I moved into a very nice 1 bedroom here in February. I have had no issues that were not addressed immediately. I had a long conversation regarding some concerns I had yesterday and Jessica and Abraham were patient and kind and answered all my questions. The pool area is pleasing, the gym is perfect and the property managment does little things to make it nice for everyone. The grounds are always clean, they have little cake parties to recognize birthdays each month, resources for the community is always shared, bingo and other social events are held regularly. It is a nice place to live. If you are interested in moving in let me know so I can help!

We moved in about a year and a half ago. I was hesitant because of the reviews and I’m glad I didn’t jump to a conclusion because everythings been positive management is great and get work orders done in a prompt manner. I’ve never had any issues. It’s nice, peaceful and quiet here.

My parents moved in a bit ago. Seems ok as of right now. Besides the traffic out on the main rd. Everything seems fine. But they don't have any control over the traffic, so you can't hold it over their heads....

Nice place to visit and live.if you choose to. I have my friend that lives there rent. Is reasonable you don't have to pay for water cable is reasonable price but in the front of the building is not enough parking space for the handy cap in the back of the building needs more light even a security guard would be nice

Horrible, horrible place to live!!! It might be affordable but this building is falling apart. If you care about your love ones, DO NOT LET THEM MOVE IN HERE. First of all , most apartments are filled with roaches, they do spray on occasion. The intercom system is still not working . This has been going on for at least 5 years. Most of the time , the garbage chute fills up the 2nd floor. Since many people die while living there, they will require an exorbitant amount for deposit. They do this because most of the time, there is no one to request it after there lives ones are gone. It took us at least 3 months to get a parents security deposit back. The 2 women in the office are as useful as a bag of dicks. Totally irresponsible!!! Keep in mind , that never returned 1 phone call. Finally , we had to contact their corporate office. If you allow your loved one to move in there, I do pity you. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE LIVING HERE .AT RIVERVIEW HOUSE. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. JESSICA and GAIL.... ARE FRIENDLY.. I USE THE POOL EVERY DAY ..ITS PET FRIENDLY WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR .. I love my apartment, however, I am overrun with cockroaches in my kitchen. I do not leave food etc out hoping that would help control them. I have spent so much money on sprays, powders and traps to no avail. Do not know how to control the infestation. I have had Massey come in to spray but the roaches seem to be immune to what they are spraying. Nothing is working! I see them in the hallways as well. If this problem cannot be corrected, I will unfortunately be forced to look for another residence!! Sorry to have to give such a poor review!

after many legit complaints (too many to waste time listing here) a roach was thrown back into my apartment #210 at around 14:24 hours Sat November 6, 2021. This antagonistic act was perpertrated by using a key to enter my apartment. I do not sleep well these days(directly from staff treatment) as I endured a hemmorhagic stroke July 2, 2019.Jose Roldan or whoever lives on property 24/7 so perhaps that is who is antagonistic. I am forced to find A SAFER/HEALTHEIR/ PLACE TO LIVE AND MOST WAITS ARE OVER A YEAR.

They need to clean the carpet. Its disgusting, extremely dirty and has an awful order. The carpet isn't even the half of the problem. Seniors deserve better than that. The elevator scares me as well. It doesn't feel stable. Update: I went to visit my grandma this past weekend and there was a cigarette bud right next to her apartment door on the floor. She doesn't smoke! What if that bud had set the place on fire!! My grandmother would've been the first to go. Unacceptable.

My 70-year-old mother was looking to relocate in early 2016 since my father passed away. Riverview House was one place she considered due being on a fixed income. I went with her to start the application process. The manager at the main office was a bit dodgy. Not only did he avoid certain questions, but he was sweating bullets the entire time. While giving us a tour, I remember asking him if the A/C units were all similar (wall installation). He just kept changing the subject. Not a good start. After all was said and done, he asked her for a few Postal money orders. I had to obtain one for $100, then I believe another for $35 (security and application fees). The owner (an older lady) asked if there were any issues with my mom's credit report. After she said yes (few bad debts), the lady became very nasty and unruly. She whipped up some B.S. story, handed her back the money orders, and told her to clean her credit by using a debt consolidator. That was that. I'm actually glad she moved elsewhere. This is the place you go to when you're looking to die. I gave Riverview two stars simply because the rent is dirt cheap. Other than that, the office manager is a real dolt, and the owner has a bug up her behind.

The manager is a very disrespectfull woman. I tried to get her help in a problem I had with my rent and the only I received was screaming and disrespect way from her. She is not a good listen person. Im hating this place now because I think anyone has rights in this place.
