My mother-in-law lived at Charter from March 2020 'til April 2023, when she died of natural causes. She was always treated with respect and kindness, and even petted and spoiled by some of the staff members. She enjoyed the food, made friends, had her hair done, celebrated birthdays, attended activities as she was able, and spent her final years comfortably, for which her family members are very grateful.

When my father passed my parents had only been in Charter a brief time. The staff at this facility was so helpful and caring to me and my mother. Every single person was sweet to her and encouraged her, and courteous at all times. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there. The facility was clean and she was well cared for here. She only left to move to be closer to family, but we would have been happy for her to stay. She was blessed by the care they provided for her.

I toured Charter Senior Living of Gainesville with my grandparents and we were overcome with delight. The entire staff was companionable and welcoming. The facility is spotless clean, without a crumb to be found. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with the Executive Director, Christine and she was an absolute sweetheart. She addressed all of our questions and concerns and definitely put my mind at ease. Her professionalism is extraordinary. I can say with complete confidence that this is the proper place for my grandparents. I know they will be well taken care of here. I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful facility with the most caring, and wonderful staff for my grandparents. Charter Senior Living really makes you feel at home when youre in their facility!

I toured this community today for my grandmother. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the community as well as the compassionate staff. I was invited to lunch and enjoyed a nice meal. All around I experienced amazing customer service in this community. Very impressed.

My mother has lived at BrookDale for 3 years. I have nothing but positive feelings to share with you about the staff and administration at BrookDale! The staff is so good to my mother! My mom is doing well and keeps thriving there. They love her and do whatever she needs to keep her happy. I would highly recommend BrookDale Sr Living to anyone who needs help with their parents! I am grateful for the staff that work tirelessly to help my mom and others at BrookDale!

My brother is here and it is a very nice place. The people are friendly and they do so many activities with the group. Love all the pictures they post. I live upstate NY and the facilities here are not very good. My sister and I said when its time for us to go into a assisted living facility, we would look to Brookdale.
