Reviews The Gallery at Cape Coral
July 2026
Making the decision to move a parent with dementia into Memory Care is one of the most difficult decisions a family can face. My mom had lived in her home with my dad for nearly 60 years, and although her dementia had progressed to the point where she often didn't recognize it as home, I still worried that moving her would leave her confused, frightened, or feeling abandoned. I worried whether she would receive the individualized support she needed with eating, dressing, participating in activities, and navigating the difficult moments that come with dementia. Living in Boston, I was especially anxious about not being nearby to know how she was adjusting. After visiting multiple facilities, we chose The Gallery Cape Coral because of the warmth, compassion, and patience shown by the staff from the very beginning. While we were setting up my mom's room, Julie, the Director of Memory Care, introduced herself and immediately put us at ease. She listened to our concerns, answered our many questions honestly, and assured us that my mom would be cared for as an individual—not simply as another resident. She promised to learn who my mom was, understand her unique needs, and help her through the transition. Three weeks later, Julie has exceeded every expectation I had. She has gone above and beyond in ways I never imagined. Without ever being asked, she calls and texts me with updates, often outside of normal business hours. She sends pictures and videos so I can see my mom smiling, participating in activities, and adjusting to her new home. Those moments have brought me an incredible sense of comfort and peace. What has impressed me most is the genuine love and compassion Julie shows my mom. She takes the time to sit with her, talk with her, reassure her, encourage her to participate in activities, and make her feel valued, safe, and cared for. Despite having many residents under her care, she has made my mom feel seen as an individual. The kindness, patience, guidance, and support she provides are extraordinary. Most importantly, my mom has adjusted far better than I ever thought possible, and I truly believe Julie has been the biggest reason why. She has turned what I expected to be an overwhelmingly painful transition into one filled with reassurance, dignity, and hope. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for Julie. She has earned my complete trust, and knowing my mom is in her care gives me peace of mind that I honestly didn't think was possible. Julie is an extraordinary person and an exceptional Director of Memory Care. The Gallery Cape Coral is incredibly fortunate to have her, and so are the families whose loved ones she cares for every day.

This is the most caring and compassionate group we have had the pleasure to know. They have all been helpful and kind as my father made his big move in. He’s so happy to be there- I’m constantly hearing him praise everything from the food to the maintenance to the front desk, etc. It’s been a blessing that we found The Gallery. Rachel answered the dozens of questions we threw at her all throughout the process and never once made us feel like an annoyance. They make life so easy as things get more complicated with aging. This is the place that our beloved elderly family deserve in their golden years.

If I could give 6+ stars I would, from the first encounter to the tour that they included my granddaughter so she could see what an Assisted Living was really like......Rachel B. took a interest in my family and stayed interested. Truly interested not a sales interest. The food was great, staff friendly , clean place no odors noted or hidden by perfume. A place where any one would feel at home....ane Rachel made sure that we knew that.

My dad moved into the assisted living facility over 2 years ago, and since day 1 we have been and continue to be so grateful for the team here. I toured several facilities looking for a place my dad would enjoy and be engaged in the Cape Coral area. At first the Gallery stood out with their clean, beautiful facilities. Quickly we understood that their team is also stand out as they helped my dad transition from a difficult situation. They were and continue to be accountable, accommodating, and creating an environment where my dad is thriving. Constant activities and adventures, and all his current (and future) care needs under one roof. As a family we could not be more happy and thankful to find the Gallery. Our minds and hearts are at ease. Highly, highly recommended.

My family and I are incredibly grateful to the staff at The Gallery in Cape Coral for the care and compassion they showed my father. Being in another state, it meant so much to know that the team kept in close contact with me and always made sure I was informed and reassured about his care and needs. The facility was consistently clean, professional, and welcoming, but what stood out most was the genuine kindness and compassion shown by the staff. A special thank you to Rachel, Britt, Stephanie, and Rhonda for going above and beyond. Your care, communication, and support truly made a difficult time much easier for our family. Thank you all for treating my father with such dignity and kindness. We deeply appreciate everything you did.

I had the pleasure of working for nearly two weeks, besides team members of The Gallery Memory Care. Starting from the top management down, each layer of employees is working to provide the best life experience for their residents. From the dedication of the best of care, to assurance that daily activities of many sorts bring a smile to each participant. This is not your typical memory care facility, it is the exception in quality!

I highly recommend The Gallery at Cape Coral for so many reasons. The staff just absolutely makes this place shine. Rachel helped with all of our questions about leasing, community living and a million other things we asked. I don’t think I have ever seen her without a smile on her face. Britt met our mom at the rehab facility to evaluate her needs and took such time and care with her during her toughest times. Stephanie helped us navigate that first week in assisted living to make sure she had simply everything she needed. The entire crew in the physical therapy room has worked with mom for the past month and took her from not being able to walk to build her muscle and her mindset and we are moving from assisted living to independent living in a few weeks. I don’t think this move would be happening without their gentle yet persistent work with mom. This same positive attitude is shared by every member from front desk, meal staff, and cleaning staff. The food is delicious, and there is always some great entertainment happening every day. The building is beautifully decorated and well designed. If you are wondering if it’s the right move for your parents or yourself, it absolutely is.

The gallery- assisted living at 2219 Chiquita Blvd, Cape Coral- is so well set up with natural light flowing from large windows, high ceilings, wide hallways and well-furnished areas to congregate: open spaces that are so welcoming. Our first visit to the Gallery was a week ago, last Friday. My sister and I had a two hour introduction. We met a lot of those folks who work here. We, my sister and I, were both so impressed by the skills, the talent of the care staff, the nursing team, and the key members who keep the campus running smoothly. All those working here, show an impressive sense of fun and enthusiasm to be on the Gallery team. Unlike a hospital or a rehab center, the dynamic, the vibe here is dedication to helping each patient heal while adding a good dose of "cheer and optimism". We got a tour of the spacious Gallery and were so impressed: think the energy from top-rated resort hotels. We met Rachel Stoffle, that Friday for the first time. She is a one of a kind, competent, professional young woman who had the answers to our questions. She initiates and completes the tasks via excellent spoken and text communication. She is the one that made all the difference in our final decision! Rachel has our back, the patient and the family. She supports "us". In fact, before we left, my sister who had initially protested that she did not want to go to assisted living was changing her tune: she exclaimed- WOW, I love the Gallery! And her enthusiasm has not diminished. She moved in this past Saturday, she and her pet and is using her walker, zinging about , meeting folks and enjoying the delicious meals available. She loves the views from the large windows! At this rate, she will be more independent and using her cane. We are all so happy for her! She is sleeping well, no noise or disruption, and has access to exercise, OT and PT, which she is enjoying. After enjoying a delicious breakfast, my sister took the Gallery shuttle ( no charge) today for her radiology appointment. The Gallery, assisted care, is the best place for my sister to regain her strength and return to optimal health. Rachel has been here to get my sister off to a terrific start. The entire team, including those who live here, create a great dynamic of community connections. My sister is on the path to good health and the proof is in her great progress over this short period of time. grandma K from Texas

My wife and I have been extremely pleased residents here since September 2024. In mid September, we decided to search for an independent living facility with the idea that we would begin to gather information to help us make a decision a few years later. The Gallery was our first and only stop. The ambiance of the entrance, the cordiality of the staff, the quality of the apartments, and the outstanding meals provided at the restaurant convinced us that no further searching was necessary. We signed on immediately. Our experience here has been, and continues to be, wonderful. Anyone considering a move to an independent living apartment would be well advised to visit the Gallery.

My mother lives here and I can’t say enough about the Gallery. Our family enjoys spending time in the courtyard on the putting green and main dining room. Everything is clean and well maintained, the food delicious and care professional and attentive. This is a well run atmosphere where staff, families and residents really get to know one another and interact.

My wife has been at the Gallery memory care unit for more than half a year. I am very pleased with the care she gets. The aides will take the time to help her eat. They check her to make sure she is dry. In the morning she is dressed with her hair combed. She looks good. Most importantly, she says she likes being at the Gallery. February 2026 My wife has been in the Memory Care unit for over a year. During her stay I have become aware of the improvement in the appearance of the unit. There are always seasonal decorations that the residents of the unit help to make. Today there was something very special on the tables of the dining area. The tables had a small vase of flowers. It didn’t look like a memory care facility. It looked like a pleasant dining area. I am so pleased to have my wife where they make a effort to create a colorful environment for her to live.

The community is lovely, the staff too, and my mother is thriving at 92 years of age !! My siblings and I couldn’t be happier that she’s residing here.
January 2026
Toured this location with my dad in December 2024 and was super impressed with the staff and their overall happiness, supportiveness, patience, and professionalism. The Gallery seemed to treat it's employees well and operate on a more amenable and sustainable business model. In my opinion, that can be the biggest differentiator at this type of facility. Also, the buildings appeared clean and new, with lots of space. And, what I heard about the food sounded surprisingly fresh and of high quality.
January 2026
As a professional with a niche focus serving seniors, I encourage you to consider this community. The staff from administration to food services and everyone in between is great and you can see that reflected in how lively and active the adults are who reside there who are very warm and welcoming. I think that speaks in volume.

Best Independent Care facility in Fl. I’ve been at three. Caring, concerned, supportive people always nearby. Super variety of activities can keep you busy all day if you want.
December 2025
I’m helping a friend make a transition from a condo to independent assisted living. This has been the best I found. The food is fantastic. The rates are extremely affordable especially when I compare to what I pay for a simple apartment without all the amenities. Friendly staff as well as residents are very friendly. The staff has been extremely accommodating and helpful. If you’re looking for independent assisted living you should call this home. Honestly I’m an active senior myself and am giving serious consideration of moving here when my lease expires in November of 2026.

After a recent week long visit I wanted to update my review. The current staff could not be more attentive and caring! Jody the activities director is an amazing caring soul that takes the time to understand and attend to the independent needs of each resident. She keeps a watchful eye and is sure to provide family with first hand knowledge of our loved ones. My Aunt has been a resident in the Memory Care at The Gallery at Cape Coral for almost five years and loves it! She recently celebrated her 91st Birthday and team member Julie Carver went out of her way to make the birthday memorable! She helped us in ordering the cake and even picked it up and took wonderful photos for distant family members to view. The nurses and caregivers are all very attentive and quick to inform family of any potential issues. So many people have nightmare experiences with Assisted Living facilities for their loved ones - I feel the current team is attentive and quick to remedy an issues. I am grateful to Julie! And the activities personal also top flight - engaging the special needs of seniors with memory care issues. All of the aides especially Brenda and Ingress are attentive and quick to offer assistance. I feel confident in the care we are receiving!
September 2025
My family is thankful for The Gallery and their staff. The transition for my mom from living at home to assisted living was tough, but The Gallery staff were helpful in supporting us through this. We are especially thankful for Jodi W and her care towards my mom and the other residents. My mom recently passed, unfortunately. We were impressed by the staff who came in one by one to express their kindness and compassion towards her. We are grateful for their continued care and support.
September 2025
Since my post below, we have moved our mother to the Memory Care “neighborhood” as her disease has progressed. The level of care and attention she receives is exactly what she needs, when she needs it, and she seems more relaxed and at ease than we’ve seen her in years. She “works” by helping the staff get ready for meals and special events, and is so happy to show us around whenever we visit. She adores the staff, and it’s obvious she is well cared for. Because she is physically healthy and very mobile, it is challenging to maintain her sense of well-being, but Julie, Jody, Nathan, Ariana, Malina, Iona, Cherish, Briana and the entire group do an amazing job! Our mother has been here for 10 months and we can’t say enough good things about the staff and the facility. Some people would describe the staff as “like family” but that’s not accurate - they’re much more patient than us! They know how she is at certain times of the day, what she will do in certain situations, what she likes to eat and drink, and when she needs extra attention. They work with us to come up with the best care plan and most importantly, they understand why she’s there. I feel like some people who don’t work in senior care forget how hard it is to keep that smile in place. The Gallery has been exceptional in providing the care our mom needs.
September 2025
The Gallery of Cape Coral is absolutely amazing! The rooms are beautiful and always spotless. The staff is incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questiom or concerns. They offer extensive activities, along with delicious food that my grandmother truly enjoys. She couldn’t be happier here, and that gives our whole family such peace of mind. We highly recommend The Gallery to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant community.
August 2025
My Mother was in memory care for a few years. My experience was varied as to how she was cared for; I do not live in Florida so I kept a lookout for my mother through a camera in her room. I made calls at different times to address the way she was being cared for especially at night; it was not good and I brought it to the attention of different ones as they made changes in staff- in- charge. I would receive help at times but this was an ongoing situation. MI ost of the day staff worked very hard to make sure care was provided, again the night staff needed to do much better since you only saw a few doing their job. This was brought to their attention for the time she was there. I did call to make them aware, sent pictures so that they could see I was not exaggerating, since seeing is believing. I had received help from Kristen the director of the Gallery. She was always very helpful as was Julie who was new and was taking care of memory care. She was truly very caring to my mother and also took time to give me updates. Then my mother took a bad fall that was not good and it was the last one. As I was taking care of packing her belongings and prior to that both my daughter and myself were very rudely treated in a military fashion. I could not believe the lack o manners from an Assistant Director in front of workers. These were the last moments. It is very sad and disappointing. Zaida Goebert

My significant other of 35 years, ZELDA NOTTINGHAM, has been in Memory Care since October 2024. The staff has been great in all areas-Nursing, Spa, and Memory Care, etc. J.T. Tate was a good director of Memory Care, but the new Memory Care Director, Julie Carver, is the best I have ever seen in every way. Julie is innovative, full of improvement ideas, and really cares for the residents. Zelda was a brilliant nurse herself but with dementia she can be a challenge. Julie is extremely helpful in caring for her and goes way out of her way to do anything necessary to help Zelda. I believe management made one of their best decisions when they hired Julie Carver!
August 2025
The Gallery AL took real good care of my Mom. From, the staff who cared for her daily, to the nurses, and even the front desk staff, I felt she received excellent care. The rehab she received in their gym was also outstanding. The staff listened to my suggestions and implemented some of them (a fryer in the kitchen, for chicken tenders!) I also felt the facility, was very well maintained and CLEAN!

As an in-home healthcare professional, I'm always looking for great communities for my clients, so that when it's time to transition into a new home, I can with confidence give them amazing choices. I wholeheartedly recommend The Gallery at Cape Coral. The staff are warm and attentive, the accommodations are luxurious and inviting, and the residents are cheerful and engaging. The Gallery of Cape Coral has my stamp of approval!

Recently we moved my Mom to Memory Care from Assisted Living at The Gallery, Cape Coral. The Memory Care unit is amazing. My Mom stays active with their many activities with Jody, the activities director! She is fantastic!! Lots of energy and gives out lots of love!!! The Director of Memory Care, Julie Carver is also wonderful and very very focused on the residents!! She works well with her staff and her residents. I love how she has subtle suggestions to help my Mom as she advances through her disease. She is VERY approachable and always available. The food and staff are the best. Thanks Julie!! My Mom loves it there and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend The Gallery Memory Care Unit in Cape Coral!
July 2025
Truly amazing care! My Mother has been a resident in the memory care facility for about a year. On many occasions I have been very impressed by the care. Last week I went to visit my Mother and arrived as she was being assisted with her morning routine, by Nathan, one of the employees of the Gallery. I listened through the door. There was no way he could’ve know. I was there. Since you tend to wonder how things are going when you’re not around I listened to the interactions in the room. I was thrilled to hear what was happening! Nathan had my Mom laughing. She has advanced dimentia and many times she shows very little emotion. He then turned up the music in the room and she was dancing, as best as she could. I smiled for a long time. As a son it feels so good to know that your mother is in capable kind hands. All of the staff is wonderful! I really love this place for my Mom…so grateful ! ‘

The staff at The Gallery at Cape Coral are amazing. They have such compassion and understanding for the residents and go out of their way to make the residents and their families feel welcome and special. My mother is in the memory care unit and my dad visits and spends every single day with her. The staff are very kind to my Dad and make him also feel very welcome. This past week was my parents 63rd wedding anniversary and Julie (Director) had the Chef make a special anniversary Filet Mignon anniversary dinner with decorations at their table to make their day very special - truly above and beyond expectations! I am very thankful my mother is in the most caring place during this hardest phase of her life. Thank you Julie and Team!

The campus is beautiful, food is amazing, direct care staff is pleasant and kind, executive employees are professional but you can tell they want the best for their residents just like families do. Pets welcome! Just one of the reasons everyone appears to be happy and having fun.

My wife move in to her apartment jan 2025 weighting 95 lbs and going down hill. Age 80. She has had Parkinson’s for 15 years and now onset of Dementia, more then a 78 year old can safely provide. Fast forward end of March, 115lbs, walking with help in PT. The Gallery has given me back my wife, and she is improving. Yes, I know there is no cure for her, but by me making this tough call, she is living a safe life. The staff is better then anyone can imagine. With in a few days they knew my wifes name and mind. Food is the best service and taste. You walk in the front door and immediately are made welcome. The leadership does not sit at a desk, they are out and available. The aids care for the residence, more then in a hospital setting. They know my wife, her needs, her personality and work constantly to improve. Recreation is 12 hrs a day never a boring moment and a constant variety. The staff makes sure you are aware and invited to all events.

I love what they’ve done for my mom. Very caring and supportive. A wonderful place to be for your loved ones. My mom has put in strength, weight, and has improved mentally and physically.

Beautiful building, sweet caring staff. Phenomenal food. I would have my grandma live here anytime. Kristen, Stephanie and chef Brian continuously shine.

I recently visited The Gallery at Cape Coral ...... wow!!! It doesn't feel like a typical Assisted Living! The team was so nice and hospitable. It was clean and super well maintained. I got a chance to see the activities they held each day for the residents and to see their restaurants. Amazing! When my mom is ready, this is the kind of place she would thrive in.

As the BnB Duet, we have performed several times at The Gallery at Cape Coral. The residents are so much fun to sing to, with their happy uplifting attitudes. And no wonder, the staff are always professional and courteous. They reflect a positive attitude and attention to the residents. The premises, inside and out, are impeccably maintained and decorated with a touch of class. Although we have not eaten there, the residents have commented on how good the meals are, with great presentation. This combination reflects the managements desire to maintain a 5 star Senior Living residence

"I had the absolute pleasure of singing here and let me tell you, it was a blast! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home—The energy in the place was contagious. If you're looking for a vibrant community filled with love and laughter, this is the place to be!"

Wow! 3 years later and I still love it! Rachel has been amazing! Go Gallery of Cape Coral!! What a wonderful place! My grandma loves living here! The activities have helped her be more social and she loves getting out of bed everyday! Before she moved to the Waters, she was so angry and so depressed now she is thriving! I am so happy with the care here! Alisa and everyone has helped us through this tough transition and has made it easier for us all! My grandma is even happy! Food is good too!! Love it!

The Gallery is exceptional and a wonderful option for the local community. The Assisted Living and Memory Care have top notch clinical staff, caregivers and activities programming to keep residents safe and engaged. The Independent Living is perfect for seniors who are still active and looking for a vibrant community to call home. The leadership that oversees both buildings bring a wealth of experience and truly care about keeping their residents safe and happy.

My wife and I have recently had the opportunity to tour The Gallery independent living facility. We were impressed with the design and beautiful layout of the building. The amenities available for the residents were top notch. We also ate lunch in their impressive dining room. The food was exceptional. Our compliments to Chef Brian for the delicious meals we enjoyed. A couple of the residents we spoke with shared positive comments about the facility in general, including excellent food, the wonderful and caring staff, and the array of activities offered. The Gallery is a class act!

Kristen , Jessica, mMark, Dennis , Steven, Jo, and Camilo!!!! What a wonderful family they make of this house. Every moment with them from first visit to move in has been wonderful. We were so worried about the change in our lives and moving my parents in was such a worry. They took all the stress out of it and continue to help in every way , everyday. I cannot say enough to communicate their patience and kindness. If you are thinking of moving your precious family from your home to give them more of a life , more socializing, and just more of everything- this is the place for you. I cannot say enough and already see my mother’s communication and energy improving! No more pajamas at 430pm. She is meeting people and active until well after 8! It’s still an adjustment for all of us but the ease of it is incredible. Residence even participate in welcoming new people. Knowing they are safe and a pull cord available for fast assistance while we are at work is such a stress reliever Too! Thank you to all for making the tears of fears turn to tears of joy.

Living here is a true pleasure. Residents and staff are congenial and fun. It’s a beautiful place and I heartily recommend it. Food is excellent. ‘‘—

I recently toured this facility in the search for an independent living arrangement for my parents. I must say it was quite impressive! The moment I walked through the doors, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It didn’t stop there, once we sat down for lunch we were greeted by a variety of staff members throughout the building. They introduced themselves, explained their role and offered to answer any questions we might have had. The building was decorated beautifully and the variety of floor plans were well thought out. Jessica did a stellar job spending several hours with us to answer every question we had. My parents never felt rushed and she followed up after we left with additional questions my dad had. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was because the grounds didn’t have a pickleball or tennis court. My dad is a bit more active and that would have been a bonus. Overall, this looks like an incredible community and I am hopeful my parents select it.

The Gallery at Cape Coral was very accommodating for my 84 year old Aunt. We are moving to Cape Coral and my Aunt is moving from another facility as well. They had a very nice Apartment ready and made for an easy move while assessing her at the same time. After a week she is quite happy and feels at home and has everything she needs. We had to move her to memory care after she was assessed and Stephanie was extremely helpful in the decision process. It was a good fit for my Aunt's happiness and comfort. Great communication! Thank you!

I’m thankful for The Gallery and their staff. I moved my mother who is suffering with Alzheimer’s and Dementia into The Gallery Assisted Living June 2024. This was after she lived with me for ten months. At the time, The Gallery was going through upper management changes for the better. The new Director Stephanie Smith took the reins, hiring a new Director of Nursing, Jen, and other staff where needed. Stephanie has a lot of management experience handling the issues of a Senior Care Facility. She and the current staff are very customer service oriented. Seems more like a hotel, than a senior care facility. For awhile, mom actually thought she was in a hotel. I went through 10 months of H3ll with mom when she lived with me. I couldn’t get help from her primary and memory care doctors. After mom moved into The Gallery, her different symptoms of her disease manifested themselves. Stephanie, Jen and Tabitha were there to help mom, which helped me. I was at my ropes end with mom. Because of their experience, they were able to get mom the help she has desperately needed. Currently, mom is advancing with her disease and has moved from Assisted Living to Memory Care Wing. Right now, I highly recommend The Gallery. Thankful for the care, support and cleanliness of the facility. I highly recommend considering The Gallery for your loved one. Best wishes! Dan S.

I couldn’t be more impressed with this wonderful community. Not only is the building beautiful, but it is also filled with engaging activities and an incredibly caring, compassionate team. The amenities are outstanding, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I am so grateful for my time and experience here—it’s truly a fantastic place to be!

Most of the staff seem to really care about the patients. In most cases they carefully explain to the patient and give them time to process what's going to happen as they help them. This this keeps the patient calm and cooperative in helping the caretaker. Most of the patients seem to be very happy here and are involved with the activities and other patients. Also, The physical occupational and speech therapists are really good here and help the patient in many ways physically and mentally. The only reason it's not a five-star review is because new staff in my opinion need to be trained a little better and told more about each patient before they have to care for each patient.

I had such a nice connection and learning opportunity provided by The Gallery at Cape Coral and the The Jewish Federation. Tali was very informative and our food was delicious - made by Chef Bowman. I particularly enjoyed the latkes and fresh salmon. Thanks for the company Sam I am and Allan!

The Gallery at Cape Coral is an amazing place to work. I am fortunate to be surrounded by a hard working dedicated team of people who are here for the right reasons! The compassion and caring for all the residents, their family and each other is wonderful to be a part of.

My dad has only been at the gallery- memory care unit for 1 day, but I am inclined to write a review because I am so happy so far. This was such a hard decision for me to make, but the team at the gallery is responsive and helpful and put my mind at ease. Starting with Tami and her willingness to answer questions and make sure move in day went smooth and Pamela who has been amazing with the details that I needed addressed. The woman at the front is so kind and compassionate. I also spoke with JT who is very caring and understanding of my concerns and my dad's nurse called me with some questions because she wanted to make sure I was in the loop and that he was safe. I also just got off the phone with one of the in house doctors who already made time to see him, and took time to call me and is going to follow up. So less than 24 hours and the communication is so far outstanding. I am so appreciative to the Gallery for helping me through this difficult process and caring enough about my dad to make sure he is cared for. I think I made the right decision. Thank you so much!

Choosing The Gallery of Cape Coral for my parents has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the beautiful, well-kept surroundings to the caring staff, everything about this community puts our minds at ease. The team truly goes above and beyond, treating my parents with kindness and respect. My parents love the active social life here, making friends through activities like game nights, fitness classes, and art projects. It’s heartwarming to see them so engaged and happy. With all the services provided—like housekeeping and meal preparation—The Gallery of Cape Coral makes life comfortable and stress-free, giving my parents a true sense of home and independence. If you’re looking for a senior community that’s supportive, vibrant, and genuinely caring, I can’t recommend The Gallery of Cape Coral enough.

What an incredible community. They have the best staff, amazing food and the atmosphere is breathtaking. Definitely the place I would call home.

I moved my mom in on Monday and hurricane Milton was coming Wednesday. The Gallery decided to have a hurricane party (see picture)! Kristen, the executive director makes the Gallery an amazing environment - the rest of the team knows everyone by name, always greeting residents with a smile. The restaurant is incredible. I cannot recommend The Gallery enough.

The Gallery at Cape Coral is truly an amazing place. It is more than just an assisted living facility it transforms the residents into an intricate part of an extended family. The administration and its staff demonstrates caring on multiple fronts. Recently we experienced a horrific hurricane The administration open their doors and their kitchens and allowed the families to join their relatives and staying at the facility having safety and food and water, not asking for anything in return. They truly made all concerned feel safe and welcomed . This is their unique brand of caring for the family. Weather you are in need of a little help in your daily life or the loved one looking to place someone in a assisted living facility I strongly encourage you to come and look at this outstanding service and level of care.

The overall quality of The Gallery at Cape Coral and the people who work there is extraordinary. After reviewing numerous places, we chose to make The Gallery our first visit. It was a fortuitus decision. The facility was new, bright, beautifully designed, well decorated, and very inviting. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, as was Tami, the director of sales. She showed us a variety of apartments, all of which were well designed and extremely attractive. We also met the executive director, Kristen, who described numerous amenities and services offered at The Gallery such as social gatherings, a pool, transportation services, a salon, and a fitness center. We visited the dining area, met with the staff, and had a delicious lunch. We also met several residents who were very complimentary about the excellent food and The Gallery in general. All these interactions confirmed our sense that further searching would not be necessary. After selecting our apartment, Pamela and Amy were extremely helpful in providing move in details. Now, as we take possession of our new home and enter a new phase of our life, we look forward to a wonderful residency at The Gallery.

Beautiful new Independent Living Facility in Cape Coral the staff is wonderful to work with
September 2024
I moved down to Cape Coral a few months ago and started looking for a place for my mom. The Gallery was very close by where I live and was recommended to me by someone. We ended up going with it and my mom moved in last week. So far, so good. Everything has been outstanding. My mom came from another independent living facility up in the Chicagoland area so we were expecting there to be some growing pains with a brand new facility and there have been a few. But they have all been handled appropriately and quickly. I am very impressed with the Exec Director (Kristen) as well as everyone else who I have met to date (Tami, Pamela, Rachel, Yin Yin, Mikki (sp?), Gigi, Eduardo, etc. I know I am missing someone but the main thing is that so far, our expectations have been exceeded. Having my mom near me was very important to me but so is making sure she is in good hands is just as important. I know that she is so that makes me happy...

Hi.
August 2024
Five months ago we moved our mother to The Gallery in Florida. We made the right move! The Gallery staff is fabulous! They have helped her adjust more each day. From the receptionist, med nurse, nursing aids, activity directors, maintenance and of course, the dining room, it can't get any better!! It is by far the cleanest facility that cares for the elderly that I have ever been in. I would highly highly recommend The Gallery!! Plus they have quarter bingo!!!! Mom's purse is heavy from winning we need to cart it around on her walker instead of her arm!!
August 2024
Mom and dad moved in on June 28th 2024. The care staff, nursing staff and management are far above average. Everyone has been transparent and extremely easy to communicate with. Mother is in independent living and dad is in memory care. She visits every day and is welcomed every time. The only complaint is with the sales staff. I was not informed until after 2 months that dad was subject to a care level evaluation with an increase of fees when we signed on. It was understood that memory care was all inclusive financially as the residents all needed special care. I did inform the sales staff that dad needed extra care during showering, getting dressed .and bathroom time as well as aggressive behavior and wandering. I was told that was not a problem.Overall this is the best facility for our current situation, I wish I was more informed about the possible fee increases when we moved in.

Took wonderful care of my grandmother. Caring compassionate people that truly want the best for their residents/patients. Even in my grandmothers last moments of her life she was excited to see the staff. We could never truly thank them enough. Don’t think twice about this place, they will take amazing care of your loved ones. Additionally, the establishment itself is extremely clean and well taken care of. Thank you!!!
August 2024
My grandmother just passed here and the staff and nurses were so good to her in the months leading up to her passing. I couldn’t say better things about this place. Thank you for taking such good care of my grandmother until the very end.

The gallery is an amazing place all the staff is really friendly and helpful. The residents are very nice with each other and even though it’s a new facility it is full of beautiful art and furniture. Overall an amazing place to live.

The new independent living retirement community is absolutely stunning and the chef is incredible (lobster was amazing). My grandmother is living her best life at The Gallery.
July 2024
This environment is the best in town. If I were to need a safe, clean, wonderful place, I would definitely chose The Gallery! There is always something going on and always someone laughing and smiling. I really enjoy visiting and getting to know the residents!

Beautiful new property. Staff is AMAZING! Executive Director is great and runs a fun but professional property. Definitely a great place to enjoy life. Highly recommend!!!
July 2024
We moved here from St Petersburg and my 95 year old father in law moved to The Gallery Independent Living. He just loves it and so do we! The staff is so caring and they really look out for him. The ED Kristen is awesome too. His apartment is spacious and modern with a nice screened porch. The food is excellent. He is very picky, but from day one, the food impressed him! We also enjoy meeting him there for Sunday brunch and mimosas. It is better than most restaurants and the chef always comes out to greet us. Lots of activities and entertainment too! Highly recommend it!
July 2024
The Gallery is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. The team is passionate about resident care and activities. I had my grandmother here and work here, and she could not be better taken care of.
July 2024
The Memory Care Unit at the Gallery at Cape Coral and their staff are outstanding and truly a blessing to us and my mother. The facility is clean, and the staff is caring, compassionate, and attentive. They kept my mother engaged socially with activities througout the day, made sure she ate and her needs were attended to. Their director went above and beyond to meet not only my mother's needs but her families as well. I felt that my mother was in good hands while living at the Gallery.

What a stunning community. This building is so clean and very modern. The staff is so helpful and friendly. This is definitely a 5 star community if you’re looking for an independent or assisted living for your loved one.
January 2024
I'm so impressed with The Gallery! Cape Coral has needed an Assisted Living community like this, and now they will be offering Independent Living. Not only is the community absolutely beautiful, but the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I highly recommend The Gallery!

I am a local licensed insurance broker, specializing in Medicare. The staff at The Gallery at Cape Coral truly care about their resident's care needs and ensure they have the correct Medicare plan to enable their providers to assist in the care of their residents. This is an amazing senior community, not just on the outside but the inside where it counts the most.
January 2024
The Gallery is always keeping their residents busy and doing fun activities with them. Everyone always seems happy.

Definitely earns the 'Best of Cape Coral' in resident care in a senior living community! We are truly thankful for the team at The Gallery when our clients move in!

I was extremely impressed how managed my tour was. Walking into the main foyer laid the first of many outstanding views and experiences. I would definitely entrust the care of my loved ones to this establishment.
January 2024
Beautiful community with an amazing staff! The building is very welcoming and warm.

One of the BEST senior Living communities in Lee county! From sales, management, activities and food! Across Across the board top-notch community!
January 2024
My company has partnered with The Gallery/The Waters for over 2 years, and helped transition one of my own clients to residency at The Gallery! I recommend this beautiful community because of the high quality of care provided by a great staff, the excellent food quality, the environment, and great events and entertainment for the residents. A semi-formal prom, including a limo ride for the residents was one of the more creative events! Always something going on there.
December 2023
I have been involved with a lot of assisted living communities in the area, and The Gallery is OUTSTANDING! The residents are social and active, and there are always tons of activities to choose from. The care staff are so attentive - they treat the residents like family. You can tell how much ALL the staff really love the residents. It means a lot when staff request time off of work to attend funerals of beloved residents. The food is great, and the dining and kitchen staff do whatever they can to make the residents feel at home. The leadership team works together as a well oiled machine, and the building is so clean and well taken care of! The Gallery is DOING IT RIGHT!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. My family and I are here very nearly every day, at all different times, so we see all different shifts, departments and activities. The nursing staff and care givers are AMAZING; warm, competent, PATIENT, professional, fun, engaging and very loving to the residents. From the drivers, to the therapists, activities, facilities team, front desk staff, housekeeping, sales & marketing…they all have a moment for a quick word, a hug, a laugh, a warm smile. The staff operates as a team, focusing on each individual resident and their life enrichment. I have witnessed the Director of Nursing giving clear and direct correction to the team – and yet still with a respectful, compassionate and team/resident focused attitude. While safety is paramount, unfortunately there are occasional accidents / falls. They clearly have tight policies in place, and the staff react IMMEDIATELY; often running to help, quickly assessing the situation, calling for appropriate nursing assistance, and securing EMT’S if necessary. They also manage the other residents keeping them supervised and calm, while handling the emergency. The reception team always have a kind word to say and a warm welcome. My brother, who lives out of state, visited in Nov. He was warmly greeted by Leon, who remembered him even though his last visit was in February. Leon is also regularly found playing chess with a resident, while he is watching the door, working the phones, etc. When you walk past the front desk and find the Director of Nursing covering the desk because the receptionist requested to attend the funeral of a resident that speaks volumes about the team environment and resident/family focus of this facility. The activities are a major focus for us, and this is very key to Mom’s happiness. There are loads of things scheduled all day long and they do their best to keep the residents engaged both mentally & physically, with ability-appropriate activities, or just inclusion for those unable to participate. Stimulating music, sing a longs, dancing, bingo, arts & crafts, decorating, garden club, nail care/manicures, pet therapy, bowling, axe-throwing (a BIG favorite), movies and so many more keep the residents engaged and active. When my mom sees the activities director and walks away from me to hug HER it warms my heart. Additionally, Jodi goes and gets Mom and the residents she knows want to participate, plus encouraging the others to come today to check it out. Inclusive, fun, joyful, and engaging. As well as summer picnics, dinner dances, bus rides, lunch outings, the facility also has special events planned around the holidays. These always include getting the residents dressed up and groomed just a bit more special…whether the families are there or not. They go to great lengths to make this ‘home’ for each person. The dining room is lovely and set up well, the food excellent, and they serve as if you are at your favorite restaurant. And while memory care needs special considerations in their dining room and isn’t as ’fancy’ it is still wonderful and completely appropriate for the clientele. The residents are given appropriate choices, and yet their preferences are noted, so if they are unable to answer they are still served as if they did. IF someone has trouble eating, the staff will feed them, gently and with kindness. And if someone is perhaps ill or just needs a little special treatment, a different meal, Burger, BLT, grilled cheese, is provided. We researched quite a few places before deciding on placement. Mom has thrived under the care provided here, as have so many of the residents, and I am grateful I found this place at this time in her life.

Excellent facility, staff, service, residents and food. All you could ask for in Assisted Living for a parent getting on in age!
April 2023
My husband entered the Memory Care unit here. I can’t say enough about the quality of his care. From meeting with the specialists, Tami and Alisa, to taking a tour of the facility I got a wonderful feeling of what it would be like for him to become a resident of this beautiful facility. I made the right choice. The care he has received from everyone in the facility is unsurpassed. I can’t even call everyone out by name because they are all such special, caring people. They ensure his safety at all times, keep him engaged in all social activities, monitor his health and do an all around great job at taking care of all of his needs. He is also enjoying well balanced, delicious meals. I am so happy with the choice I made and he is happy, too. I would recommend The Gallery of Cape Coral to anyone looking for peace of mind that their loved one is getting exceptional care in a safe environment.

Don’t be fooled by the new building and pretty decor. The management is awful. Your loved ones come last. CYA is their mantra. DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES AT THE WATERS. YOU’LL BE SORRY. I’m speaking from the perspective of a memory care family member. In the process of relocating my 90 yr old mom which is sad and very upsetting.
