I'd like to express our family's sincere appreciation for Sandgate Gardens and most particularly for Simone F, your social worker. She is truly a professional in every way and represents your organization so well. But, even more, she is a woman with true compassion and genuine kindness as she serves others. Our cousin was admitted from Lawnwood to your rehabilitation center on 7/18/24, discharging on 8/6/24 ~ well and capable of returning to his own home and begin again to enjoy his life. We're so very grateful. Admittedly, there were day to day situations which occurred throughout his stay that were a challenge and required our involvement and Simone's along with other management, especially when a healthcare setback occurred. But, with Simone and the many staff members from nursing, PT/OT, dietary and others unknown, that gave of themselves to resolve issues rather than pointing blame, issues got resolved. We were all just people working together to best serve the patient for whom we work and care for. Our cousin is where he is today because of them and Almighty God. Like most of life, people like Simone, can and do make a true difference in the lives of others.

Visiting Sandgate Gardens Rehab & Nursing home was a wonderful inspirational experience. I really enjoyed meeting the eldetly praying for them singing to them and seeing the smiles of happiness on their faces. I enjoyed my visit today and I look forward to my next visit again soon. The staff was very friendly too. They make a visitor feel welcomed.

The phone issues is true the service is very good to my mom u got to be there and check on ur family and get to know the crew and be friendly whit them and each patient will be treated differently ,just tell the doctor off ur family member to gif just the necessary meds ,good attention and They keep moms super clean tha is all matters to us ,but I respect others opinions ty yall all!!

Compared to other places, this place has treated my grandma so well. They are on top of her food, medication, rehab, exams... Etc. Not the prettiest place but the service is extremely friendly.
