The first 18 months or so of Dad being in assisted living at PalmView were NOT pleasant. Following a change in administration, we began to experience a 180 change in care and communication. Dad has been at PalmView for almost 3 1/2 years total now and we are very pleased with the attention to his care.

This place is fantastic, the girls who take care of the grandparents are very loving, kind, involved with the grandparents. I have a loved one in this place right now. And I am very happy. I can arrive at any time and I have never found her peed or kaka. They really deserve this recognition and the nurses 100%. Especially Leydys, I think they should have public recognition. He is very kind and patient. Thank you very much for this special care. I came back here and left today. I cannot fail to mention Yumilka Liuba. They are very, very good, and they also took care of my grandmother all the time. Thank you for so much dedication, I hope you recognize them and appreciate how good they are at their job. Please take responsibility to make sure that your loved ones are well cared for and safe in this community. They put on a good show but understaffing and a failure to expect professional behavior from the CNA's and activity coordinators results in far less than ideal care and safety of residents.
