Our mother has been at the Heritage House for almost two years, and we could be happier. Mom has a shared room which is smartly furnished and loves her roommate. We are very appreciative of the wonderful care that mom receives. Tanya and her entire staff are generally concerned for all of their residents. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional. The facility is kept spotless, and the grounds are impeccably maintained.

I live here at Heritage House ALF in Clearwater, FL 33764, and am so thankful to be one of the residents here as it's a wonderful environment. I lived alone after my husband passed on and was always depressed and could not function. However, I am doing so much better in this small privately own family oriented facility. The management is great and the staff are very efficient and compassionate. Therefore, I would not hesitate in recommending Heritage House to anyone who has a loved one or friend who needs to retire in an ALF..

I came for a tour and was blown away. This place smelled amazing. It was clean and very peaceful. All the residents were happy. Tanya have me a tour and I noticed it's bigger then it looks from the road. Jami was working and her and Tanya were so kind to the residents. I spoke with 2 residents and there happy they love to live there. They said there treated like family. I believe that's true. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We got grandma all settled in to Heritage House, thanks to the help of Tanya and Jami. She loves her cozy room. Grandma excitedly talks about the food, games, exercises and people that she's enjoyed so far. And she even gets to have her hair done tonight in their in-house beauty salon. This was the ideal move for her!

The staff here is fabulous. My mother was in a few different facilities prior to her passing some years ago and my father was more recently as well. My family and I have never encountered anywhere that even comes close to the experience we had here. The staff is attentive and truly cares about the residents. The facility is charming and is always kept clean. Meals are really well done by a fantastic cook. Considering our past experiences, I always assumed that we had to accept a certain degree of issues and that it just comes with the territory when it comes to caring for aging seniors. We did not experience anything like that. The staff truly cared about my father and our family. When my father passed, the staff on duty was so heartbroken that I found myself saying all the things you say to those who have just lost a loved one. It's unusual to be sure. I'm unfortunately out of parents now, but I can absolutely recommend this place to anyone who finds that they're in the need for competent, compassionate care for an aging loved one.

I pretty much knew when I walked in the first time that this was a special facility, more like a home. The owners and staff had demonstrated a genuine ability to care for each and every resident, using both skill and keeping a sense of humor while always upholding the dignity of each person.
