We toured with Nate and met with Kimberly and decided to move my sister into highpoint. They were so amazing and you can tell it all comes from the heart. I made the decision to move here due to the availability of transitional living under the same roof, considering the decline in health of my husband. This was the best move I've ever made. The entire staff is friendly, compationate, and extremely helpful and a joy to have around daily. They provide activities, entertainment, outings, and always looking for ideas, suggestions, and interaction of the residents. Its easy and fun to get involved and participate in the many activities that interest you. I can never stress enough that this has been the best move I've ever made and can see being here for the remainder of my life.

Kathy and I are new residents at H.P. I love it! It's like living in a 5 Star Hotel. Of course our baby moved in with us, 'Robbie', not a dog, a Golden Retriever. The residents want to make him the Mascot. We have lived in Cape Coral for thirty years and wanted to stay in the Cape in a place we can call 'HOME'. We visited all the Senior Communities in the area. H.P. had all the amenities and activities, (not to mention a huge in ground heated pool). We have met most of the Independent and Assisted living residents and haven't found any Cry Babies yet. The Staff, Nate, Elle, Michelle, Jackie. Donna, Gina, Mary. Phil, and Ironman Paul, (Mr. Fixit"), give us Ole People our money's worth, to say the least. We had trouble with the washer, Paul replace it with a brand new one, Concierge call us when we have a visitor or package. Lisa is the Kitchen Manager, service and the quality of food is great, she worked in a NJ dinner, no wonder it's great.

My husband and I have lived at Highpoint for over 2.5 years. We love it here! I can't imagine anyplace where the staff would be more helpful and accommodating. The residents, overall are happy and social. I know almost all of the residents in Independent and many in the Assisted Living area. I regularly interact with the whole staff in Independent Living, from Nate, in sales, to Lisa, in the dining room, and of course the Concierge staff at the front desk. I always recommend Highpoint to everyone I meet. The pricing is competitive. I particularly wanted a place with Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care in the same building. Highpoint is small enough to be a caring community and large enough to have the amenities and activities that we need. If necessary, we will transition into Assisted Living or Memory Care here.

Each time I’ve walked in I’ve had residents go out of their way to tell me how nice everyone is who works there! The administrative staff know everyone personally and are clearly attentive, which shows they take time to get to know who the people truly are living in the community. It’s not always easy to move into senior living but at Highpoint the residents are thriving in a new era of life!

Highpoint has to be one of the top assisted living facilities in Lee County. Everyone is always looking for ways to help and you can really see how much they care for each and every one of their residents! Nate Jackson is a key role in this environment that Highpoint creates. He goes out of his way to make his residents smile and laugh, and we all know laughter is the best medicine!

We toured Highpoint senior living facility and found my home. Highpoint was the only one of five nice places we toured where the residents were engaged with each other and with Nate Jackson. I feel if you know Bate you’ll have five friends . He was also the only staff person who knew each resident name but more importantly their lives. It shows the level of commitment and keeping the residents active. The best around town for sure. I also like the corporate understanding of the amount of time required for the staff to be successful with this mission statement- I felt terrible having Nate come by evenings to talk with me and my daughters. I work for Lee Health and I know the importance of corporate setting the example of flex hours for their teams to be successful- of course I need to point out the facility lacks landscaping

Nate and Ellie are the dream team So very kind and caring. I've personally been working with Nate from day one. It has been a great experience overall. I think you will see he wears his heart on his sleeve, as the saying goes. I also met some staff members that are fabulous, from the front desk to the caring team and even the maintenance staff. Jeff from maintenance just happened to be in my Moms new room while I was concocting an idea of furniture placement. After asking him what he thought everything came together. Just wait until I hav to tell Jeff we have to run the cable to other wall, haha. He seriously is there to make your plans work and you can tell nothing is an issue for him to do. Nate Jackson gave a tour for my mother and me of the independent living area of Highpoint. He made the process of our choosing a community very easy, offering much important information and answering all of our questions. The follow-up from the tour was superb, responses very quick, and the entire process was understandable and just what we needed to know. As an additional plus, several of the current residents greeted my mother and made her feel most welcome. She is looking forward to moving in at a time when relocating to a new place to live could be scary. The kindness showed through with every person we encountered.

In particular, Michelle is simply amazing... I recently reached out to the community and I suppose it was after hours and was thankfuly got into touch with her about moving my mother. She was able to answer every single one of my questions without hesitation. Additionally, the community is 10 out 10, very Beautiful community with many amenities that I'm sure without worry my mother will enjoy at this stage of her life. Most importantly, we are moving my mother from up north to Florida where she has no help from family or friends but that is no longer a concern from us because since day one the staff have made this transition truely seamless. We have toured alot of communities in lee county and I'm so glad we found Highpoint.

Moving a parent from their home to a new place is not an easy thing to do. After spending just a few minutes at Highpoint I knew that this would be a good place for my dad. I did look at a couple other places but meeting with Tami put my mind at ease with this decision. As we toured the facility she knew the residents by name and was so sweet to them. I loved that. The facility is so attractive, the staff is incredibly wonderful from dining staff to nursing staff to support personnel. Staff checks on him throughout the day which I really appreciate. I felt a bit like the parent dropping off a kindergartner the first day of school but when his hesitations were put quickly to rest I knew we were all good! Everyone made him feel welcome immediately. Among many things he realized that he could be as social as he wanted to be and the staff encourages him to participate and yet respects his decisions if he declines. I see my dad as a happy guy living at Highpoint and I am so happy for him. Thank you to all the people who work there as we appreciate all you do for my father and all of the other moms and dads who live there too. As it has turned out, it’s not a good place for him, but a great one.

I was unable to personally tour Highpoint; however Tami showed the three different units to my daughter, Michelle and her husband while I was on a duo call. We were all impressed with the tour and I look forward to moving to a Hibiscus in October or November when one becomes available. Thanks for your followups.

My mother moved in here a few months ago, being not able to walk much without assistance of a walker and having deteriorating vision she felt it would be safer here than alone in her house. She seems to like it very much. She was feeling lonely in her house a lot and talking with new people and making new friends is what she really needed. The daily activities are great and it's good to see her active and doing things she wouldn't normally do cooped up in a house by herself. She enjoys the water aerobics class and so far is having a great time with everybody. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. She tells me the food is good and happy hour is fun. It's great to see her enjoying life again.

I've been living here for a year and a half and I love it. We have a lot of fun playing games, doing puzzles, happy hours with food and drinks. Of course we have our heated swimming pool .Holiday parties and entertainment.

We moved my aunt into Keystone Place in November 2019. She was failing so bad when we moved her and now after several months there she has gained a little weight and she is very happy there now and enjoying the workers there very much. It is a very clean place and very helpful when you want to know something.

I was so impressed by this place. They treat my grandmother like a queen. The nurses are beyond helpful and kind. The place is clean and well kept. Some nurses even come in on their day off to say hello to the guests! I can't get over this place. Excellent!

After working in Assisted Livings for years, I often thought when it came time to place my parents in one, would I be able to find a Community that would meet my expectations? Keystone Place at Four Mile Cove has exceeded my expectations! My parents have been living at Keystone for a few months now and we couldn’t be any happier. It was very hard on my father to leave his house. Keystone has made the transition so much easier with the understanding and true compassion from the entire staff for my parents. They are both enjoying the activities & outings, the social gatherings and especially the fine dining experience they receive at every meal. I am more than satisfied with the personal care they are receiving and the cleanliness of the Community is outstanding. Thank You Keystone Place for being such a caring Community and accepting my family as your own. Highly Recommend!!

This is a brand new, beautiful home for independent, assisted and memory care living. The facility is gorgeous, amenities are numerous and the various restaurants serve a variety of delicious meals. The grounds are lovely, the entry very attractive and the living quarters are sufficient for anyone's needs. The amenities include a movie theater, a beautiful pool with a large deck area to sit and enjoy the sun, exercise and yoga rooms, a spa with hair, nails and massage services to name a few. There are lounge areas where residents can enjoy time to socialize and have refreshments. As mentioned, the restaurants serve delicious food and as advertised, "decadent" desserts. Staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and amenable to answer any questions I had. I could see myself living here some day.
