During dinner at Arbor Oaks at Greenacres Assisted Living Center, my wife experienced a dangerous incident , where another resident tried to steal her potato chips. When my wife tried to stop her, the other resident tried to stab her in the eye with a fork. We tried to file a report, but the head nurse and manager didn't believe us. However, The next the night at dinner, all of the residents complained that they only had spoons and no forks to eat with. My wife didn't sleep well that night and was very shaken up from the incident. We therefore had her removed from the nursing home due to safety concerns. We were upset that the home still charged us an additional month's fee, despite this serious safety concern. Unfortunately, my wife passed away shorter after on March 27, 2026. We would not recommend Arbor Oaks at Greenacres Assisted Living Center (Colliers at Greenacres).

Really just want to take a few moments to thank all of you for everything you have done for my parents, and for our family. Can’t thank you enough for the love, care and support you showed all of us. Not only was the food and activities great daily, the overall hospitality and care and service with the cleaning and the 24/7 support that was needed and given was exceptional!! Thank you everyone in the Arbor Oaks family for your unwavering love and compassion you showed my family! Forever Blessed!!

My partner was having mental/ memory issue. After much research and a referral, she moved into Arbor Oaks. It’s a beautiful facility. The staff are so great and friendly. They are receptive to questions and will help in anyway. She likes the food. They even have an ice cream parlor which I thought that was pretty cool. She would take books out of the well stocked library. When she was having problems with her physician, who is outside of the facility, they worked hard to resolve them. This is an update. Unfortunately after discharge, my partner did not do well. I am sending her back to Arbor Oaks without hesitation. And a big shout out to Karen who is the director of the facility. She is awesome. She really is hands-on and works super hard to make sure your needs are met. I strongly recommend Arbor Oaks.

My mom passed Sept 2024 at Arbor Oaks at Greenacres Florida.She had been in memory care for several years ,family was not able to care for her due to medical issues .This place was horrible, her room was consistently dirty .Family would frequently bring clothing ,food ,sweets ,blankets and everything was stolen from her .. her hygiene was not good .She was NOT woken up for meals when trays were delivered . I would STRONGLY recommend that you find another place for your loved one .. they deserve more than this place offers .

We had to put my mom in an Assistant Living Facility. We toured so many places and was very discouraged about what was out there and what we could afford. Then we found Arbor Oaks. My mom has been there since 11/2022. Mom has Alzheimer's but is still able to reside on the Assisted Living side and not memory care. Not going to lie the transition was hard for mom but the staff was so kind to her and to all my family. They have treated my mom so good. I can't praise them enough. What a blessing. My mom does the activities and has even made a new best friend. Karen, Lavida, Allison, Jeanette, Shawn and CJ you have made a difficult time easier on mom and the family. Thank you!!!!!

This review is being written by Loveda Finley. I have worked at Arbor Oaks for about 8 years and even worked thru the Covid experience. I have lasted this long because of the people I work with and the people we serve, including the residents, family members, and the other supporting personnel that care for our residents and their families. Karen and her management team truly care about the well-being of our residents. It shows in the daily interaction with the residents and their family members. These are the reasons I can give this facility a five star rating.

I have been with Arbor Oaks since the opening I work in the beauty salon. Love working with all the men an woman getting to hear about all their life's an families. It's a great joy to be there. Karen an Brenna an all the staff go above an beyond to make everyone's stay comforting an care of their needs. In the passed I brought my granddaughters in to visit an do activities with the people they loved coming in. The people enjoyed them coming in. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. They have a great staff.

Both of my in laws lived at Arbor Oaks Greenacres for six plus years. They were treated kindly and with respect. The facility is small and has a homey feel. At first they were in a two room apartment and were able to seamlessly move to other accommodations within the site when more care was needed. We would highly recommend this assisted living location.

I highly recommend Arbor Oaks Assisted Living Home. Recently my Mom passed away after having resided there for five years. She considered it a wonderful home after her independent living. At a point, independent living is no longer feasible and Arbor Oaks was the perfect transition. Her active life style continued, doing volunteer work once a week, church related activities and visits from family and friends. Arbor Oaks has a full schedule of activities, special events that the family is welcome to attend, an activity bus for grocery shopping, lunch out, doctors appointments. Some of special things Mom love were lunch on Boynton Beach, tour of homes to see Christmas lights, Lion Country Safari, arts and crafts, Bible study, music programs. She became more active while there. Under the directorship of Mrs. Karen Gibbons, Arbor Oaks has a compassionate and caring staff. It was a blessing for Mom to find such a place to call home.
