My wife is in the health care facility. They are assisting her with rehab from a stroke. They have been very caring. The facility is clean and the staff is outstanding.

My parents have lived here for 5 years, they are very happy. I come to visit every week or more, the is lots to do, kind staff, pretty views. The food is usually good, sometimes needs salt and more herbs would be great but they are happy and safe. CV is a blessing.

I had a lovely visit with my Mother this past weekend . The grounds and common areas always look so nice. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Lunch in the Loon’s nest was delicious with a great server to make sure we had everything we need. My Mother is pleased with her independent living apartment and all the services provided. Her quote: “I landed in a great place.” Thank you to the CV staff for all you do!!

We recently visited Cypress Village and were helped by a nice young man, Charles Farrell, who couldnt have been more gracious. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and definitely placed our needs above anything else. I would definitely recommend to my friends at the VA.

What a great story published today in the Ponte Vedra Recorder about being one of the first communities in the state to receive the vaccination. This is such a beautiful community! The service is amazing and the food is nutritious and flavorful at the same time. The lake view at the end of the day is a picture perfect end of the day for me. There are fish and wildlife that enjoy living at Cypress as much as residents.

I have never posted a review before but my family is really happy with the care here so I wanted to share. My mom was at another memory care before this and we had a lot of issues so after looking at many places we decided on Cypress and it really is everything we were told it would be. The staff is very attentive and they make my mom fee like a part of the family, along with the other people who live in the memory care. We cant say enough nice things about this place.

We just ate at the new Loons nest with my in-laws who have lived here for nearly three years and the experience was wonderful. Great food. And your staff is always so kind and helpful. However, your food in the dining room has often been cold and needs improvement. I also would like to know when you are going to fix the elevators. Two main elevators have been out of service for months now. This concerns me greatly from a safety standpoint. I hear it has something to do with parts being available, but I think this should be a priority. Thanks.

My thanks goes out to all my caregivers...I was in C11 and my nurses Susan and Jessica were outstanding. The unit nurse, Katrina, saved my life! But, the cream of the crop is the CNA, Ruthie, aka Sugar! Oh my gosh - I almost forgot to mention my CNA, Ashly! Great Help and a wonderful girl.
