friendly and caring. We recently had my mom stay there for a week for respite while my husband and I went out of town. On the day I dropped her off, I got her situated in her room, which is not much smaller than my first apartment, another bonus. They have a salon on site so I arranged for a shampoo and a haircut for her, and when I left, the staff was already at her side to guide her thru the day. I was 100% confident she would be very very well taken care of. if you are considering assisted living for a loved one, you owe it to yourself to visit The Palms of Largo.

Cypress Palms is very impressive Place. So clean and the floor that I went on had all kinds of Easter decorations up and it was so cheery and friendly . The person I’m visiting was very happy in her room which was a decent size and looked very nicely set upset up. large bathroom and I was impressed that it had a full size refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this place for people searching.

This Senior residence visit was a beautiful experience, everyone from telephone call prior to visit, to front desk staff to floor nurse were friendly and knowledgeable. The decor and cleanliness is outstanding along with the sufficient resident's room space. Very impressive, I would consider this a place i would have my love ones or maybe even myself one day. This was my second time at the facility. While it is hard to see an old friend struggling with mental health issues, I was happy to see how he was treated by the staff. They are professional and caring. I can see that they have his best interests at heart.

My Mother was there, as a resident, from the age of 95 to 100 years old -until she passed in 2022. The quality of the premises, the affection and integrity of the staff and the way she was treated by all was exemplary. Though it was a difficult adjustment from being independent initially, my brother and I could not have asked for a better place for my Mom to be in the last 4 years of her life.

Cypress palms is wonderful. They have a multitude of goings-on for the residents almost daily. From bingo, to movie night, to name that tune game night. My sister arrived in December. She is unable to care for herself and she has found the best fit for her. I live in Michigan and after several trips to help her since October, I do not worry about her health, eating well or getting some exercise and socializing. She is so much better off now. I thank each and every aid, nurse, kitchen staff, administrators, and health professionals from the bottom of my heart. You do wonderful work. ™™™

I visited Cypress Palms today and was impressed with the staff and the facilities. The common areas are large, well lit and clean. There are lots of events for the occupants including arts and crafts. The living spaces are sized to handle walking aides with large closets and accessible bathrooms. Every staff member I saw was kind and helpful. Cypress Palms is beautifully maintained and is my choice for an active assisted living lifestyle.

The entry is so very welcoming! The staff are very efficient. I feel this is a response able place for those are not able to care for themselves alone at home. I noticed the staff remembers residents names and responds each time they see them. In this outside world peaceful living is wonderful.

As POA and Health Care Surrogate for my friend, I helped her find an ALF. We looked at many in the area but once we walked into Cypress Palms, it was very apparent that this was going to be the place. It was immaculate, no smell at all, everyone was happy and friendly, and there were decorations for the season, which made a very nice, welcoming atmosphere. My friend decided on a one-bedroom apartment with a screened patio, which also had a small kitchen area. It is a nice-sized apartment and we were able to fit all her bedroom furniture in the bedroom, including her recliner chair, and a full-sized couch, a love seat, two arm chairs, coffee table, end table, and chest in the living room. Over time, she has deteriorated, both physically and mentally, and the staff has adjusted as needed. She can be overly demanding at times, but the staff is patient and understanding with her, and always there when she needs them. I've eaten there a few times and the food is delicious and nutritious - and a varied menu which she can choose from each day. I highly recommend Cypress Palms for any of your loved ones. They have always gone beyond my expectations in caring for my friend.

I chose Cypress Palms to care for my mother and her battle with Alzheimer's. My experience in caring for her at home was one of the most challenging tasks I've ever had to deal with. I needed help and thankful that there are places like Cypress Palms to care for our aging population. The activities and level of personal care are unmatched to anything I've seen. The special part of this community is the people who work there and the residents truly benefit as they are around others in similar circumstances and can live out there lives with daily interaction. The peace of mind I have in knowing my mother is in the most capable hands is a huge weight off my shoulders. She has been living there since December of 2022.

Went to pick up client and the safety measures were awesome. She was in memory care and they made sure she was who she was supposed to be with and had all the proper documentation for her doctor's visit. Everyone was so nice and friendly.
