My Grandma loves living there. Krystal has been a true blessing with keeping things hopping around there!! She has a true gift with knowing each and every resident who lives there. Great Mothers Day get together. Thank you to all the staff for being so patient and kind to Grandma!! Thank you all for loving our Grandmother!!

My 87 yr old father recently relocated back to Lake City from an assisted living in Tallahassee into Willowbrook. I have to commend the extremely caring staff on their interactions to make this a nearly seamless transition for my father who has dementia. My dad has been there nearly 6 months and says it feels like home. As his daughter and primary caretaker, I live 10 hrs away during the summer months and when a recent medical situation happened with dad, ( he got a severe case of shingles), the staff responded professionally and quickly to get dad the medical intervention he needed while keeping me informed of the entire process..it was amazing! If I ever had any anxiety of not being able to be there for dad for those 6 months each year, it was re-enforced that he is indeed in good hands. They have my greatest gratitude for the compassionate care, friendship and love they give their residents!
