The compassion, dedication, kindness, and hospitality displayed by the entire team at Holiday at Atrium were truly remarkable. During our urgent need to evacuate 53 memory care residents, 14 staff members, and 16 family members, Holiday at Atrium not only welcomed us with open arms but also provided extensive support from their corporate team. Their leadership went above and beyond to assist us, and their residents embraced us despite the upheaval. I cannot adequately convey my deep appreciation for these incredible individuals, and I will always be grateful for their extraordinary hospitality.

Prior to my relocation to Gainesville, my communications with Zaely, our Sales Manager, was the most warm and cordial presentation I've experienced. Not only did she make me want to be here, but after I got here, I still felt the feeling of being in a warm community! Bottom-Line, A Great Place To Live!!! Part of my evaluation was cut-off and I am here to post my update. Shortly after my initial relocation period some staff changes occurred that caused concern, however, due to the strength of our core Fantastic Administrative Group, Zaely, Meghan and Merna, things held together. The Best was still yet to come! After a brief rocky period, the changes were well welcomed and received. The addition of our new OUTSTANDING MANAGEMENT STAFF, Charlie, General Manager, DK, Assistant General Manager and Nicole, Office Manager, I can say with certainty that the Atrium-Gainesville is The TOP OF THE LINE BEST PLACE TO LIVE. It even gets BETTER, the HouseKeeping Department, the Chefs who prepare Outstanding meals daily, a NEWLY FANTASTIC Professional Group of Dining Room Service Staff led by Ashley, a Great Entertainment Director, Astrid and TOP QUALITY Maintenance Staff and Forever, Andy, our SUPER Transportation Director! You will Absolutely Never Experience any place more Beautiful and Pleasant to live!!! I am Proud to be a resident of the Atrium-Gainesville!!!

The food that is served,is horrible..Our mother has been there for years and has complained along with others the horrible food..When we chose Atrium we were served most delicious food,and its gotten so bad,shes now going to need to buy delivered meals,and still pay for the meals there.The meal just served at Mothers day was beyond horrible.Over cooked chicken with shrimp on top mash potatoes thinned with water,then they apoligized by saying the steaks did get shipped on time..Shame Shame.Everyone was so upset by this mess of a meal on the special day..I will release this information on social media with in minutes.

My Grandmother started living here about 6 months ago and I was really worried about her, but the staff has been wonderful and accepting of her. Elizabeth looks out for my grandma and let's my family know how she does when we aren't there. I'm really thankful to have a safe place where I know my grandmother can continue to live independently. Thank you!

Need activities more suited to everybody...that is, I prefer music and theater and things like that. We could have concerts, for example. Or dances. Or theater presentations. There are many artistic activities which would cost nothing and provide much more of a all-over experience for all tenants.

My sister and I toured the Atrium on Thursday with my mom. We met quite a few staff members and Zaely was our guide. She knew all of the residents that we came into contact with and they all said that they enjoyed living there. When we arrived, there was an exercise class in progress; everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and were happy to share their experiences at The Atrium. We did not get to eat while we were there, but we did see the dining areas. The apartments we saw were recently renovated. We felt the staff was very open and caring and they answered all of our questions. Zaely was amazing.

Wonderful initial experience - Zaely Carrasquallio , Regional Sales Manager help us through the entire process - explained in detail , knowledgeable , excellent personality, believes in what she is doing and shows. Made everyone feel comfortable - with such a important decision , the trust and honesty came out in process - Looking forward to the experience over the several months

I requested material for an elderly relative who is relocating to the area. As my aunt is not comfortable with the internet, they sent comprehensive materials in a timely manner to both of our homes, so that we could review it together. Their follow up was timely and supportive.

When I was there visiting a friend there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. He made a phone call to the maintenance office, within 10 minutes they were there 5 minutes later they had the whole unit out an hour later they brought it back hooked it back up and all was well. The maintenance man Jesus was awesome he explained everything very thoroughly as to what he was going to do and asked if what he was planning on doing was okay with my friend who lives there. Within 10 minutes of the maintenance man reinstalling the air conditioning unit, the front office I guess is who they are Im not really sure but they called with a follow-up call to make sure that my friends needs were met and he was happy with what the outcome. You just dont find customer service like that in apartment living it just doesnt happen. They have such a wide variety of things to do right there on the premises for all their guests and they spend a lot of time to their special needs and I say if you can afford it go for it because they are definitely good people

A family member lived here for approximately five years and I was regularly visiting over that course of time. In that time period I was blown away by how consistently pleasant and professional the staff were. Everyone from management to the front desk, to kitchen and dining room staff always put on a good face when working with residents, visitors and each other. More than that, however, I witnessed them being pleasant, upbeat and helpful even when it wasnt apparent to them that I was observing their interactions with other residents. That is unfortunately a very rare thing. I would not hesitate to have another family member stay at the Atrium and highly recommend it.

This is a very unique place for Seniors. it boasts a diverse group of people from all over the country. The building is beautiful and very well cared for. The amenities are great, from a beauty salon to laundry rooms and library, art and fitness classes, music and movies in main area, games, parties, private function room and beautiful dining room with amazing food! The Apartments are lovely and spacious and I LOVE visiting my Mom there. The pool is covered and large and right next to the beautiful garden area where the residents have plots to work or may just go sit and meditate and enjoy the beauty. HIGHLY recommend
