My mom is here also. They are very short staffed, however, Everyone there are very nice, on the upside if things. In Memory Care, the food is no good. I guess they do get away with it, as they do not know any better to complain. I bring my mom food from time to time. This is something good to do for our loved ones that reside there.

The staff is terrific so warm and inviting. If you get a chance to meet the new Director she is awesome. She has done a great job at bringing the staff together and boosting them up over this holiday season.The activities ladies are also amazing they are always doing something fun for the residents. Oh and the food is delicious also!

Great place to work at very family oriented. Staff is so caring about the residents. Activities are always fun and residents enjoy them. From bingo to crafts to special dinners from restaurants being brought in, not a day goes by something isnt planned. Staff goes the extra mile to insure resident know just how special they are. Management is amazing and always have an open door. Great place and highly recommend The beacon of gulf breeze for your famliy.

The staff at this community is one of the most engaged and aware staffs Ive ever seen in any business. From the ED to the newest member of their team their expectations of one another is a total commitment to the health and well being of the residents and the business. I highly recommend them.

I am the new Executive Director here at The Beacon, and I am so excited about the changes weve made since my arrival. Staff members are happy to be here, and taking great care of our residents. We have a new Dining Services Manager, Amie Davey, who has already implemented new plans for menu changes for our residents. Our Activity Directors are creating exciting social programs and outings. Come over and take a tour and youll see how happy our residents are.

I just started here in late June, and we have been making a lot of changes. The outings are very popular, social mixers are growing, we are trying different games. Many residents are becoming engaged in the daily events and happenings.

Good food, good Care, an excellent choice for your memory care loved one. Peggy loves your family like her own. The art department is exciting too, as well as their daily calendar of activities and special events they provide for the residents.
