Nice 55 + community with an assisted living unit on the 3rd fl. Everyone I've met here is friendly and helpful.

Two of my friends live there on the assisted living floor. One of them has lung issues and his room reeks of mildew and the air in there is damp. Staff did not seem overly concerned when I reported it. A nearby hall smells of urine. There are numerous and large water stains on the carpets in the hallway. This building is only a few years old and shouldn't be having these issues. I, personally, would leave Key West if this were my only option for eldercare.
