I’m so impressed with all the changes that are being made at the facility. It’s so bright and cheery..the new floors /newly painted walls, the little touches in the entry lounge area. It just feels like home. I’m so impressed with it. I’m telling my neighbors and my friends if they have a family member that’s looking for a forever home This would be it !!! the staff and management there. Everybody is so engaged. I’ve seen a lot of different changes here in the year that I’ve been coming and it is totally amazing Angela and her team /DON her name is Deborah new staff providing assistance to the clients the kitchen people. I’m just so impressed. I’ve never seen anything changed so rapidly and so well kudos to Everybody who’s made it happen. Keep up the good work. So refreshing to see an assisted living facility feel like home. The residence are happier I see a lot of cohesiveness and involvement with Sheila, the activities director Nick, the maintenance person. All the nursing staff the kitchen people I feel welcomed. I can't say enough good things about the Executive Director Angela, Nurse Deborah, and the entire team at Hunter's Crossing Place. Their compassion, professionalism, and commitment to residents truly set them apart. The Executive Director Angela consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents and their families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout the process. Nurse Deborah brings a wealth of experience from a long career in healthcare, including both hospital bedside nursing and assisted living, and her knowledge and dedication are evident every day. From the CNAs and hospitality staff to the maintenance team, everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on resident comfort and well-being. Even the food is surprisingly good! The community itself has also undergone extensive recent renovations, including new flooring, fresh paint, and a new roof, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend Hunter's Crossing Place to anyone looking for quality assisted living care for a loved one.

This facility is clean and my loved one has always been treated with dignity and respect while staying here. What really makes this facility stand out, in my opinion, is the Activities Department-Namely, Cheryl. I can tell she truly cares about the residents that live here; her approach toward them is always so warm, kind and compassionate. My loved one is always excited to see what Ms. Cheryl has planned for them next! Being involved in meaningful activities and being treated with dignity are things that are so important for the elderly popular to continue to thrive and for that reason, I will continue to recommend this facility to others-as they are dedicated to my loved one's best interests.

Mark Barry is a wonderful, compassionate nurse who has been in this community for YEARS! Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process our family is in. He was able to provide us with many options as we travel along this path. My mother stayed at a newer ALF first but the old staying putting lipstick on a pig, applied. Trustwell may not be the newest, but they care. Whats more important how it looks or how people are treated. Rob Stoneberger went out of his way to make us feel right at home. Thank you to the staff.

Took Mom on a tour of the facility and we were treated very kindly and given all the information needed to make a well informed decision. Staff was friendly and Rob in admissions was wonderfully informative and went out of his way to make Mom feel comfortable and accommodated. Daily is undergoing updates that will make it even more beautiful. Rooms were roomy compared to other facilities and everywhere was clean. This was hands down the most reasonably priced and friendliest facility we toured. Rob really helped Mom feel better about the transition.

I appreciate the leadership at this facility. They really care and try to do right by their residents. As for the building itself, it’s a good size, especially if you want to get to know your neighbors. It feels very homey, especially the interior garden courtyard. There always seems to be activities going on for those who live there, which is nice, with multiple areas of the building used for life enrichment.

We moved my 90 year old Mother n law to Trustwell Living in April and she has thrived. She is very happy there with all the staff and loves her room. She is on a special diet and the chef has been very accommodating. The new management is continually improving this very homey place.

My mom was here for two weeks in May and absolutely loved it. The staff were all amazing and you just had the feeling of a real sense of community and family here. Awesome place to have my brother! I have seen and tuoted many places here in Gainesville and many were very nice BUT just not the right fit for my brother. Trustwell Living and all the people that work here are amazingly and caringly wonderful. They are all about making sure the residents feel as if they are in their’ home. They also take them out for excursions’ to visit around Gainesville or even the Jacksonville Memorial cemetery for a Memorial Day outing. Makaela, Matt, and Lisa, are just a few of the wonderful people who are in charge of making this place a wonderful place for my brother and I’m excited for him to be here. However I think he is only interested in the 3 great meals a day and the Rummy and Uno card games and fun music he will be able to listen to when he settles into his new wonderful home.

My father-in-law stayed here for a month when we needed help with his care because he has Parkinson's disease. This place is wonderful! They worked really hard to get his room ready on really short notice. All of the staff are kind and compassionate. This is the type of place that anyone would want helping to care for a loved one.

This community has really raised the bar!! Trustwell have been standing out more than any facility in the county. From the clean, lively and refreshing community, every resident appears to be happy and loved. Mikaela the Director over delivers with her role with intaking residents, marketing, having some of the best events to engage with other community leaders and so much more! She cares about her residents, workers and the community in whole and not a day goes by she’s always brainstorming to bring MORE to the community! I wouldn’t choose no other facility if Mikaela couldn't be the ED to oversee my parents or loved ones. Keep up the great work Trustwell Living Place at Hunters Crossing!

My mom has been here for about a month now. The facility is immaculately clean. Management is very responsive to feedback and is concerned about making things right and the best they can for your person. There are lots of activities for all levels of mentatiion. One of the main selling points for us is that the facility is small, about 40 residents. The staff knows each one and treats them with respect and dignity. So far, we are very pleased.

I have lived.here now for a little over 2 months. At first things were pretty good that is until you get to know know what management does. Nothing is.my answer. Head nurse doesn't know what she iui s doing. Can't get ahold of her when you really need her.vwhat a waste. Head person in charge of the facility is no better. I CV would day more but I won't at this time.
