My mother-in-law is a resident here and loves it! Our family is happy they have different areas for different needs. Recently, she has had some hospitalizations and re-hab (on site) and everyone there has been so helpful I have such respect for what they do. They go above and beyond and dont fuss when I call (which is often). If they are busy, they will call me back! Special shout out for Laura, Tabitha, Nichole, Janell and a big thanks to Alicia! Our mom has made many friends there and they have a great time. They go on outings, have meals together and really seem to enjoy eachother. The location is very convenient and the property is lush with trees and flowing waters. I guess my only complaint is they need to put fountians in the ponds. Just sayin.

I want anyone who has a loved one who has to go to rehab to most certainly come here, it is the best there is. This place is like family and the people all know your name and remember things you like and don't like. This rehab facility is better than most hotels. The food is better than the hospital and really its like the comfort of home here.

After going to another rehabilitation center I was very leary of going to another because of my past experiences. When I admitted to Brookdale Atrium I was very surprised and relived by the quality of care, cleanliness and tastiness of food. I had many advocated who helped assist with any need I had along the way. The quality of rehab services was the best ive seen ever. This team has done so much for me for the long run and I truly appreciate everything. THANK YOU BROOKDALE!!!!!

Of all the nursing facilities my mother had been in, I felt like they really cared about and for her

As a senior provider, I get to see many of the area senior communities when they host events which is a treat for all of us in the senior field. What I noticed about Brookdale Atrium Way is how much fun the residents have along side us professionals...this speaks volumes to the great culture between residents and Brookdale staff!

Everybody has been very nice and have gone out of their way to get anything I need. When doing rehab the therapist were very compatible and nice. Helped me a whole lot.

My mother had alzheimer's and was in the skilled nursing facility. She was well cared for and happy. The staff was always willing to make time to talk with us and would call to keep me informed if my mother had any health issues. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that the dining service was irregular. It was not uncommon for the food to be brought out of the kitchen late, and a few times we had to ask for my mother's tray. My father was in the independent living, and moved to assisted living in the same facility. He is happy there and feels cared for. They check on him regularly, and see that he gets his meds. He enjoys the activities offered, and he's also happy with the food served in the dining room.

The RN's and CNA's were professional and gave me excellent care 24/7. My CNA actually made me my protein shake in the kitchen every morning because I can not eat a regular breakfast. It allowed me to reduce my blood/glucose level back into the normal range. This was impossible before being transferred from the hospital.
April 2018
My father has been to a few facilities and this one was by far the cleanest and the quality of care was the best.
February 2018
well, I'm not sure what day that my Mom Mary Thompson was admitted to Brookdale Atrium Way; but from what I've seen, it's a great facility; attractive view outside; & workers tending to Mom's care

performed there recently with my Doo Wop band. The residents loved us and were very nice. I also sing there with Singers by the Sea. Music is not only good entertainment but good therapy.Very nice facility.

I honestly can say I loved working here. Its been quite some time maybe a year ago since I last worked here and I think about it a lot. I miss the great maintenance team I used to work with! The residents were my second family. All around great place for me. I only left because I relocated to south Florida. It was so hard and I was so nervous putting in my notice I was shaking! Only because I was gonna leave so much of what I loved behind friends, residents, and much more. On the day I left I couldnt muster up the courage to say goodbye to the residents cause I didnt want to cry because with some of them I had a really personal connection with. Some said they loved me as if I was their on grandchild! Whats done is done and if I could I would go back and say bye. (Phew) enough ranting lol I love this place!

Lasting Friendships I moved to Brookdale Atrium Way with my husband about three and half years ago and I decided to stay after he passed away. Im very happy with the staff and the programs offered here. We have many choices when looking for something to do. I never get bored and have developed some lasting friendships. Leila

It's very nice and clean. And big!! My father will be going there soon abs after touring the facility I would 100% want him there, other places that want way more to get in is not as nice, I think he will be happy. It's a month to month pay system so if you are not satisfied you could look elsewhere.
