What more can I say about Trustwell at Hunter's Crossing, from the facility, to the residents, to the staff. This Assisted Living Facility is head and shoulders above most that I have frequented. Mikaela is wonderful ED who cares deeply for her residents. Tabitha as well, I can go on and on about everyone here. This is a wonderful place to age in place. Keep up the great work!!!

Awesome place to have my brother! I have seen and tuoted many places here in Gainesville and many were very nice BUT just not the right fit for my brother. Trustwell Living and all the people that work here are amazingly and caringly wonderful. They are all about making sure the residents feel as if they are in 'their' home. They also take them out for 'excursions' to visit around Gainesville or even the Jacksonville Memorial cemetery for a Memorial Day outing. Makaela, Matt, and Lisa, are just a few of the wonderful people who are in charge of making this place a wonderful place for my brother and I'm excited for him to be here. However I think he is only interested in the 3 great meals a day and the Rummy and Uno card games and fun music he will be able to listen to when he settles into his new wonderful home.

Hunters Crossing Place does a good job keeping track of all the residents and they are very attentive to my mom's needs.

My mom has been here for about a month now. The facility is immaculately clean. Management is very responsive to feedback and is concerned about making things right and the best they can for your person. There are lots of activities for all levels of mentatiion. One of the main selling points for us is that the facility is small, about 40 residents. The staff knows each one and treats them with respect and dignity. So far, we are very pleased.

Absolutely hands down, the best place to work and live, since some of us consider Hunters Crossing Place our second home. After many years in skilled nursing care, I have found a place where residents actually involved in Activities, outings, visitation and choices to be active participants of an Assisted Living community or a more advanced and medically required Memory care unit with trained staff and Chef . Come and see for yourself, beautiful with plenty of the southern charm of the south since we are located in the SWAMP= Gainesville, Flo. the home of the Fighting Florida Gators.

I like how they care for my Grandpa. They are quick at repairing things, encourage independence and from what I witnessed, the employees there treat the residence with respect and dignity. It is one of the better ones.

My grandmother has had to stay in different facilities for rehab etc over the past few years. Brookdale staff is amazing. The nurses are great, especially Mark. The staff genuineky cared about my grandmother and I felt good with her staying there. My grandmother made friends there and was able to live relatively independent there. Unfortunately she was moved to another favility in Gainesville and I am really worried about her. Staff can take a really long time to get to her. She ran out of meds and they never notified us. They brushed off my concerns about an infection which, if left untreated, could result in amputation. I feel like this facility doesnt really care about her. But Hunters Crossing was so good to her. The food options were better. At this other facility all of the staff is of really just one race but Hunters Crossing has a great variety. I could go on and on but suffice it to say this is the onky place in Gainesville I felt good about my grandmother living.

We just got there and they are working with us , the family, and there are no real problems. Because of the hurricane they evacuated the residents and my uncle has been home for 2 weeks. He has been wondering when he can return to the community. He was doing good as expected while at the community. They were helped with medication, drove him to doctor appointments, and they work well with his Physical Therapist. It is great for me so I can meet him at his appointments. The staff have been keeping up with me and they are kind, caring, and calm. It is small enough to get to know the family. So far things have been okay. He likes the meals and he goes and gets it from the dining room.
