Five Stars for this one! I love the open feeling of the community, lovely outdoor gardens all around. Feels like home, all the apartments are on the first floor so there is no waiting for elevators. Long wide hallways perfect for physical therapy. Care is outstanding, dining is on point with 3 full meals per day, room service, housekeeping DAILY. Management and staff will go above and beyond for your loved ones.

The Residence at Dania Beach is an excellent Assisted Living Community for Senior Living. Our sister has been Blessed to live here for approximately nine months, and its been a wonderful experience for her, as well as Peace of Mind for our family. The Administration (Aneshka Melka), Assistant Administer (Fernando Chacon), Director of Nursing (Danay Perez), her nursing staff, and all the other wonderful staff have all been loving, kind and attentive to our sister, as well as their other valued residents. We highly recommend The Residence at Dania Beach for a respectful, loving place to live for your family member or friend.

The director, administrator and caring staff at The Residence at Dania Beach are professional at every turn, gentle with the family of the loved one in their care and they go above and beyond to provide quality of life for the resident. My 87 yr old father had to be placed directly from the hospital and they did not hesitate to accommodate and make every possible arrangement for him. They understood and were very compassionate to my concerns and emotional state during the situation. They stayed in full contact with me during transition and even though my father couldnt stay there due to unforeseen circumstances, they still did all they could to help me move and place him elsewhere. I highly recommend The Residence at Dania Beach assisted facility for your loved one. Thank you for all you did for us!

This facility is very nice. Its clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, professional and take a sense of pride in their work. They care for the residents and the residents appear content and satisfied with their care as well.

A very clean and well thought out facility. The entire staff here took such great care of my dad. They are very caring and treated him like their own family. Daddy was very excited about games, food and would dance the entire social programs. They made the last few months of his life his happiest. They all showed up to pay respect after his passing. Thank you for taking such good care of him...the best health for last year, happy and peaceful isvhow he left us. He was very fond of entire staff....that says alot.
