Right at Home took care of our Mom for 8 months she had Lewy Body Dementia Simore took care of Mom for approximately 7 months. So grateful to have the staff at Right at Home taking care of my mother-in-law. They are professional and so caring and helpful. Have had a great experience for a long time with Sue in the office. Love her. The caregivers are phenomenal- Amelia, Raj and Catherine are the best team ever. I can always rely on them and know they are taking great care of my mother-in-law. They are like family and we couldnt do it without them.

Right at home is unbelievably super. Theyve been taking care of my 88-year-old mom and her husband John for the last three years. This is not one of those fake reviews. The people that have taken care of my mom and John are caring, loving, and genuinely care for their clients. I have personally spoken with the director-owner of right at home, Peter Snelling, and he is an ethical, decent, wonderful man who cares and it shows throughout their company. I have had this agency for a while. We had a rough start but spoke with Amy and she got things straightened out and things have been great ever since. My aide Anna is the best aide I have EVER had in almost 2 years. She is an amazing aide.

I honestly do not know where to start. I have never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees. Peter, Jeramie, Joe, and Gina really do treat you as though you are family. I have seen them go to great lengths to ensure that every clients need is met and not only them but their caregivers as well. I really lucked out finding a home away from home with this company. The staff at Right at Home Central Pinellas is an amazing group of professional caregivers, schedulers, recruiters, nurses, managers and owners. The caregivers are dedicated to the clients. The caregivers work with the schedulers on a daily basis and exceed beyond their availability to make sure the client needs are met in a timely manor. The scheduling staff are tuned in to each caregiver in order to place each one with clients that fit their availability and experence. The managers work diligently to monitor the daily process. Each manager will listen and correct any problem. The managers have an Open Door policy that puts the staff and clients at ease. The recruitment staff will hire new employees only after the nurse has given each a skill test. This process insures the caregivers can provide the recomended care each client requires. The owners truley have a sincere concern in providing excellent service for the clients and an excellent employer for each team member.

Working for this company out in the field during the current pandemic. They were very quick to send out information to all the aides and other workers in regards to all things Covid19 related. Gloves, masks, hand sanitizer etc is always readily available for us and many measures put into place for viral spreading prevention. Quick responses in the office if there is ever anything I need for myself or in regards to clients. Shifts always available no matter my schedule needs. Great place to work through, highly recommended to anyone considering working in this field. To anyone considering using the services provided, dont hesitate to call, very friendly office staff they can go over any questions you may have and who knows maybe youll have someone like me to help you or your loved ones for a better quality of living.
