There are truly not enough words to express our gratitude for the incredible team at Homestead Manor. After a very difficult experience at a previous home, my dad arrived feeling sad, depressed, confused, and defeated. In just two short weeks, the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. He is playing music again, singing, smiling, engaging with others, and most importantly, he genuinely loves where he is. From the very first day, the staff didn’t just welcome my dad—they welcomed our entire family. Nancy, my new bestie, Patty, my sweet confidant and friend, and Melissa in Activities, who goes above and beyond by sending updates and photos, even on her days off when something exciting happens that she knows would make me smile. Those thoughtful gestures mean more than words can ever say. The reception team remembers not only my name but my dad’s as well, and immediately made him feel like he belonged. They made all of us feel like family from the moment we walked through the doors. I wish I could name every single person because every interaction has been filled with kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care. To his nurses, CNAs, doctors, activity staff, dietary staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and every employee who takes the time to dance, laugh, sing, and have fun with not only my dad but all the residents—you are truly special people. It is evident every day that this is more than a job to you. You care deeply about the people who call Homestead Manor home. Living far away and being unable to visit every day is incredibly difficult. Yet knowing my dad is surrounded by such a loving, family-oriented team gives us tremendous comfort and peace of mind. We know he is safe, cared for, respected, and genuinely loved. His condition may cause him to forget some things from time to time, but there is one thing I know he will never forget: how you made him feel. The kindness, dignity, joy, and compassion you have shown him have changed his life—and ours. His improvement in such a short time speaks volumes about the environment you have created. My name is Pastor Miranda, I am writing this because in the past I had not had a good experience in this type of centers but I really feel a deep THANK YOU to the entire HOMESTEAH MANOR work group when I say everyone, it means everyone because in truth there is no There is no one in that center who is not deserving of a very big congratulations for the dedication, treatment and hard work with which they care for patients and relatives who are in that institution. We are so thankful for Homestead Manor and the care they provide for our Mother. She has been to several hospitals, rehab facilities, an ALF and nursing and Homestead Manor is the best. FABULOUS FACILITY! When I began the search for a nursing facility for my mother I was overwhelmed. She had been at a couple of other nursing/rehab facilities and my heart just bled thinking I'd have to place her in a forever facility to care for her. As a patient with Dementia & wheelchair ridden, because of several falls between home and facilities, the thought of her being somewhere where her suffering continued was unfaceable. Various nurses at hospital stays advised that I should consider Homestead Manor as a viable place for her to be. I visited the Palace at Homestead and thought it could be an option. However, as my mother's ability to live independently ceased, I was left with very little options. My initial call with Patricia, the social worker, left me at ease, she helped me navigate through admissions process. My first impression, Nancy, the greeter at the front desk, reinforced my decision. But ultimately the entire staff, from nurses, activity directors, kitchen staff solidified the path GOD created for us. My mother is still wheelchair bound at 91, with dementia. However, her condition has stabilized. She went from 72lbs to 125lbs. Laughs, dances, loves her caretakers. WE ARE BLESSED!!! Thank you Homestead Manor and your staff for putting our hearts at ease.

Currently have two family members staying here at the Manor. From top to bottom everyone is wonderful. Communication is outstanding, and general feeling that my loved ones are well taken care of is very important to give myself peace of mind . There is a feeling of family here which is key in my opinion . For this is we're my loved ones live. Can't say enough . 5 stars !!!!!

HOMESTEAD MANOR IS A FACILITY FOR THE ELDERLY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ADMINISTRATOR SAM, HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR MY MOM AND ME. SAM IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF HOMESTEAD MANOR AND HE IS IN CHARGE OF THIS WHOLE FACILITY HE DESERVES A MINIMUM WAGE OF $50.00 AN HOUR FOR HIS EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR THIS FACILITY HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR HIS PATIENTS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME AS THE DAUGHTER OF MY MOM IRENE CARMEN HE KNOWS THAT I LOVE MY MOM DEARLY AND I REALLY DO APPRECIATE HIM. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF THE PALACE IN GENERAL AT ALL LOCATIONS, I SUGGEST THAT ALL REGISTERED NURSES SHOULD MAKE AT LEAST $50.00 AN HOUR, AND THE MINIMUM WAGE SHOULD BE $25.00 FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THEIR MASTERS AND BACHELOR'S DEGREES. I'm very happy with the treatment that my sister gets. Everybody loves her and they will let me know if there has been a change in her. All the personal are great She's been there for 11 years and shes a different person from how she was when admitted. she doing much better. a great place to have your love ones.
