I recently had the opportunity to spend time at Sugar Mill Manor, and I was really impressed with the overall atmosphere of the community. The facility was clean, well-kept, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. What stood out most was how happy and comfortable the residents seemed. There was a genuine sense of care throughout the building, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in making sure everyone feels safe, secure, and well cared for. The employees were kind, attentive, and truly engaged with the residents. I also loved seeing the activities and the effort put into keeping residents active, content, and enjoying their day. Sugar Mill Manor has a warm, caring environment, and it’s obvious that the staff really cares about the people they serve.

Our friend, David, called Sugarmill Manor his home before he left us.... what a lovely thought. To know that he was so well cared for that he felt at home there was a comfort to us and a blessing for him. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and though losing loved ones is always difficult, knowing the genuine caring of everyone there gave us all peace of mind. I hope everyone there knows how much we appreciate their consideration of our good friend.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. Joann enjoys the activities and the sense of community, which helps her stay engaged and happy. My Father has been @ Sugarmill Manor for over 3 years, I am surely satisfied with the entire management and staff . Every time I go to visit Dad the staff always come by and let me know how my Dad is doing. So reassuring to know that they extremely care so much for him. He is always clean and his room is always neat and clean as well. Such a great staff. I also had the pleasure of eating meals there on special occasions, I was very pleased with the food. They have a monthly calendar that has all their activities, even have times in which family members can join the activities as well. Special shot out to Lauren- she is the best administrator any facility can have. When I need to say something to the staff reference my dad, she has always responded immediately to my messages. Great place to have your loved one cared for. *****

I feel very blessed that my father was able to spend the last 42 months of his life here. They really prioritize care for the residents. The staff from management to cleaning crew not only interact but care about their residents. The administrator not only communicated but, also helped me with getting Hospice involved when he needed the extra care. Please take time to not only tour the facility but, ask the residents family about their loved one’s care. It’s not about fancy furniture and modern decor it’s about the care and concern for their residents.

My mom was at Sugarmill and now my father in law has been there for 3 years. The staff is very caring and attentive. The dining room food is very good. Lauren, Administrator has a very caring way with the staff and residents. Very pleased with the exterior and interior improvements.

This facility is a wonderful community. I worked with Lauren and Stephanie and they are amazing. They always have great activities going on and their Activity Director Nancy is amazing as well. Every time I walk into the facility there is always great new crafts that the residents made around the facility. Amazing, wonderful caring people.
