The decision to place a loved one in memory care is easily the most difficult choice a family can make. At Aravilla, we found a compassionate, professional, and sincere staff that treats residents like their own family. Our aunt was declining rapidly when we first met with Selene. She took us on a tour, listened to our concerns, and patiently walked us through the paperwork for the perfect suite. Since we needed a few weeks before the move, Selene took that time to truly "ready" the room”and I don’t just mean cleaning. She included sheets, towels, pillows, artwork, and a beautiful comforter. It felt as if my aunt was moving into a 5-star resort. Speaking of the "resort"”it really is one! Between the live music, a full-service beauty salon, constant parties, and field trips that make me envious, the environment is incredible. The dining rooms serve high-quality meals, the attentive staff knows everyone by name, and the on-site medical care and daily activities keep residents moving and engaged. We have been thrilled with this transition. Now, when we take our aunt off-property, she tells us she’s ready to return to her suite at the resort! After touring many other facilities in the Clearwater area, it’s clear that Aravilla stands leaps and bounds above the rest. It is the flagship for what memory care should be, and we feel blessed that our aunt is thriving here.

Toughest thing I've had to do, but the time had come where my Mom simply wasn't safe without full time care, After my Mom started wandering I started looking for help. I looked at several facilities in the Clearwater area in the span of just few days, and then found Aravilla. I walked into Aravilla and met Selene. It was my first tour that didn't feel like just a sales pitch. It was also the first tour that didn't hand me a laundry list of additional potential expenses, with seemly no bounds or limitations in sight. I started the paperwork for my Mom to enter Aravilla that day. On the morning my Mom was to enter Aravilla, my Mom had wandered off,, literally as I was in route to pick her up from her condo. She spent 4 days in the hospital and on departure could not walk. Selene worked with the hospital directly to get my Mom released into Aravilla's care. That was a terrible day, but I'll never forget the words that Selene told me as we lifted my Mom out of the car ,,, "Don't worry, we got this." In just three months, my Mom as bounced back beyond belief. I owe that solely to the care and attention she has gotten at Aravilla. She is engaged, complements the staff, the food, the entertainment and her room. She seems to think she is at a resort or a hotel on most of my visits. Dementia is a condition that gives my Mom good days and bad days. With many thanks to Aravilla, Selene, Mark (PT), the Nurses, room staff/aids, and everyone who helps my Mom; she is happy on the good days and safe on the bad ones. Sincerely, John T

Aravilla is an absolute gift. My dearest friend moved there in December, 2025 because she could no longer live alone. The staff at Aravilla went out of their way to help her acclimate to her new home, and they continue to do so. Every staff member knows the residents, and treats them with respect. My friend often tells me, They are all so kind. They just want us to be happy. The food is excellent, and the activities are stimulating and fun. I visited many facilities, but Aravilla is a caring home, a true gift.

My 93-year-old mother was taken care of by the sweet and loving caregivers at Aravilla. She came from an another facility that was awful. My mother was always clean and dressed appropriately. Her bedding changed 2 a week and her laundry never piled up. You could tell she was well loved and very happy in this memory care community. Staff took pride in knowing each of their residence. They knew my mothers likes and dislikes, and were very accommodating to that.The activities are unique and phenomenal. My mom was more of a quiet type person, but the Aravilla staff made sure she came to the activities that they learned she enjoyed. I Did not encounter one employee or caregiver that did not truly care. It is a beautiful and extremely clean community! Getting a custom care, plan, and list of medications or anything that I asked for was always done on the spot and I was never made to feel like I inconvenienced them. This certainly was not my experience in the past. My mom has passed now and I will never forget the care they gave her during the last few days of her life. They not only cared about my mother they cared about my family. My only regret is that I did not know about this community sooner! I highly recommend Aravilla!

I just got done touring Aravilla with Selene and all I can say is WOW! This place is so beautiful. You can tell that they really took the time to make it feel like home. They have the cutest design for each room where they all have a little patio set up in the hall. Truly a beautiful, clean, well organized place. Not to mention, all of the stuff was so nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I walked out.

But, the daily activity program at Aravilla engages him in joyful mind and body activity that he looks forward to and delights in 7 days a week. My loved one has been at Aravilla for the last two months and what a difference it has made in his life! He went from being restless and discontent to being incredibly engaged and happy! The wide range of activities and truly caring staff have enriched his life. The facility is five star quality; the rooms have high ceilings and large windows allowing a natural source of light. That theme is echoed in the gathering area with at least a four story roof and beautiful view of the atrium. Live music almost every day is first rate and has residents totally immersed in the experience. Staff take an active part in every event and even get people on the dance floor. Aravilla takes the time to get to know each resident and are supportive of the family. I am very grateful that I found a place that is so caring.

I have been working closely with the staff at Aravilla Clearwater Memory Care for five months now since my father suffered a stroke that left him with vascular dementia. The staff has been extremely helpful, understanding, compassionate, caring and always close by when I need them most. The director even stepped in, when I called for her guidance, to assist my father when he was confused, altered and not feeling well (note, I live out of state and cannot visit regularly.) I can't say enough about the high quality of care the residents receive at Aravilla, not to mention the state-of-the-art facility itself. The daily creative activities, outings, celebrations and music, contribute immensely to the overall well-being of each resident. I highly recommend Aravilla Clearwater. The moment I walked in the front door for the initial tour, I knew this was the best place for my father. I was right. My husband has been making Aravilla his home the past three months. I have been very pleased overall. The facility is clean and beautiful, very good food selection, great care & love from the nurses and staff caregivers, the concierge as well as management have been so helpful and supportive , and WOW -the very engaging and fun activities including live music everyday and regular outings. I am so grateful I have found the right place for him. Aravilla truly understands Memory Care, treating the residents with dignity and giving them great quality of life that they deserve. Having experienced other independent and assisted living centers, as well as three rehab facilities, I found that staff in those places were generally average and often busy. From the manager Scott who is very accommodating and he wants to be sure the problem have Solved right away in no time. I was so apprehensive to put our loved one into a Memory Care Facility. We visited several, but one visit to Aravilla Memory Care Facility immediately eased my fears. From the moment we drove up to the gorgeous building which looks like a mansion and entered the friendly, brightly lit lobby and main activity area I was sold. Beginning with the lovely receptionists, Barbara, Renee and Tracey the personnel have been amazing. Traci, the Marketing Director along with Arielle, made us feel right at home and easily answered all our questions. She provided a tour of the facility and I loved the entrance to the residents private rooms which looks like a front porch complete with rockers and white picket fence. The resident's rooms are large and airy, filled with light and each has a beautiful private bathroom. Everyone we met that day was friendly and smiles were abundant. Once we moved our loved one into her new home at Aravilla, we experienced all the lovely amenities. It has been an amazing experience so far. The activities and entertainment are top notch and it's an everyday occurrence to see the staff dancing with the residents during the two concerts they have each day. The Medical Director, Scott, was quick to answer questions and took care of our loved one’s navigational watch enabling the staff to know where each resident is at any time of the day. I know that our loved one is safe, entertained and free to live in the best environment possible for this time of her life.

I have too much fun here. I have met many of the residents of Aravilla. Many of them I meet for the first time every time I visit. The staff is patient, loving, and very understanding. My mother was very much against going into 'assisted living.' She is 98 years old and has recently become too much for us to keep safe. The first few days were not without challenges as mom can be very stubborn. On my latest visit, mom squeezed my hand and said. I like it here. This could work. Do you want to come to my room?

After looking and touring quite a few assisted living facilities, and being down hearted at what we saw, my wife and I Shocked and pleased to find ARAVILLA in Clearwater. This facility is unbelievable! The staff is amazing, professional, kind, knowledgeable and caring. The amenities they have for the residents is a list that is almost too long to print. Beautiful architecture, the layout is not Dungeon like with long halls and doors, but a winding path with porches on all the apartments including a fence and rocker. The food is Gourmet , they have twice a day live entertainment, outside courtyard with benches and a beautiful Fountain, in house Beauty Salon, therapy room, Bingo, a 24 -7 Cappuccino bar, in house Doctor, full nursing staff. I could go on and on. The kind loving care my mom is receiving cannot be duplicated by any other facility we toured. We are so lucky and happy to have mom stay here. Joe DiVito

I was at out of my mind trying to find the right place for my Stepmother. I work in EMS and have been to many memory care facilities and believe me it is a shame what some places charge, to have a loved one left to sit in a hallway looking at the ceiling. I happened to responding to a call at Aravilla, which I had never heard of but was happy that I found the place. At the end of my shift I returned to get more information, and what I heard lifted a load off of my shoulders. I had made a promise that I would not put a loved one on a facility, but the reality is that I couldn’t do it by myself and work. Insurance does not pay for 24/7 care. So what could I do, Aravilla was a perfect fit for us. They keep the residents engaged and the facility is always clean. The food is actually good, on our first day we were able to have lunch as a family. The decision was made by the family that this the place for her and without reservation. So if you are looking for a memory care facility for a loved one, this is the place for your loved ones. Check it out for yourself and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

I met the E.D Dawn she was so knowledgeable and friendly she set me up with Tracy and Chelsea to do a tour of the building and it’s gorgeous. They explained everything gave me all the information I needed plus some!! The way all three ladies payed close attention to detail I knew this was the perfect place.
