The residents and staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. I'm able to play certain games likes pinochle, bingo, and poker. I've been here for 5 years, and I enjoy what Regency Oaks have to offer.

Regency Oaks is very convenient for those who are gaining and would like to participate in different activities. I’ve been here for 6 years, and I would recommend to anybody that can afford being here, to move in immediately!

My husband passed away while living a Regency Oaks. The residents stepped in and filled the void. I didn't have to eat alone or feel alone. They became companions during our fitness classes and parties. They will never take the place of a spouse, but they are the next best friend.

Regency Oaks senior community is Awesome! My husband and I visited for information and came away wanting to live there now. The grounds are beautiful, apartments modern, food fabulous and a welcoming staff. I felt safe knowing that we would be cared for from Independent Living, Assisted Living and Nursing care if needed. My wife and I have lived in Regency Oaks Independent Living for one year now. We are completely satisfied with our decision to move here. Or should I say happy! After a 2 year search in 3 states, we couldnt be more happy with our choice. Staff is always happy to help, if needed and very friendly. Food is great. Grounds are beautiful. And plenty of activities, gardening, wood shop, bridge, yoga, tai chi and aquatics, just to name a few. Our kids like it too. I should add that we moved from Texas to Clearwater. A 2020 Update! We have now lived here for two years. On the 2 year anniversary we got out the fine wine glasses and toasted the wise decision we made in moving to Regency Oaks. Regency Oaks staff has been working hard to keep the residents safe from COVID-19 and have been very successful. Life Care Services has been a good management team for Regency Oaks. A 2021 Update! We have now lived here 3 years. Again, we got out the fine wine glasses and toasted our decision to move to Regency Oaks. During the past 12 months since our last post, staffs response has been extraordinary. No infections! Life Care services and our CEO got us the vaccine in March. 97% of the residents are vaccinated. Now we are back to normal activities. We cannot say enough about how good it is here.

We took my girlfriends parents to the beautiful campus of Regency Oaks for a tour with the sales representative, Perry. The entire campus is pristine and quiet, spalled among tree covered grounds. The apartments we toured were exceptionally appointed, roomy, and bright with big balconies. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the happy residents. Many residents stopped to brag to us about their experience living at Regency Oaks. Activities and friendships made were a highlight of their stories. As part of our tour at we enjoyed dinner in the dining room. The Chef came out to introduce himself and explain the evenings menu. The food was exquisite! Our salmon was cooked perfect and the potatos au gratin were so yummy! And our server, Diego (I think), was so good. He was very friendly and on top of our dining experience. Perry was a top professional and helped us get the full experience in a very casual way without pressure. We were very impressed all the way around! If you are looking for a senior living community, I would highly recommend visiting.

Went here for rehab arriving late afternoon. Never received dinner. Wallpaper was torn in numerous places, floor stained, furniture aged. Both beds in the room did not work. CNA tried to fix but hopeless. One tv went down so I had to change beds to watch the other. Night nurse was a horror. Wouldn’t give meds dr had prescribed saying I didn’t need them. Took a half hour to get nurse if lucky. If you needed to use the bathroom you better have a good bladder. Food was lukewarm to cold. Didn’t always get menu. No one told you how things worked there. Physical therapist very good. A rating of one is generous.

My husband & I have close friends that moved, from our country club community, into the independent living section of Regency Oaks 9 yrs. ago. We have visited on numerous occasions, sharing many wonderful meals & some entertainment, under Regency Oaks friends for life program. The food is excellent, like a cruise ship.The staff is very warm & welcoming. The grounds & buildings immaculate. The husband sadly passed away several years ago. The wife just had a stroke & was placed in Sylvan Rehab. Section which is located on the same Regency Oaks campus, close to her many Regency friends. My friend has progressed & is, currently, in the Assisted Living section ofSylvan awaiting return to her own Apt. in independent living. I am a retired RN & have visited her frequently @ Sylvan rehab. & assisted living. It is very clean & seems so well run. The nursing & physical therapy staff seemed excellent, when I interacted with them & observed therapy sessions. My husband has also spontaneously commented about Sylvan being so clean. I really appreciate & am very impressed that Regency Oaks - Sylvan rehab. & assisted living sections have provided my friend with such good care in her recovery. Jeanne

Regency Oaks, Independent Living, has become our home with many friends. You can become as involved in all of the program, entertainment and educational opportunities that you wish. Something for everyone. Come as young as you can to take advantage of all that is going on. As a resident you can have input in all areas of Resident life, if you wish to. This is a continuing care community where you can age in place. Come and visit soon and see all we have to enjoy here!

I LOVE ?? living at Regency Oaks. It is beautiful, well maintained and well run. Great food and dining choices. We have been residents in Independent Living here for 5 years. So much to enjoy. Do not wait until you need assisted living or nursing care - move while you can enjoy all Regency Oaks has to offer. Most of these reviews seem to be critical of the nursing center. I do not understand that! We have the highest rated rehab and nursing facility in Pinellas County and one of best in State. I was there for 8 days after surgery. I have no complaints about the care I received. The Physical Therapy department was wonderful. Rita Casey, Director of Nurses did everything possible to help me prepare for my stay and address allergies, etc. If you are looking for a Continuing Care Retirement Community then you can be assured that Regency Oaks is your best choice.

Moving to Regency Oaks was the best decision I have ever made. Each day I look forward to the many activities they offer and spend the day happy to be with so many of my new friends. Not having to clean or cook leaves me with time to enjoy the exercise, art, theater and many other courses they offer.

I am surprised at the negative comments. My parents live there and I find it outstanding! The food is great and plentiful, the maintenance is on it, and the staff is great. Many have been there 10-20 years and are very happy. Every other resident I have encountered loves it there! There are always disgruntled for one reason or another but I do jot see it at all!

There are many positive reasons, as we move along this maturation process, selecting a CCRC where kindness is the mantra. First of all is the setting. The physical layout of the campus, near the Bay for sunrises, near the Gulf for sunsets. Easy access to main thoroughfares and shopping. Eighty-five feet above sea level with a verdant 40 acre visual experience surrounding our living quarters. Here is where the residents feel the security of well qualified personnel as they exchange views of life experiences so diversified, one would believe this was the consummate learning experience similar to the Forum of antiquity. Of course there is always room for improvement such as Installation of Solar to offset the rising cost of energy. Also the security of our own energy source if we are subjected to extreme weather or cyber attack. We are assured there are steps underway to satisfy this additional amenity.
