If I could leave a 0 I would! I recently had to endure 5 days at this hell hole I received little to no care there I was left unattended for hours wearing a top mainly naked I have a non weight injury I had a bell to ring to get any help my meds weren't given to me at times 2 to 4 hours late! Was told to have a bowel movement in my diaper well first off I had no diaper I forced myself out of the bed so I could use bedside commode I could go on and on but please if you love your family member or friend do not put them in there they will deteriorate mentally very fast and not recieve the dignity they deserve I'm so happy my family loved me enough to get me out of there!

Jack Martin told me that he got a bologna sandwich and potato salad for Christmas dinner. I thought he was joking. That is truly disgusting to serve that for Christmas. Would you want, or eat, that? Not me. If you can not take care of the patients on Christmas, what hope is there for the rest of the year?

Recently I have noticed a few changes here and there that are just wonderful. Last week I met the doctor in all these years I had not met the doc. Keep up the good work.

I think more communication is needed between nurses, doctors, and any other medical personnel with the patients care takers. Pass downs or logs or something to indicate what the patient had happen day to day for transparency and for improvement seems like it would help everyone. As things are now, the family and friends can't properly support patients to ensure they are doing what the doctor ordered. This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. I know funding and staffing is tight at this facility but if you're able to figure out a way to make it work , it would help everyone involved. A positive to post is that I have seen significant improvement with my persons ability to function and do things on her own so PT is working great!
