My mother was a resident at Majestic Memory Care until her passing in mid October of this year after a year of many difficult illnesses. My family and I cannot thank the staff and administration at Majestic enough for the thoughtful, respectful and compassionate care they provided to my mother while she was at Majestic. Majestic staff at all levels, from the maintenance staff to the nursing staff made sure she was safe throughout this horrible Covid period and that she didnt feel alone. They provided daily activities to keep her active and entertained. They often sent us photos of my mother interacting with other residents at facility events or dining. Staff set up facetime and window visits with our mom so she had contact with her family. And most importantly the staff made sure she felt special every day she was there. While I dearly miss my mother, I feel she was fortunate to spend her last months at Majestic. Thank you.

The memory care facility is open, clean and well organized. The most important thing is the love of the entire staff towards the patients. My Brother and I visited frequently Dad and as complicated this desease can be, everyone was extremely nice and human towards every patient.

It has been a trying time for the family with my mother getting Alzheimer's at a young age. The need to move her to a safe space was very concerning. The Majestic Memory Care Center has put these concerns to ease. The "open" space, the garden area, the clean and uncrowded feeling differed so much from all else we saw in South Florida. The staff has been professional and so reassuring to my mom and us as a family. Great place for when it is needed.

It is not an easy decision to make when you have a loved one that needs extra care but the one thing I know for sure is the moment you visit Majestic and see the caring team of professionals in action, your mind will be at ease. Finding an environment that believes in your loved ones wellness needs is the bonus!

The staff & nurses are extremely helpful & caring! The rooms are kept very clean & bedding & clothing are changed daily & their laundry is very good & included ! Personally I think basic cable should be included in the monthly fee ! One item should be replaced & that is the carpeting as it is so light that they are constantly trying to keep it clean / all in all the help & nurses are excellent / very caring !!
