My precious mom, Della Easterday spent her final months in the loving care at HarborChase of San Pablo, in Jacksonville, Florida. The staff and facility provided her comfort, and support. Rebecca, Janann and Dana along with many others did the same for my family. I am forever grateful for this amazing facility and I still frequently go and visit the staff and residents. The bond we built during a difficult time was and will always be so special. I would recommend HarborChase to anyone looking for an inviting, and engaging lifestyle for their loved ones. HarborChase has been a wonderful experience for my mother. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I looked around at other ALF and HarborChase felt most like a home with it homey decor and no other place has so many fun and interesting activities. My mother is very active and loves it!

This facility is not only in an optimal location with a beautiful set up but the leadership team and front line staff are amazing. The new head of nursing is eager to make sure all residents have the best quality of care. This facility is definitely a gem of the beaches area.

My sister has been at HarborChase of Jacksonville for about 2 months now. She started out in respite care and is now a resident. Although she is younger than the average resident there, she feels very comfortable and cared for as she goes through a period of recovery and learning how to be more independent again. I have needed to assist her from another state, and that was a concern of mine not being in Florida close to her geographically. But the staff at HarborChase has never let me down. They always respond to any question or need that I have about my sisters care quickly and thoroughly and they always treat her with kindness and respect, going above and beyond to make sure she is receiving what she needs. I appreciate the staff and their attention to detail very much, and trust that my sister is in a safe and caring environment.

As a clinical manager for Apex for 18 months I can tell you this was always one of my favorite places to visit. The residents were always well cared for the staff was kind & very helpful. It always felt like home.

There is not a more caring staff in the Jacksonville area than at Harbor Chase. My mother lived in both the assisted living section and the memory unit. She was watched over by experienced, exceptional people who were always looking out for her and for ways to protect her dignity. The facility is immaculate, only smells wonderful and has a real family feel because its not one of the mega-large assisted living facilities. The outdoor areas are restful and lovely. The food is exceptional--Chef Robert does a great job. The staff takes care of things before you can even think to ask; all have to be carefully chosen, because they are, without exception, the most patient, loving and skilled staff at an assisted living facility that I have ever encountered. This is a five-star facility for professional care, loving care and comprehensive care for both residents and their families.
