I love this place. I have been here for quite some time and I still love it as much today as I did 6 years ago. The girls in the office are so sweet and really look out for the people that live here. I really enjoy my apartment here at Katie Manor! I feel very safe and my apartment is simply wonderful. I have met lots of new people. I also enjoy the activities that go on. I would not want to live anywhere else!

As a long-term renter, I can truly say I love living here. This is a friendly community as well as the staff are personable, know me by much more than my name, and helpful when I need them. My privacy is respected, and my property is well maintained. Everything from healthcare to shopping is within a few minutes' walk or drive. My home is lovely, and I am completely at home here. I can’t say enough about living here. I have lived here since the day Katie Manor opened on July 1, 2016, nearly 5 years. Never once have I had any kind of a negative experience here. The office personnel has always treated me as a valued tenant and with complete respect. Any needs I may have in my apartment are tended to quickly which is really nice. I would recommend to anyone to live here.

Such a very beautiful complax. We stopped by for information on a 2 bedroom and was shown a beautiful 2 bedroom. The lady named Donna was very plesant and toured us to all of the areas. It is so clean and decorated wonderful. The two bedrooms are very spacious. My brother and I will need a apartment with 2 roll in showers. They have a movie theater, a swimming pool and even a fitness center. Very very nice community.

I stopped by this beautiful senior community that is nestled so cute in a wooded area to find a place for my Mother. I met with the lady at the front, Brandi. She was the most caring, pleasant person I have met in a very long time. She took my Mother and me on a tour of the entire property. My Mom was ecstatic. To see the smile on her face was so pleasing. We were able to meet a few ladies in the kitchen area that was having coffee and donuts and they were so courteous. My heart just was so overwhelmed. Mom can no longer live alone in her 4 bedroom home and will be selling it. We would have signed all paperwork today if we would have qualified. My Mothers income over qualified her for the income. I will recommend this beautiful property to everyone. Ms. Brandi, thank you so much for all your help and the time that you spent with us.

Im coming up on my second year here at Katie Manor, and I will be signing a new lease soon. Im very pleased with this senior affordable living. There is plenty to do here at the Manor, exercise, movies, Bingo and many other games to play, and social events monthly, especially the birthday celebrations. My neighbors are fun, loving people, who care about each other. My apartment has become my home and Im very grateful to be a part of this community. Thanks Katie Manor for building this place.

I love my apartment here at Katie Manor and have been here since the day one. The office staff is always there when needed to answer any questions I may have with a pleasant attitude. Anytime Ive had any kind of repair request the maintenance staff has always been right on top of it, including off hours instances. Another thing that is quite enjoyable are the social gatherings. Not only does Katie Manor put forth the effort of getting the tenants together but so do some of the tenants. I would recommend to anyone interested in living here to definitely give them a call. You wont regret it!

Had such a great meeting with staff on this property. It is so beautiful, well managed and so clean. Brandi showed me around the building and all the nice areas that it has to offer. It even has a movie theater and a beautiful pool. It does have a nice little dog park but there is a weight limit on the pets and unfortunately I have 2 pitt bulls that are over the weight. This will be my forever home one day if anything ever happens to my furry friends. Thank You Katie Manor.

My daughter and I stopped by without an appointment and Brandi was so kind to take the time to give us a tour around the facility, she was so very helpful. The interior of the building is beautifully designed and decorated. It was raining cats and dogs outside so we just peeked at pool area through the porch . It is lovely Brandi showed us a two bedroom that we really wanted but I am completely disabled and need a roll in shouwer. I would definitely recommend this senior facility to everyone.

What a very fine community for us Seniors. I stopped by to get information about a one bedroom and Brandi showed me around the whole property. It is the most beautiful and clean place Ive seen. I need to move in something now and they dont have a apartment available. I couldnt get on the waitlist cause I need something now. I wish they had a vacant apartment. I was in the area looking for a safe place for me and my family. I visited Katie Manor and was shown a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. The staff person, Brandy showed me all the nice community. I fell in love. It is located is a very convenient area of Crestview. Close to medical, shopping, etc. I am in need of a 3 bedroom. I have custody of my 3 grand kids and was not aware that even though I am over 55, all others that live here also has to be. Maybe if my family status changes I can come back there. It is so clean and Brandy was so kind to me.

I went to view this apartment community yesterday. It is beautiful and clean! Lots of amenities to enjoy. The 1 bedroom i was able to view was extremely clean. There is lots of cabinet space. My favorite part was the walk in shower with the seat-something that will be very useful for me since I have hard times getting in and out of the tub at my house. I will be submitting my application this week.

I recently helped my sister transfer to another apartment. I flew in from out of state and stayed a couple days with her. I was so amazed at how nice the property is!! I met the manager and the assistant and they were both very helpful and delightful!! They have so many nice amenities at Katie Manor and hopefully one day I can live here close to my sister.

I was just amazed at the video and photos of Katie Manor. The pool is exactly what my sister is looking for. Donna went over every detail on the phone and we looked at photos and video together. Katie Manor is such a great Senior Apartment Community. I have a few friends that live there and it is the neatest place. The staff is amazing. I have been there many times and it is always so clean. I would love to live there but my income does not allow me to. I hear that there is another property being built in Milton called Carter Crossing and its going to be beautiful also.

What an awesome place this apartment community is!!!! I am so excited that we placed our Mom here. She used to be a very secluded person, but she has came out of that at Katie Manor. All of the staff are such kind and helpful individuals. The common areas are kept so clean and fresh. Mom is so happy there!!! Build MORE!!!

I am so excited that we moved my little sister into Katie Manor. We visited some friends there a few months back when they were have a resident pot luck and the staff and everyone was so friendly. She had been on a waitlist for sometime and we were finally able to move her in. She absolutely loves her new home. The place is so clean and well maintained. I am thinking of selling my home and moving there myself. Thank you Katie Manor staff for making the transition so easy on our family.

I am as happy as I can be here! I have been here since day 1 and I will be here for the rest of my days. I love my cozy apartment. I love the staff here. I dont use the amenities much but it is great to have them here in case I choose to. The building is very well kept. After almost 3 years, I still am very happy to have found Katie Manor.

I went to visit my sister and her husband a few days ago and I was completely blown away when I walked into the building. The place was spotless and the people that work there were so kind to me and my wife. We are very much considering applying for a place there. There was a party or something going on in the kitchen seating area and they just welcomed us to join. We had a short visit with the manager, Donna and she was very kind and helpful. Katie Manor is a wonderful place for independent seniors.
