My mom was a resident for one and a half years until her passing. The staff at presidential made my moms last years a productive and happy one. The staff is beyond attentive and caring in every way possible. My mom was always dressed beautifully and cared for with dignity and loving people who truly care about the people and their jobs. I will miss all the fabulous caretakers at presidential place They made my mom always feel like she was at home .

After two weeks of living at Presidential Place, my stepmother appears happier than she’s been in years; today, she showed me with great enthusiasm the Friday events itinerary, as well as the refrigerator full of ice cream she purchased while out on one of PP’s scheduled shopping trips. Myself and other family members have regularly visited and are consistently impressed by the kindness and patience of staff as we not only interact with them, but as we watch them interact with other residents. I was so worried about my stepmother’s future after moving her from the isolated cabin in TN that she lived at with my father before his passing seven weeks ago; the otherwise rapid transition has been carefully and gently handled by PP and their staff, and my family and I are immensely grateful!

My Experience at Presidential Place was very pleasant even though I ended up choosing another facility for my father. I was very impressed by how clean the environment was and friendliness and professionalism of the staff was amazing. Even though the care my father needed was more that what was offered a this facility, everyone was very helpful throughout the process and they were very transparent even though I had to continue my search elsewhere .

The staff is caring, the meals are delicious and the programming is interactive. Thank you Presidential place for making my mom and all of those wonderful and amazing residents there feel like loyalty. My mom cant stop talking about how every one there is thee most kindest and compassionate people she has ever met. She speaks so highly of the nurses, the cnas the administration and the staff there. Words cant explain how I see for myself their heart shines when family members enter that front door to visit their love ones. They make you feel so welcomed. If you cant sleep at night thinking about how your love one is being treated, take them to the Presidential place I GUARANTEE U WILL BE SLEEPING LIKE A BABY. I should know because I am getting plenty of rest at night knowing mom is being treated like a queen that she is every day and every night. I am overjoyed and truly blessed to know guardian Angels are there at The Presidential Place.

My mother is very happy living at Presidential. The care has been excellent and the communication during the pandemic has been great. I think the reviewers who complain are just natural complainers. Every question I have had, the management team has answered and always with a smile. I couldnt ask for a better home for my mom!

I would love to tell you how happy I am living here at Presidential Place. I have been here 1 1/2 years and I can truly say this is the best Assisted Living Community I have ever lived in. They keep me busy all day long, the staff is exceptional, compassionate and caring. The management is outstanding and jumps to your every need. I feel like this is my family and know this is my home.
