Welcome to The Club at Lake Wales! We provide the ideal combination of housing, care, and services for residents. Conveniently located in Lake Wales, we are close to hospitals and physicians. Residents have plenty of entertainment options nearby as well. We help our residents with their daily routines and to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. We design care plans that meet the individual needs for each resident. We have trained staffing available when needed. The Club at Lake Wales Assisted Living and Adult Day Care
The Club at Lake Wales concentrates on offering assisted living care for our residents in cozy, comfortable atmosphere. We also provide adult day care services to help working adult children be sure their elderly parents are taken care of during the day.
Our residents love the support and help we give them while also enjoying their privacy. Our residents have their choice of a studio or one bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Lake Wales staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. The Club at Lake Wales has meals prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between mealtimes. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate special diets.

We offer our residents amenities in comfort that they would enjoy in the comfort of their own homes. Indoor Common Areas, Activities, Devotional Services, and Transportation. The staff here are fully trained, friendly and accessible. They help our residents enjoy their stay with us.
We do our best to make sure each resident is able to sustain a healthy, fulfilling life during their stay. In order to do this, our community has Hospice Available, Respite Offered, Complimentary Transportation to keep them active. After all, one of the keys to staying independent is staying active.
Residents enjoy of a full schedule of social, educational and entertaining activities. Our structured program helps residents maintain a high quality of life. Many of our activities encourage members to socialize and develop friendships with other residents. We make sure the activities are fun and entertaining.

Love all the changes since new management came into the facility. Residents were enjoying the lunch, food smelled and looked amazing!
