The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Clearwater residents and everything they need. Holiday Belleair Towers meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Been here 8 years, love it. Large airy apts., walking distance to Pharmacies, Groceries, Office supplies, small shops and more. Of course I walk 4 miles nearly every morning so walking 1-2 miles to these places is not a problem. Staff is great. Food is good with many choices and 3 meals a day. Pets are allowed.

My housekeeper, Vanessa, is over the top> Not only is she thorough< she takes care of all my needs< even the small things. She is friendly and always in a good mood. I am very happy with her.

Just moved here. The community, Appartments, neighbors, and staff are over the top. Not one complaint. So helpful with everything. They've made this move so much easier. I couldn't ask for better anywhere! If you don't like dealing with the sand at the beach which is only 1.4 miles away going to enjoy the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Ask for Kristin! She is awesome! All the staff is Great. NEVER A DULL MOMENT. Games, events, entertainment, Movies, shopping, field trips and so much more. On my 3rd year here! Loving & living life!!!

Friends of family are there. Really like the atmosphere and the masking and check in procedures in place. I hope in the future when needed I can afford to stay.

Very informative tour by Kristen and great facility, very clean, and wonderful location. 2BR apartment was very spacious. Staff and residents were super friendly and can see why the residents love it here.

Nice small scale senior community tucked away in a park like setting. Staff were all quite friendly. Dissapointed with their 2 bd RM floor plan as they are a bit dated & closet space was minimal. The hallways to the apartments are very spacious & inviting, but dimly lit. The main common areas (lobby & dining room) had horrible acoustics and a sub par interior design aesthetic. (The main lobby presents as a 2nd tier Time-Share). For what it costs to live their ... Not what I expected! Just the same, it is a diamond in the rough.

This Senior Living Facility is nice and reasonably priced compared to some of the other ones Ive been to. The apartments are large and have full kitchens. You receive three meals a day. They clean your apartment weekly. They provide transportation if needed and you can also have a parking place for your car. They have many activities to keep you busy. They also have an exercise room, pool, and hot tub. The Pinellas Trail is right behind the facility if you want to walk. You can have a small pet. The manager knows everyone who lives there. You are not treated like a number.

Belleair Towers is a very welcoming place to walk into. Rick and Cindy always have a friendly hello when you step inside and they go out of their way to accommodate you in any way possible. The staff has also always been extremely helpful and friendly as well. It truly has a family atmosphere.

Always has good food prices but employees that do carts and wear vest for safety are always on the phone texting or talking to there friends instead of doing carts and the electronics department never has enough pre paid cell phones in stock when they know there is a big call for them
