Senior helpers far exceeded our expectations. With parents living in FL and myself & siblings living all over the Country Jada and her caregiver staff was incredible. All of the caregivers were so kind and helpful to my stepmother with Alzheimer's they always treated her with dignity and respect. We cannot express how grateful we are to Senior Helpers. My mom always lived at home and after a broken hip at 90 years young, she was in a rehabilitation facility. She started to decline quickly, and my siblings and I wanted to bring her home so she could spend her remaining days at home. Thanks to Senior Helpers and Hospice we were able to do just that. Georgina met with my brother and I to determine what our needs were and ensured we could get my mom home the next day. The Senior Helper, Michelin who was my mom's main caregiver, was so kind and gentle with my mom. She treated my mom just like we would with compassion, gentleness and ensuring all her needs were met. With Senior Helper's assistance we were able to spend quality time with my mom in her own home. Goodness where do I begin? We started with Senior Helpers maybe 2 or so years ago and from the first day until now, they have succeeded the expectations that I had. Everyone goes over and beyond in their help and the caregivers, Vivienne Nairin and Jessica Nason, that we have, WOW I CANNOT RAVE ON THEM ENOUGH. We have the 2 Best Caregivers in your company in my opinion. We are VERY BLESSED and HUMBLED to have them in our home. My husband had a PCA stroke in 2019 and needed help. Where do I start? I cannot express how much this company and their staff means to our family. My hubsand, Kenneth, has had a major stroke, PCA, and has the onset of dementia which requires someone to be with him 24 hours a day. We have been blessed with Senior Helpers to come in our home 5 days a week for 2 hours. In those hours, our care giver, Vivienne N., comes in and gives him a bath, she pampers him, (which he loves) and always makes sure he is taken care of. She cooks, cleans, washes dishes and clothes. She does so much for him (us) but mostly, makes him feel comfortable and his needs are met. Ms. Vivienne has so much patience, understanding and compassion. I could go on and on about the company and Ms. Vivienne however, I hope and pray they know just what a BLESSING they all are to us. I truly cannot say enough good things about Senior Helpers in Lakeland Florida. They came into ours life just in time. My father wants to live in Florida as I want to live in Virginia. See our issue. Then I started looking for help and Senior Helpers came into our lives. They also work with the VA Benefits. we are ending our second week with Senior Helpers. We have had a changing schedule and found all the people at Senior Helpers to be helpful and accommodating. We have had 3 different care givers because of the schedule and found all three to be friendly and professional. Our 94 year old mother has found them all to be easy to work with and asks when they will be coming back. The way we have them scheduled they have been helping with both her breakfast and lunch.

I had 4 different girls come here to help me bath, and very little around the house, 3 of them were great, but one of them, she brings up things and when I answer them, and ask questions, she does answer them and tells her company that I made feel uncomfortable, she should acted like a grown woman, I did nothing wrong, now I have to wait until the V.A. hires another company, they she of just let one of the other 3 women come here. Thanks Jessica. For making your company believe something that is not true They do not come or call at times, they will say that they will try to find someone, so they come late in the next day .
