No places that I know allow being in a pool after dusk due to Health Department regulations and lighting! Not even Condo’s that I know allow swimming after dusk!

I’ve been here for 6 yrs never lived in a park before and it’s a great community well kept, central, mall is 5 minutes away closest beach is 15 minutes away restaurants all around with lots of things to do people should come and take a look at this community and see for yourself that this is away better than other places and as far as landlord’s, you’re, your own landlord because you’re just renting the space your home is on

I have lived here for 1 year. Terrible communication. I was also not told when I bought that there would be no outside water and hasn't been for way over the year I have been here. Bridge between both sides of the park has collapsed twice last year making it impossible for 1 side of the park to get to any of the amenities as they are on the other side of the park. This would include laundry, clubhouse, which leaks and smells like mold, and the pool. They state it will take 1.5 YEARS to fix what is like a 12' X 8' bridge over a creek. It is sad as there are alot of long term residents here but hey my rent INCREASED $118.77 for 2025. Multiple homes have been for sale since i moved in and won't sell because of these things and alot of other things have happened this year here as well. The company who owns the park is ELS and they own MANY other parks. This last year they have been thru 3 managers here. I love my home and my neighbors but wish I knew then what I know now.

My friend lives there. More expensive than beautiful Doral Village where I live and not even close to the amenities Doral has. Nice park but in comparison they are 3 to our 5.

I called them many times on different days. Most of the time they don't answer. I left messages on their voicemail but no return call. I guess you just gotta keep trying to call until they pick up. Tuesdays and Thursdays are worse because they're in meetings. Jeez for someone who's interested in buying a home and living there, they sure don't appear eager to 'sell'. Now I'm not sure if I want my 80yr old mother to live there.... If she needs something, they won't be easily to get a hold of!

Lovely community, well kept grounds. Good management and other than to say hello they pretty much leave you alone. The pool is used a lot and is nearly always immaculate. I just wished the "heated" part was a constant. We like to use in early evenings and its chilly to cold. Otherwise we enjoy living here.

Most of the people are sweet, We have great neighbors and our street is so chill. I was sick and now my husband is going to have a dangerous neck surgery next month and will be outta work for almost 3 months and in disabled and so all I can do is clean and take care of him , all I have is a CAN licence and so if any1 needs help with anything over the next 4 or 5 mo. Let me know, in cheap and thorough in every thing that I do. Day or night, weekdays or weekends. As long as I know a few days beforehand just in case we have to go to the VA in Gainesville for a night or a day, possibly 2. My love and I are sliding up on our 30 year anniversary and r gonna renew our vows Sept 24th 2019. I love you Wily and I adore you more every moment I wake up and you're still here with me. Bless you my love
