I cannot say enough positive things about Brookdale and the amazing staff that works here. From my first meeting with Michelle, I knew this was going to be a wonderful place for my mom. Highly recommend!!!

My aunt is 95. She never wanted to move to an Assisted Living facility, but it was time. She was there one month and said, “I love it here!” If there are ever any issues, I email the director, and it is addressed immediately. Very clean, cheery, well lit, good food, and friendly activities director. My aunt is happier than she has been in 20 years!

I cant thank the caring and loving staff of Brookdale Lake Mary enough for the difference they made in my mothers life in her final years. You showed my mother so much compassion and encouraged her to be active which made a true difference in her happiness and quality of life. God bless you all.

My mom has received excellent care at Brookdale Lake Mary for the past five years. The staff is very caring, and are very accommodating to her needs. This facility and the residents all feel like family to us, and I greatly appreciate the support we have received there.

We recently put our Mother in Brookdale Lake Mary. I must say, we are very impressed with Meraysha Burke, and her team. The way they are taking care of her on a personal level in the Dementia and Alzheimers Unit. Michelle Gray, the Director made sure that everything was taken care of before our arrival. Meeting the needs of our love one is of utmost important to our family. We are happy that we chose this Community for assistance living.D.M

My mom has been at Brookdale, Lake Mary over 3 years now. She is as happy there as she has ever been. She feels safe yet independent and in-control of her own life. Mom raves about the food too....says it is like her mom cooked 🙂 Of course there were all the initial adjustments, but nothing that wasn't expected such as billing glitches. The leadership and staff truly do care and have tried to work with us on medication, finances, etc. to be as flexible as possible. Like anywhere, it would be lovely to have more staff, but wouldn't we all love that in every aspect of our lives!

We chose this community after much research and many visits to assisted living centers in Seminole county. As a retired social worker, I look for certain things while the staff is giving a tour. I noticed all the residents seemed happy and well cared for, the staff seemed to know EVERYONEs name and engaged with them on a personal level. There were small groups of people hanging out together, rather than sitting sadly alone which seems to be so often the case. Mom has lived here a month and we are so pleased with our choice. This can be a stressful life event, but mom settled in nicely, everyone knows us and staff is available and approachable ( even going beyond the call of duty pretty frequently). Clearly this is not just a job to most of these folks and it shows in the level of compassion and care. Lots of activities for body mind and spirit, and the food is really Healthy and nutritious and tasty from an actual chef in an actual kitchen. We could not be happier with our choice.

My mother has been here 3 weeks now. The staff is pretty responsive and kind. The place is not very clean though. My moms bathroom floor was gross. The shared bathtub had a floor mat that was sopping wet when my mom needed it - gross!

My mother, Betty Fuselier, was in the Clarebridge unit at Brookdale Assisted living facility in Lake Mary, Florida. She suffered with late onset Alzheimers disease. My mothers and my familys experience while my mother was in Brookdale was superb. All of the Brookdale staff treated my mother with respect as she slipped from stage 6 Alzheimer to end stage 7. We all grieved her loss. All of the staff at Brookdale went above and beyond their daily duties to keep my mother as comfortable as possible. Great givers that stood out were Nick,, Sonia, Juanita, Michelle, Lindsay, Katie, Jennifer, and Marisha, just to name a few. All of these wonderful people took such good care of my mother in her last days, however, I have to especially thank Nick Vigiano for taking the time to visit my mother, take pictures of my mother and send them to me, with the caption that, Mom says hello and is doing fine. This was such a relief since my mother could no longer speak by phone. On behalf of the Fuselier family, I thank you all once again for your graciousness.
