Special gratitude to Eric Pote for all his cooperation in the process to make this transition very smooth. the atmosphere, amenities and people make this place grateful to live.

I moved in 2.5 months ago. Eric was terrific with everything, gave terrific instructions. He was pleasant and so helpful. Mia met me the day I moved in and was very helpful. In fact the entire staff here have been pleasant, helpful and Professional. My story started over 2 years ago, the first time I visited the Hamptons. I met with Anna. She was so friendly, I had the tour, and asked questions, and so did my daughter. Unfortunately, life got in the way, and I couldn't move at that time. I kept in touch with Anna through that time. She was always up beat and encouraging. Then last June, I called to make another visit. My daughter and I went that afternoon, where we met Eric, who was up to date with my journey. He was so relaxed, I felt immediately relaxed, knowing I was making the correct decision. From the minute I walked in the front door, everyone has been wonderful. I just can not say enough about everyone who I have encountered along the way. Every prayer I say, includes the residents, the entire staff, the building, and especially Anna, Eric, Mia, and the front desk staff. May God continue to bless You!

We moved my mom into Hampton Apartments two months ago. She loves her new home. The entire staff, especially Eric have been great. Food is fantastic. Lots of activities to keep her busy. Highly impressed with the size of all the rooms at the Hampton. We are very happy with our choice.

The Hampton is the perfect fit for mom, who was resistant to making the move closer to me for a few years. Community Liaison, Eric Pote, guided us through the transition. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and sincere. He really seems to care about residents. Activity Director, Lana, is also extremely friendly and caring. She coordinates her activities/excursions around resident organized activities which both provide lots of options for those who are willing to socialize. However, the apartments are big and well laid out for comfortably spending time at home. Mom loves the community ping pong table, but wishes there were more players. She also loves the dining room which has a creative menu and quality food. This was a very pleasant surprise. I'm giving a 5-star rating, however if I could figure out how to deduct star for tech challenges, I would. There wasn't enough assistance getting setup on the bill payment system. The laundry card system can also cause some frustration. Other than this, it's a lovely retirement community.

I was looking for a place for my mom to live, closer to me here in Clearwater. When I found Hampton Apartments, I knew I had found something great. My first meeting with Eric Pote was wonderful. He showed me the apartment and told me about all the different activities at Hampton. Eric encouraged me to bring my mom for a visit the following weekend. The next visit with my mom, we had lunch in the dining room, and the food was terrific! We were sold. Eric has been my go to from the beginning of the move in, to answering every question I have had since then. He's been very pleasant and patient with me anytime I have a request. My mom continues to tell me how wonderful all the employees at Hampton have been to her. Hampton is a beautiful senior apartment community with lots of activities, and great food! Thank you Eric for helping me find my mom a super place to live!

My parent has been at The Hampton for almost a year, from the moment we started the move in process we have felt welcomed & valued. The staff always goes above and beyond, always ready with a smile. They work hard to anticipate resident's needs and provide personalized attention. The grounds and building are beautifully kept and maintained. The communal spaces are thoughtfully designed to accommodate many different types of activities. The dining area provides many nutritious and delicious meals…Mom cant stop talking about the cheesecake! Thanks for all you have done and will do for our family.

I was looking for a retirement community for my mom to move into and was fortunate to be given the information about Hampton Apartments. From the very first contact with their staff and facility, I knew this was the place for my mother. From the affordable pricing, to the amenities and activities, to the facility itself, Hampton Apartments is quite a diamond in the rough. The property manager Ana and community liaison Eric have been amazing through this whole process. If you're needing a friendly retirement community for yourself or loved one that's very affordable, Hampton Apartments should be a consideration.

We were told about this place , by a friend from where we lived at another place . We were not happy there . But had lots of friends . We are so glad to be part of Hampton Senior Living . We have been treated very well here . The office help and other employees Are very nice . Lana what would we do without you ? Don’t go away . The other tenants are very friendly here . Just like I said we are very comfortable here and feel very safe .

I am a nurse and often go to different settings to check on patients as well as collect information for insurance claims. I must say that I was so impressed by this Independent Living Facility. It is absolutely gorgeous. I like the fact that they have activities and encourage their residents to be active members. Anyone looking to downsize to a smaller place, this is highly recommended.

My mother loves Hampton At Clearwater. The apartment is spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful and the meals are delicious. Great location for shopping and personal needs and the other residents are all friendly. There is a lot to do here and she loves it.

Just moved in and I am very pleased. My apartment is like new, everything is spotless ! The Hampton must give their employees a personality test before hiring because each person I have encountered is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great food and you can have room service if necessary. The residents have greeted me as we pass and I hope soon to remember names and make friends.I am so pleased my family found The Hampton for my new home.
