He is a wonderful ambassador for his company Home Helpers. I greatly appreciate the care and compassion he has shown me as well as his lively companionship. Very kind and helpful owner. This was a awesome experience. They gave great care to my 95 years old father in law for a few years now. But he has been move to a nursing home for 24/7 care. Thank you Mr. Hawkins and staff.

I have been working with Home Helpers for over a year. They have helped us IMMENSELY! I moved my father to Jacksonville 5 years ago, after he had some health issues, and had no help caring for him as we have no family here. He cannot drive and requires assistance as he cannot see- read documents well or always remember everything he needs to bring or mention, etc. to appointments. I have a full time job and was taking off work much to often to get him everywhere he needed to be. Mr. Hawkins visited the assisted living facility that my father lived in and they got to talking, Mr. Hawkins contacted me to let me know of their services. After speaking with my father I jumped on this opportunity! My father spoke very highly of him and felt comfortable leaving with him. After working with him I- we consider him part of our family as he gives so much attention, care and assistance. Having assistance is HUGE and so much appreciated and needed. I have worked with other transportation services but they did not offer the person attention that we have gotten with Mr. Hawkins. I cannot say enough about how much this means to my father and I, my father would say the same. He calls Mr. Hawkins his buddy and always is relieved to know he is coming and looks forward to the time spent with him. I would suggest this amazing company to anyone who needed assistance. As family members get older they require special attention and its not always the easiest thing to handle on your own. With that said, I am very protective of my father as he has always been with me. He gave me the best care when I needed it and I will do nothing less for him. Thank you Home Helpers, you have been amazing!

After only working for the company for a short 2 months(It feels like forever) I have enjoyed every moment and minute. This company is like a family who works hard and cares deeply for ever member.(Clients and Staff) I wish I would have known about them a year ago. I can only imagine how different my life would be. I truly love what I do who I work for what we represent and what we stand for. The care compassion that we provide for our clients and each other is something I have never experienced and I cant wait to see how this year turns out.

I highly recommend Home Helpers of Jacksonville. The owner was extremely helpful and was able to establish service quickly. He checked in with us regularly after service was started. The home health aid was wonderful. She was willing and able to help out with any tasks that were needed and took the initiative to take care of any issues that she observed. I would not hesitate to use this service for future care needs.
