They seemed to be a nice staff who gave my dad good care while he was there, but once he passed away they became ghosts. While he was there they would respond to me almost every time I called and would even call back after I left a voicemail. Now I am completely ignored and I only have a simple request to receive my security deposit back, which is guaranteed in the contract upon applying for that home. I have been trying to contact them for almost 6 months with zero responses. I even had to show up unannounced to pick up his belongings, but was told then that the refund would be sent soon, which it never was.
