My mom has been at Lexington for over 8 years now. She became unable to walk or stand so she could no longer live alone and liked the visit to Lexington where her mother-in-law had also been years before. She is going to be 98 in a month and a half. She has NEVER HAD even A BEDSORE even though she is permanently on her back. She is treated with the respect that someone her age deserves. The staff knows her and works with her as things change with her age. The care, food and staff are extremely good. I would definitely recommend the facility. For those that are more active there are all kinds of activities going on and the assisted/independent living areas seem really good as well. We are so glad to have found Lexington.

I enjoy the time spent at Lexington the therapy team were great, I enjoyed the time spent with the nursing team they were great. The food was mostly good. The room I was in was very clean. I was treated like family very concerning about my recovery.

This is my second visit in Lexington This place is wonderful if I could give it 10 stars I would give 20 it's that great The therapy team has been so good to me helping me focus on my goals My room is cleaned daily the food is good But the nursing team are top notch someone is always available to help they have great bedside manners. I will continue to choose Lexington for any rehab I may need in the future and recommend it to anyone who ask for recommendations Lexington team thank you all for all you have done for my recovery

This my fourth visit to Lexington Health Rehab Center. I continue to choose this facility because the staff are overly friendly and caring I get great one on one care with nursing and therapy. My room is cleaned daily and I'm treated like family. Everyone is very polite. I would recommend Lexington to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to recover.

This place is very nice and very clean. The staff listens and try to address every concern that you have. They are super busy so sometimes so calls can be be hard to get through just like any place and with each new rotation sometimes nurses forget or can’t get to you in time but they do reach out when they get a chance. I would recommend this place for anyone and to know this is a care facility not everything will go as planned but they work hard and try their best so remember to be patient be calm and try to be kind they are under a lot of pressure and stress taking care of others is not always easy so let’s be mindful of this as well.

They’ve been extremely helpful in regards to a family member being at the establishment. The staff has gone above and beyond and have exceeded expectations. I’ve specifically dealt with Magan as well as Jake at this facility and they’ve answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

I am changing my review to reflect the recent changes I see in this facility! The administrator, Jake, is a people person who leaves his office to be sure people are getting the care needed. The Director of Nursing, Wendy is on the floor checking in on residents in addition to her duties in managing nursing department. The nurse managers I dealt with, Meka & Lillian really went out of their way in caring for my sister during her most difficult times. The staff has gone above & beyond what is mormally seen in healthcare facilities to take care of patients! Thank you all for making my sister's final days comfortable and bearable for me! ’•™

I have been a recent patient at Lexington and can tell you that my care & rehabilitation has been excellent. Their nursing staff & CNA's provide daily rehabilitation services & bedside visits that are exceptional. The physical therapy staff is intense & has helped me get back on my feet. My room was beautiful & kept clean. The meals are delicious & nutritious. I would recommend this facility to anyone, young or old to get back on their feet & start living their life again.

I've been in Lexington for some years now. I have so many favorite staff members including Esmeralda, Nurse Blue,Amber my CNA. Activities always has fun things to do like outings and big birthday celebration . I am treated as family. Everyone keeps a very close eye me. I've been in Lexington for a littlewhile and I am treated like a family member. Everyone here is so attentive. From the nursing staff including the cleaning staff, being here is just like you're in your own home. The the culinary department definitely follows doctor's order diets, but the food is very good anyhow. I will definitely recommend lexington for anyone who is in need of skilled, therapy or even long term care.

First time visiting Lexington. So far it's been wonderful.Esmeralda with the concierge program definitely gets the job done. The CNA is a hard worker and very polite. I want to express my feeling on my stay at the Lexington rehab center. I have absolutely positive things to say about every department. Jake the administrator who was the first person that I encountered. He was great he welcomed me. When I got to my room it was spotless and the CNA's were great . I have to give kudos to Mattie, she went out of her way to help me. The nurses were all fabulous, I got all my medications on time, Mandi went out of her way to be kind to me In therapy everyone was good to me, they're like a family in there and they help you get strong to go home. I love the activities that they have everyday. To get you out of the room. In all I would refer anyone to this facility. Thank you, Kathy.

Place is great. I'm a long term resident here and everyone treats me like family. I get along well with all the other residents as well. Nursing great, cna blonde great, nurse is great. It's like a big happy family here. Food is great no complaints. Social services is good. Clean environment. They treat me better than the president. Staci, Angela, Jake all great. Jake the administrator is very personable. Therapy is amazing. Admissions is great. They made the process smooth for me. Evening reciptionst chris is nice. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a rehab!

Place really became family to me. Angela is the best DON in the world and Jake the best administrator. Nursing is amazing here. 2nd none. They really helped me, I was in another nursing home left and came here. I never wanna leave. I'm really happy here. Very clean. Therapy is tremendous. Social services is good. Physicians are great and services are amazing. Food is tremendous. Nurses again are second to none. I highly recommend this place.

Therapy is excellent they are very kind and understanding. Jake in administration is amazing. Nursing staff is tremendous. Food is really good. Bathroom and room is swept , moped dusted, windowsill is whipped down everyday. They have what we need. Place is clean. Bathroom is very clean and sanitized everyday as well. I'm really surprised the remodel is very nice. Housekeeping is on it! Social services is great they show up right away. They work with me. Admissions team is very nice and explanatory. Doctors are amazing. I would 100% recommend this place to those that need it!

My wife needed rehab during the time Hurricane Milton hit us and we are fortunate she was able to be at Lexington. It was comforting to know she was safe with O2 even during a power outage and nurses were available 24/7 during the entire experience. I went by at least once a day until she was able to come home and I was pleased with the positive healing vibes that were evident during my wife's stay. This was an intense period and everybody could still smile. My wife was comfortable and felt very secure. My impression was there are some great leaders at this place as all of the employees I ran into appeared to be focused on the residents' well-being. Nice job, Lexington!

Their "rapid" rehab is great due to the exceptional unit manager (Hubba) and the therapy department. As far as long term units go ... No, I don't recommend those: noisy and smelly. Nursing staff is decent. Aides? Depends on the day/luck. Administration? Revolving door. Nursing director? You'd find more caring in a prison guard. They do seem to pay their vendors, though.

I am pleased to leave a review for Lexington where I recently stayed. The room was spacious and totally clean. The food was good and nutritionally healthy. They offered a menu selection daily. The serving sizes were adequate and they offered snacks during the day. Most importantly, the staff were excellent and attentive. I was checked on several times a day and a nurse was always available when needed. The call button was answered within five minutes no matter what time of day or night. I will request to stay at Lexington next time I require a rehab and gladly recommend it to anyone I know.

I would like to congratulate the entire staff for working as a Team to Care for the Residents. As an Acute Care Hospital CEO who for many years operated SNF’s, I was impressed with the Facility Leadership Team, along with my fathers Nurse Manager, RN’s, LVN’s, CNA’s, Therapy Team, Dietary, Housekeeping, Front Desk and maintenance. Staff listened and was extremely helpful at all times. My Dad experienced Hope, Healing and Recovery. Thank you to the entire Team at Lexington Health Rehabilitation Center in St. Petersburg, FL. l just got here late last night. It's ok, but nothing like BayHealth. The EMS took me to BayHealth since I have been falling, so after a Cat scan, they sent me to Lexington Rehab Facility to build up my strength in my legs.

Above and beyond my expectations!! I was on the rapid rehab hall and I can honestly say that I was blown away with everything from the welcoming that I received when I arrived, to the staff’s thoughtful, kind, caring, and heartwarming regard they had for me from the moment I walked in the doors until the time I left!! I was treated like a first class citizen and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate to my needs. My light was always answered promptly, housekeeping made their presence known and did what was asked of them, the therapy staff was vigilant to how I was feeling and worked with my schedule to eliminate stress and discomfort during my sessions. I just can’t say enough about this place because I was truly surprised by the level and quality of care, which for me has been a very hard thing to find in these places.I’ve unfortunately had to frequent hospitals and rehabs more than a few times and never have I said I would return to any of them but, believe it or not, I would come back here hands down if I had to! ( god forbid) To the families trying to decide where to place their loved one, please take my advice and trust in this facility. I know everyone has a different of opinions and experiences but, this was a place that god sent me to heal and recover so all I can tell you is if the opportunity is presented to you, trust that it’ll be the right fit for your loved one. Thank you so much again to all the staff for the support, love, and care given to me during my stay, you blew me away with your kindness and definitely made an impression on me that’ll stay with me forever. Also, as a bonus, I made a few friends that I didn’t have before my visit here where, in most cases, I couldn’t wait to get away from the majority if not all workers at the other places! One thing I can say that needs some improvement is the food! Could absolutely use a little love in the kitchen!
