I had the pleasure of participating as a vendor at the Longevity Fest at Addington Place of Jupiter, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Melinda, Kirk, and the entire team were exceptional to work with. Everyone was welcoming, organized, professional, and genuinely supportive”from the shuttle drivers and dining staff to the business office and event coordinators. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the day enjoyable for both vendors and attendees alike. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, vibrant, and full of engaging activities for residents. It was also a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow vendors, build new relationships, and begin collaborations that will continue long after the event. They truly look after, and take EXCELLENT care of their residents, staff and anyone involved with their organization there! I am grateful to have been included and look forward to participating in future events. I would also love the opportunity to return and share wellness programs with both the residents and staff. My 91 year old Mom moved here and after seeing more than a few assisted living places on Cape Cod, this place is spectacular!! Every worker is so happy and pleasant. They are great with quickly remembering names, typical food orders , etc. Plus the care is top notch. Everyone is proactive which is critical with elderly people. There are tons of activities and all the residents seem happy. The rooms make it seem like a nice one bedroom condo and there’s even a kitchenette. I am very happy my Mom is getting the care she needs while also living a great life and not just waiting. I highly recommend it and if you have a parent who needs assistance and want a lot better than a bad nursing home, check this place out. Plus it’s an easy drive from PBI and in a great location. A+!!!

Melinda was so awesome. shared every detail of events and showed us several room options. I wish my husbands aunt could have went there. She needs more care. From Sale, GM, Concierge, Director of nursing, Director of dinning, Transportation, House keeping, and Maintenance, they all do their jobs above and beyond. We were first introduced to Addington early last year, when we toured a number of places to find the right fit for my 93 year old energetic mother who was still living in her own home. Melinda was our host, and was an amazing first person to welcome us - warm and inviting. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a patient of mine who resides there who invited me for coffee only to to be approached by management and told that we couldn’t sit together at the breakfast place in-spite of there being no other residents at the time. It felt very prejudice and degrading . I hope they will make some changes .

Nancy, my Stepmother, age 88, became a new resident at Addington Place, Jupiter, FL on April 30, 2025. She's been there about 6 weeks. Addington is a wonderful, impeccably maintained and caring Senior Living Community. It's professionally managed and operated by an experienced staff at all levels. The staff is competent and efficient + friendly and courteous and greet all with friendly gestures or words. Teamwork and camaraderie are clearly present. The accommodations, apartments and amenities are first rate. The food is excellent. Background: Early March '25, Nancy was diagnosed with acute pneumonia and Covid and was admitted as a patient at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center for 9 days. She was then transferred to Garden's Court Rehabilitation/PT where she was a patient for 38 days. Nancy became quite disoriented and confused with the facility changes - hospital to rehab to assisted living, back to hospital and back to assisted living. Addington staffing came to Nancy and our family's rescue all along the way. The key members are: Melinda Frantz, Community Relations & Marketing Counselor. Melinda provided Nancy and a friend with a very complete tour of the facility which sealed the deal. She answers all questions and introduces us to the key staff members to assist us in solutions. Heidi Gallagher, RN, Director of Health and Wellness. Heidi had works very closely with Nancy in comforting her in her new home and setting. She coordinates with MD's, Nurse Practitioners and Medical assistants to insure Nancy is getting the appropriate and best care. Charmaine Young - Certified Medication Technician. Charmaine provides medication and nursing assistance to Nancy. She is accommodating has has persuasive but kind way with Nancy which is a great help. Bianca Eby - Associate Exec. Director and Rebecca Stinnett, Business Office Assistant do a wonderful job keeping the bookkeeping in order and are responsive and reasonable with our questions. Assisted Living / Senior Care is mostly about people. How well does the Management and Staff work with the Residents (the customer) so that people are happy and engaged in their new setting. Obviously, the facility has to be well appointed, kept clean, offer ongoing consistent services and serve good food. If any of these elements aren't inline, the facility will fail. Addington Place, Jupiter, FL is winning and doing it well.

Best decision I made to move to Addington Place of Jupiter. The complex is set in a residential, tree lined area of Jupiter and the grounds are beautifully manicured. Sidewalks surround the entire area, lend to a peaceful stroll. Walk into the main lobby and view the magnificent 4 story atrium, complete with fountain and seasonal plants. Always decorated for holidays. Two dining rooms serving delicious meals....order from the extensive menu. Liquor bar available. Hair salon, Billiards,'well-stocked Library, Movie theatre, Arts & Crafts, Gym, Pool and a variety of social activities. Transportation is exceptional. From the Directors to the Nurses to the Chefs to the personnel , everything is A plus. Apartments are lovely, with screened porches and pet friendly. You would be very fortunate to call Addington Place of Jupiter your new home.

When I started looking for an assisted living place for my husband, I didn’t know what to expect but when I looked at the Addington place of Jupiter, I knew right away that this is where my husband would love to be. It is like living in a resort. As beautiful as this place is, it was the staff that really impressed me and touched my heart. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and will do anything they can do to help you. My husband loves good food and has never stopped raving about all of his great meals. I could go on and on, but you just have to experience it for yourself.

A lot of great and caring folks among the nursing stuff. And a shout-out to the aides at the affiliated Living Life at Home service who can be hired for additional help. The maintenance budget for the 12-year-old facility doesn't seem to be equal to the challenge of the Florida environment. My mom's A/C has suffered repeated failures over a period of weeks and has never even on its best day been able to maintain a set temp of 72. The maintenance staff will show up and attempt a reset. Sometimes they say that cooling to 72 is an impossible and unrealistic goal that will damage the delicate 12-year-old equipment. One time they installed a portable A/C in the apartment blowing hot air out a window. I give them credit for the effort, but the main result was a tripped circuit breaker, thus rendering mom's Internet and phone inoperative in a hot apartment. Similar situation with the building WiFi, which the staff themselves characterize as "terrible". If everyone agrees that it is a failure, why not upgrade it to modern technology? (A resident can't simply get his or her own Internet connection from AT&T or Xfinity, as I learned from calling AT&T and Xfinity.) There is definitely potential here. The building as architected and designed was likely once a great building. But how much would you love your house if you didn't have working A/C and Internet?

We live several states away and are only able to visit bi-monthly, but the staff always keeps us informed of anything out of the ordinary re. our Mom. Mom recently celebrated her 100th birthday and the spread put on by their chef and staff was phenomenal! It’s been a great comfort to know Mom is being well looked after even though we aren’t able to be with her as often as we’d like.

We are so satisfied with the care my parents are receiving at Addington Place. There are many activities for them to participate in, they have made new friends and the staff is very attentive to their needs. The neighborhood the complex is in is very safe and my parents continue to enjoy daily walks which is a huge plus for them. My mother lived in Addington Place for 5 years. She LOVED living there. In the beginning she came with her car then soon decided it wasn't necessary anymore, Addington provided car service for her appointments and bus service to the placed she visited frequently. She made friends quickly that she loved and became close to like family. She never felt alone. There were many, many quality activities for her -she was never bored or need of something to do. Her apartment was darling and perfectly laid out and safe for her needs. The staff and management were always available and quick to respond, especially Bernie!! They were always fair with their billing and never adding unreasonable charges. I will miss Addington Place now that my mother has passed.

I have to share my experience as a Home Heath Nurse in this beautiful community. I wish I could rate this community higher than 5 Star. My interaction with the Director of Nurses Heidi and her clinical team has been just great. There is no lacking in communication ever. Drew is the nurse on the floor and he is clinically sound and has a wonderful personality. The staff is always willing to stop what they are doing to help me. They truly make my job so easy which makes it a pleasure to service their community. The memory care always has fun activities going on when I’m seeing patients. Dottie the Director of memory care is just awesome. The facility is immaculate and beautiful. My patients rave about the food and the beautiful outdoor pool. Marty the administrator is hands on. I always see him mingling with his residents. That is a huge bonus. They just love him. Addington is also in a fabulous location of Jupiter in Abacoa. The surrounding area is just so beautiful. I highly recommend this amazing facility to any one that is looking.

As a Registered Nurse who gets the pleasure of seeing multiple residents in this building, including memory care, assisted living and Independent living, this is a 5 star establishment. The environment is professional and fun. The building is located in a beautiful neighborhood and offers so much to these residents including a heated pool, and golf green. It is well maintained and kept clean. There are so many activities going on daily between jewelry making, yoga, mens group, mind exercises and so much more. The memory care always has something going on that the residents can enjoy including special guest to provide entertainment, bingo, art, and so much more. There is plenty of staff so you can feel assured your loved one is being taken care of! The food that comes out of the kitchen always looks amazing and I often hear the residents talk about happy hour and how much fun they have The staff is friendly and professional and I noticed there is not a big turnover. Most have been here for a long time from housekeeping to care staff I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends and loved ones

My mom has been at Addington for almost 3 years now. It is a beautiful place, rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Many caring staff working with the residents and families, but since being sold to Cedarhurst Living quality has dropped, upper level management is unresponsive and/or inept and not communicative. Many staff are overworked and the "phones" are out on the weekend. While I credit them with keeping residents safe during the pandemic, the food was often inedible and the isolation severe. Sadly, for the price, they are perhaps one of the better ones!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful caring staff at Addington Place or the beauty of the place itself. My in-laws have been in assisted living and most recently memory care at Addington and both have been wonderful. The apartments are spacious and lovely, everything is clean and well kept, and the food is good. But most importantly the staff is excellent. My in-laws live in Florida while the remainder of the family is in the northeast. The staff communicates any and all appropriate issues/concerns to us when they arise which is critical for us and shows that they are well cared for. Lisa has been super supportive of our family in so many ways it is difficult to list them all, from finding the original apartment to facilitating the move and helping provide furniture for my Father in laws move to memory care, to moving and funeral advice when he passed. Bernie was a doll visiting my mother in law in the hospital. Tonya and Drew have been so caring, and wonderful in coordinating with my in laws doctors. And thanks also to the many other employees at Addington Place that made their time there a nice experience. We found everyone from the front desk, to nurses aides to the dining room staff to be lovely and sweet when we visited. In addition, they all expressed caring thoughts, often accompanied with a warm hug to my mother in law after she lost her husband. That means a lot to her and to us. A great place to live and get care.

My mother lived in an assisted living apartment at the Jupiter Allegro location for almost 2 years. I was on site often and was aware of all aspects of her life there. My mother was very particular and wanted things a certain way. Everyone at Allegro was so patient and kind with her and tried to accommodate all of her desires. The CNAs on my mother's floor were very considerate and gave just the right amount of care, supporting her independence as much as possible. The nursing staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and always available we needed them. The marketing and office staff went out of their way to help my mother feel comfortable, even when it was not their job! Lisa was amazing with my mother, helping her pick out just the right apartment and making her feel comfortable every step of the way. She really went the extra mile for my mom. Bernie arranged for so many things for my mother, going above and beyond the usual. We always felt listened to and taken seriously. I am so grateful to all of the Jupiter Allegro Staff who gave my mother the best possible care and treated my mother exactly the way she wanted to be treated, allowing her to live out her life on her own terms with dignity, grace, and comfort.

This facility is fantastic and the staff for the most part are top notch. The problem is with food service. The quality of the food has steadily gone down hill. There is a very high turnover rate of the food service staff including the chef. It seems to be "run" by someone with no knowledge or expertise in the food service area. After several months of steady decline, it is becoming apparent that this is an upper management problem. Be wary of what is promised as you look at this (and any other) facility. Insist on having a drop in meal to verify the actual quality. Many of the residents were the chefs of their families for the bulk of their lives and now they are being served the most boring, bland, often dry and over warmed foods and management just keeps making excuses. It really is sad that such a wonderful facility can't manage a better food service program.
