Bestcare took care of my mother when she was ill.She can be a very difficult woman. The lady that was with us knew how to handle someone as she was professional, courteous, and most of all caring! I wouldn't use any other agency, but Bestcare. They are professional on the phone and they treat you like family! Bestcare gets five stars.

I worked as a registered nurse for Best Care in Brevard County. This is a great company to work for. I worked directly with Brianna McLean. She was extremely professional and very caring. A great asset to the company. She referred me to some very special clients who I truly loved caring for. I recommend this company without hesitation.

If it wasn't for Brianna to help me with Home health/CNA for my husband. That way I can go to work or have a few hour to myself. I don't know where I will be today. I wish she can find more willing people to work early in the morning hours like Gabriel. He helps my husband in getting him to the bathroom, excise (walking, stretching) before putting him on the bus that Joe's club picks my husband up.

All I can say is wow. I called on Christmas Eve with a crisis that befell my family. My dad was taken to the hospital, but between Covid and the Christmas holiday, he was just not getting the care and attention he needed. I desperately started calling around to find a private nurse or nurse's aid who could support him through this crisis. I stumbled upon Best Care using Google. Even though it was a holiday, my call was immediately taken by Jackie -- the Owner of the Company (and herself a nurse). She very patiently and competently talked me through my Dad's rights as a patient, and what to say to ensure the hospital would allow a private aid to care for my Dad -- (not a guarantee in the Covid era). She then put me in touch with Sheri, who tirelessly worked to find my family round the clock coverage for four straight days and nights. She took my calls at the strangest hours, mornings and nights, and she couldn't have been more patient or pleasant to work with. Marcelle, the aid who stayed with my Dad in the hospital was truly an angel on earth. Overall, I would give Best Care Nurses an 11 on a scale of 1-10. My gratitude is endless.
