I have my Dad at Alliance for rehabilitation and will transition him to long term care. My Dad does have dementia. The staff are very caring and understanding of his dementia. I have communication with the nursing staff and receive updates as needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation as the rehab staff are very knowledgeable and have the equipment available to reach your maximal potential.

The staff was so sweet to setup a room with balloons and table clothes so we could celebrate my Mother-in-law's 90th birthday. Thank you to the staff!!!

The thing that makes alliance a great place besides the fact that it is a beautiful facility, are the awesome employees that are sadly underpaid but do a great job anyway. Sadly those aids that are setting you up for breakfast and all the meals they prepare with such care and cleaning your rooms even while attending to all the residents and their guest . They are only paid $11 an hour . Ridiculous ness !! I would give them five stars if they paid their awesome employees fair.

My elderly friend was at Alliance for a short time because she needed Rehab and she was very happy with the care she received at Alliance. Her favorite part of staying was the wonderful meals they provided. As her part-time caregiver I was also impress. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I never felt I was bothering any of the staff with my questions. I can't say enough of their care and love. True example of a Christian Company.

Transferred my mother to Alliance from Ridgecrest. I am a little leary on leaving a 5 star review after being at Ridgecrest which was horrible but this place so far shines!

I was a patient at Alliance from late March 2018 until late May 2018 and I couldn't have asked for better care, friendlier staff, and professional rehab services. Bryan, Erica, and Steve were my primary rehabilitation experts, which encompassed physical and occupational therapies. CNAs Sammie and Nancy, RN Lisa, and many others were instrumental for my massive improvement for those 60 days. When admitted, I was 150 lbs., and my muscles had atrophied from having endured a coma for 15 days two months earlier. Alliance was and always will be considered my saviors. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism. FYI.....I'm home and doing very well at 170 lbs., walking well, but still having a bit of shortness of breath. Getting better though! This place was wonderful to me!i was rehabbing so i was very aware of how they treated patients that werent so aware. From the CNAs to nursing to physical rehab to their very delicious meals! Everything about my stay was awesomea

Independent living area is wonderful. Two meals a day and activities. More independence than assisted living. Assisted living is wonderful. Large rooms at a reasonable price. Unfortunately at the time my sister was there they did not have a locked memory care assisted living. They moved my sister into the nursing home when she was ill and labeled her a wanderer when she tried to find her way back to her assisted living room. That is when things got bad. The nursing home is very expensive and doesn't include a lot. The first bill there was nearly $2500 in additional charges on top of the $7500 / month regular charge. When I went to pick my sister up to move her to a new place, she looked like hell. I now have in a place nearer to me at less than half the cost. She gets her hair and nails done regularly and is very happy. Her medication costs are a quarter of what they were before. I believe she was over medicated. I asked for a prescription for her for a couple of Valium to help her transport since we had to fly. It was all no problem, no problem, until the morning I picked her up and then suddenly they couldn't do it.
