Consider yourself lucky if Courtney takes you on as a client. She provided quality aides, put up with some unpredictable circumstances and never let my family down. Her aides were timely, very qualified and she always found someone at short notice when my mother was feeling in need of extra help. I can't say enough great things about her and her team!

February 2021
I recently had the benefit of working with Preferred Care at Home. Courtney and her team of professionals are the best! My mom and dad contracted COVID-19. Both in their 80s gave us great concern for their recovery. The team worked with me advising, communicating and most importantly CARING for my mom and dad so well they were able to return to their normal routines after only 8 days after their received their 1st negative test. While their recovery continues, and we know everyone is different, the quality care allowed my parents ability to maintain a positive and calm mental perspective which allowed them to focus on their recovery. As a family member who doesnt live in the area, it also gives me peace of mind knowing my parents are in good caring hands.Thank you Courtney, Demoya, Terri, Lexie and Deja!

I can say with profound sincerity and gratitude that my experience with Preferred Care at Home of North Broward was exceptional and beyond all expectation. I live out of state and suddenly found myself in the midst of a family health crisis. This occurred during Covid and needless to say, I was distraught about my ability to successfully find a trustworthy in-home care provider from long distance. As soon as I spoke to Courtney Timm on the phone, the owner of the agency, I knew that I had found the right person for the job.Courtney was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional, extremely efficient, compassionate and one step ahead of all that needed to be done. She maintained excellent communication with me, providing my family member with companions, assistance with food-prescription delivery, meal preparation and light housekeeping. Even more critically, she coordinated and oversaw the scheduling of nurses aids, nurses and medical supply deliveries provided by other companies. Courtney was in essence, the command center, making sure that all the different spokes on the wheel did their jobI enthusiastically recommend Preferred Care at Home of North Broward and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.
