Moving a parent from their home to a new place is not an easy thing to do. After spending just a few minutes at Highpoint I knew that this would be a good place for my dad. I did look at a couple other places but meeting with Tami put my mind at ease with this decision. As we toured the facility she knew the residents by name and was so sweet to them. I loved that. The facility is so attractive, the staff is incredibly wonderful from dining staff to nursing staff to support personnel. Staff checks on him throughout the day which I really appreciate. I felt a bit like the parent dropping off a kindergartner the first day of school but when his hesitations were put quickly to rest I knew we were all good! Everyone made him feel welcome immediately. Among many things he realized that he could be as social as he wanted to be and the staff encourages him to participate and yet respects his decisions if he declines. I see my dad as a happy guy living at Highpoint and I am so happy for him. Thank you to all the people who work there as we appreciate all you do for my father and all of the other moms and dads who live there too. As it has turned out, it’s not a good place for him, but a great one.

I was unable to personally tour Highpoint; however Tami showed the three different units to my daughter, Michelle and her husband while I was on a duo call. We were all impressed with the tour and I look forward to moving to a Hibiscus in October or November when one becomes available. Thanks for your followups.

I've been living here for a year and a half and I love it. We have a lot of fun playing games, doing puzzles, happy hours with food and drinks. Of course we have our heated swimming pool .Holiday parties and entertainment.

Having worked in Senior Care for some time we have seen a number of Senior Care Facilities. What struck me about Highpoint was their staff (Nate Jackson) and their residents (who are engaged and happy).

My mother moved in here a few months ago, being not able to walk much without assistance of a walker and having deteriorating vision she felt it would be safer here than alone in her house. She seems to like it very much. She was feeling lonely in her house a lot and talking with new people and making new friends is what she really needed. The daily activities are great and it's good to see her active and doing things she wouldn't normally do cooped up in a house by herself. She enjoys the water aerobics class and so far is having a great time with everybody. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. She tells me the food is good and happy hour is fun. It's great to see her enjoying life again.

Keystone at Four Mile Cove is the best. The staff cares deeply about all residents and their families. Professional, clean and caring. A grand hotel on land. Plus they welcome pets! We love Keystone!

Absolutely fantastic, visitation was extremely friendly and informative. Already reserved an independent living condo in this all inclusive facility for mom and will be moving her within next two wks after we furnish with brand new furniture from sale of her house. She will begin a new chapter of her life in a beautiful new home with all conveniences included.

We moved my aunt into Keystone Place in November 2019. She was failing so bad when we moved her and now after several months there she has gained a little weight and she is very happy there now and enjoying the workers there very much. It is a very clean place and very helpful when you want to know something.

I moved in my uncle and could not be more happy. This was an extremely difficult decision but Tami Miller helped me every step of the way to make this a seamless transition for myself and my uncle. I highly recommend Keystone Place at Four Mile Cove for you or your loved one.

Keystone Place and its amazing staff of caregivers was a godsend for my parents. Everyone is extremely attentive, patient, thoughtful and really respectful. The place is beyond beautiful and clean. There are so many activities offered to ensure everyone finds something they like. On top of all of this the chef is so talented skilled and always presents different yummy choices at each meal time.Thank you, Keystone, for such great care for my mom. The love you gave to her, after my loving father passed, was so kind. I am very grateful!!!

This is a brand new, beautiful home for independent, assisted and memory care living. The facility is gorgeous, amenities are numerous and the various restaurants serve a variety of delicious meals.The grounds are lovely, the entry very attractive and the living quarters are sufficient for anyones needs.The amenities include a movie theater, a beautiful pool with a large deck area to sit and enjoy the sun, exercise and yoga rooms, a spa with hair, nails and massage services to name a few. There are lounge areas where residents can enjoy time to socialize and have refreshments. As mentioned, the restaurants serve delicious food and as advertised, decadent desserts.Staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and amenable to answer any questions I had. could see myself living here some day

Moving into Keystone Place has proven to be the best decision my Mother could have made. She is considered a Founder since she has been there since they opened summer 2019 so she was there through the growing pains that any facility, residence would go through but the Managment and staff have ALWAYS been professional and worked through any problems that had occurred. Mom has a nice apartment in the Independent Living side and has made many friends to enjoy all the activities with throughout the day and also into the night like exercise classes, line dancing, movies and card playing. They arrange for trips outside of the property also up until these times ofSheltering in place, COVID19 Pandemic, which Keystone Place, the Director Ryan, and every single staff member (I dont want to mention names because I might leave one out) has handled 100% correctly, safely, professionally and most of all compassionately. This unfortunate situation just confirms that my mom, Betty, is living in the best place possible here in Cape Coral sunny SWFlorida. The only other place for her now would to be with me but shes too picky of an eater and Keystones even keeping her happy with the choice of meals and their elaborate dining room. Thanks Keystone Place.

My husband and I are Realtors, and we had the privilege of working with Keystone Place, when one of our customers was in need of moving to Independent Living after her husband passed away. They were very caring, kind and understanding of her emotional stress, needs, and helped to make the move in process as comfortable as possible. They were also very helpful to us as well. Our customer adjusted in quickly to her new home, and continues to enjoy living at Keystone! We look forward to working with Keystone again.

I was so impressed by this place. They treat my grandmother like a queen. The nurses are beyond helpful and kind. The place is clean and well kept. Some nurses even come in on their day off to say hello to the guests! I cant get over this place. Excellent!

After working in Assisted Livings for years, I often thought when it came time to place my parents in one, would I be able to find a Community that would meet my expectations? Keystone Place at Four Mile Cove has exceeded my expectations! My parents have been living at Keystone for a few months now and we couldnt be any happier. It was very hard on my father to leave his house. Keystone has made the transition so much easier with the understanding and true compassion from the entire staff for my parents. They are both enjoying the activities & outings, the social gatherings and especially the fine dining experience they receive at every meal. I am more than satisfied with the personal care they are receiving and the cleanliness of the Community is outstanding. Thank You Keystone Place for being such a caring Community and accepting my family as your own. Highly Recommend!!
